《Eskion -god of all》Training

Eskion ducked as thirty pounds of steel flew towards him, he couldn't fantom how someone could swing such a sword, it whizzed over his head and he let out a sigh of relief. it was short lived though as his opponent launched himself forward and punched him, he was sent flying into a wall.
"Somehow i expected more" Erdna said from her perch on a balcony overlooking the training ground
"Shut up" Eskion hissed and sat up clutching his head
"Do you admit defeat?" His opponent asked calmly, looking down at eskion with piercing blue eyes
"Your confidence is starting to piss me off dammit" Eskion stood and grit his teeth
"It is only natural since you cannot win" His opponent said
"i'm going to enjoy this" Eskion grinned and …
His opponent had already attacked, raising a hand {Thundering skies} he commanded lightning from the sky, eskion leaped away and just in time too.
"{Chain lightning}, {Giant fireball}, {Windstorm}" Eskion yelled
Lightning fell from above again, this time not as an individual streak; charring the ground and raising up dust, a huge fireball spawned, increasing in size as the air spun around it, it travelled towards the other man who just stood there with an unimpressed look
"{unbreakable shield}" He muttered and a blue shield materializes, absorbing all of eskions attacks
"w-what?" Eskion blinked "No fair!!!" he pouted
"All's fair in battle" Volkia lectured and held out his hand "Valramon, return to my side" he said and his huge great sword flew into his hand
"Tch" Eskion grit his teeth then smirked "Elmir" he gripped his blade as it appeared, and practiced a few swings "{A thousand's might}, {The speed of light}, {A gods rage}"
He blurred and swung, covering the distance between him and his teacher in less than a millisecond, his attacks were a flurry of blows and each one carefully placed, he had been practicing for weeks to finally defeat his teacher and he would not lose, there was problem though. He had grossly underestimated his teachers sword skills and his teacher had no problems matching him in both speed and battle prowess, he swung left then right then brought his blade down in an overhead swing

Volkia had been surprised, but that was to say the least. he blocked as Eskion swung, his arms trembling from each blow then he retreated, leaping backwards as Eskion brought his blade down, he was far from understanding how to be a proper swordsman but perhaps give it a few centuries and he would be unmatched.
"{Extremity: last battleground}" he said and mist had started to creep along the floor seemingly from nowhere, as soon as it had covered the training ground, trees had sprouted and grown, stoping just above the mist
"{level one equip: valramon}" his sword reacted to his voice, seemingly evolving, it had transformed into a double edged sword with inscriptions on the blade, he leapt on a tree, his eyes scanning the mist
"Looking for me?" he heard eskion behind him and he gasped as the sword split him in halve
Eskion swung and actually managed to land a hit, with the strength of a thousand men and a gods rage he wasn't surprised when his teacher split in half but then Volkia turned to smoke
"huh" his jaw dropped
"Got you" Volkia said and vines wrapped around his legs, he saw his teacher propel himself from a tree
"{Ultimate defense: destruction of a star}" eskion said and the energy around him contorted and converged before exploding, destroying everything in a 30mile radius
"I win" he heard his teacher say and he was about to object when he noticed the valramon poking his neck, the training ground was back to normal and Elmir lay on the ground
"H-how?!!!" He asked disbelieving
"The mist… It's poison" Volkia said calmly
"W-wha- that means i'm going to die? i don't want to die!!!" his eye widened and he grasped at his neck
"It's not fatal. It creates illusions, manipulates whatever is caught in it's radius" Volkia explained and his sword disappeared

"Oh. But that means…"
"Since you breathed it in, you've been under it's effect. Whatever happened after that was an illusion" The teacher shrugged
"Hahahahahahahahahaha" Erdna burst out laughing "you should have seen your face. hahahah. oh man, you just let your sword clatter to the floor while staring into space"
"Shut the hell up!!! i was under an illusion dammit!!!" ESkion yelled shaking his fist
"That's rich" Erdna smirked
"How'd you do that anyway?" Eskion turned to his sensei
"It's one of my extremities, it transports you to… A place and manipulates you into thinking you are actually doing something against your opponent" Volkia said
"O-One of your extremities…" Erdna gulped
"Hold up, i thought you said you only used an extremity in a fight you ere sure you couldn't win" Eskion arched his eyebrows, although he had made a statement
"At your level yes, at mine i could do it for fun" Volkia yawned
"But isn't it dangerous?" Erdna had dropped from her perch on the balcony and was approaching
"Yes"
"huh. I got sensei to finally take me seriously. fucking awesome!!!" Eskion grinned and erdna scowled
"He could have been seriously hurt" she said to their teacher
"awww, you're just jealous sensei has never used an extremity to fight you, nya nya nya nya nya" Eskion stuck his tongue out at Erdna
"i'm not" she hisses
"are too" Eskion teased
"not"
"are too"
"i said not dammit" Erdna swept his legs from underneath him and he landed on his back with an oof.
"ouch~" he said
"stupid Eskion" Erdna muttered crossing her arms
Volkia just watched them bicker with his hands in his pocket, he turned to go then paused, walking over to Eskions blade, Elmir; as the boy fondly called it lay in the dirt and he sighed and reached for it, as soon as his hand came it contact with it, it sparked and he pulled his hand backed shocked. It was like there was a force field surrounding and if you tried to touch it, it hurt.
"Eskion" he called and both his students turned to him
He kicked the blade to the esk who caught in with a flick of his wrist "You should pay more attention to your household" he said and Eskion nodded
"Sorry Elmir" the boy said and the blade hummed then vanished
"Training's over" Volkia yawned "Get some sleep"
"uh... it's not even evening" Erdna sweat dropped while she stared and eskion stared at the pocket watch
"Oh…Then do whatever it is you want" their teacher said and shoved his hand back into his pocket and turned to go
"You know, when i first met him, i thought he was pretty charming…" Erdna said
"Yeah me too" Eskion said
"He's just a lazy bum… kinda like you" Erdna said
"Yeah. Wait what?!!, You take that back!!!"
"No" Erdna said simply
"There's no way i'm like that!!!" Eskion yelled
"You're right" Erdna said
"Thank you" Eskion sighed
"You're worse" She smirked
"Eh?!!!"

Re:Hammer
Your average Reborn Game System story, similar to The Gamer and Solo Leveling. Written for fun rather than novilization like the others, so it is smaller and less intense. It is set in an AU Warhammer (based on a slightly modified version of Warhammer Fantasy's End Times. (Modified because the real setting was a catastrophe. There will be no exploding moons or beating the God Of Indulgence because they overindulged, and no Slaans fucking off to space. People shall use their brains and not just "lol cuz I can" bs like Todbringer thinking the end of the fucking world was the best time to go persue you interracial Yaoi rivalry with a Beastlord). So you might notice names and events but don't expect it all to go the same way. And the Main Character is not the only Player in this game~ Sequel found here. https://www.royalroad.com/fiction/26444/rehammer-the-hammering
