《Eskion -god of all》My past
Advertisement
I spent days exploring the heaven realm, and avoiding milan much to Leila's annoyance… milan had actually been doing a great job, the proof was right infront of me, no really; there was an angel standing motionless, milan sent the prototypes to me for approval, in hopes that we'll get closer
'not happening'
Back to the angel, she stood at 5'9ft with light green eyes and short purple bangs and heart shaped lips, her skin was caramel and she had a nice figure, if i had to give her an age group i'd say 15-18, she wore a white flowing gown, probably symbolizing purity, blah blah blah, who cares?…
"huh, she looks like she could be useful and i could use an assistant, eh maybe i should ask milan for her… god, that sounds wrong…" i ramble and ramble then decide to visit leila and ofcourse milan, after travelling for miles i come across a castle that fits the description Leila gave me for her house, i march up to the huge gate on seemingly solid ground, i have to ask her how she did that… as if on cue, the huge gate swings open and i step into the courtyard and get front row to the breathtaking view of the castle
' damn it, how did she do this?!!!'
The courtyard looked even prettier than i thought and the castle was just magnificent
"my lord…" someone interrupts my thoughts and i turn to glower at a cowering angel, it hid behind its huge wings
" the lady has been expecting you"
"uhm okay so lead the way!!!"
"yes my lord" it slowly leads me through the castle past exquisite paintings of the void
'nothingness…'
After a lot of twists and turns i step into a large room with a grand piano in the middle of the room, Leila sat playing a Piece i could remember and yet quite couldn't remember it was a melodious tune, it made me smile and yet made my heart bleed…

'whats this feeling… dread…'
[flashback]
A grey haired man sat playing a grand piano, a little boy sitting on his lap, his green eyes glistening with happiness each time his oldman struck a cord, he was bouncing with excitement
"try it…" the oldman looks down at him, his hands reach down shakily and he strikes a cord, then another, then another
"i can't do it right" the little boy pouts
"music comes from down here" he pokes the little boy close to his heart"not up here" he then points to the little boys head
"thanks granpa"
"…"
.
.
.
"…" the little boy stood at the door staring into the empty room, the room which held a grand piano, he slowly made his way to the grand piano and sat, his hands reaching out to strike the cords but never doing so
"grandpa…"
He grits his teeth in determination and starts to play the first piece he was taught, memories coming to him in flashes, the music increases in cresendo as he changes to a melodious tune
[end of flasback]
"eskion…eskion…"
"huh"
'it's just Leila
"i remember… something… someone…"
"huh"
"were did you learn to play the piano?" i ask Leila
"i'm not a stud"
"this is important..."
Leila stares hard at me then scowls
"i can't remember"
"oh"
"yeah, now what did you remember?"
"my grandfather, i… i can't remember much about him but i remember he taught me to play the piano… he died a long time ago…"
"oh, i'm sorry"
"don't be"
"would you like to play …"
"how about a duet?"
"heh"
"come on" she tugs at my arm and only then do i realize i'm sprawled out on the floor
'ugh that angel must have seen me faint, how embarrassing…'
I hurriedly get to my feet and dust myself and we spend the rest of the evening singing and playing the piano

Ursus Ex Machina
Ozzy was a man of the wild. Raised in a remote village atop the world's mightiest mountain, he'd been taught to respect and revere the natural world. The realm he was born into had been there long before him, and it would remain there long after him. Sure, there was the occasional madman who threatened to destroy it, but such boasts were always empty. No one individual was actually capable of demolishing this beautiful blue-and-green ball Ozzy called home. No matter what terrible magics these villains wielded, they were incapable of causing permanent harm to the environment. Even if the planet was completely devastated, it would recover. Life would find a way to flourish, same as it always had. That was what Ozzy believed from the bottom of his heart, so he never once felt the need to save the world he loved. After all, it was never truly in danger. The world would be fine no matter what. The people were a wee bit endangered, but that was another story altogether. However, what would happen if Ozzy suddenly found himself devoid of his beloved wilds? What would the man do if the realm he knew - one of wonder, magic, and chaos - was replaced with a man-made environment of concrete, industry, and steam? Ozzy could never imagine such a thing happening, and yet that was his new reality. After losing a fateful confrontation with a mad wizard, he and his friends found themselves transported to a strange world so thoroughly alien that every waking moment feels like a fever dream. Separated and scattered to the four corners of this land, each of these adventurers will need to adapt, survive, and overcome if they hope to reunite. They would also need to do so quickly. The sooner they are able to find one another, the sooner they can figure out a way back home and have another crack at putting an end to the villain's plans. Whether such a thing was actually possible in a world with barely any magic in it was a valid concern, but Ozzy had more immediate things to worry about. For instance, why did the air smell like a perpetual forest fire? How did ships sail through the sky as if it were water? And most importantly, was the pavement he was hurtling towards at high speed much softer than it looked? Probably not, but a man could hope.

Rival powers seek to divide it, but there is an opportunity for a new ruler to arise from within its own nobility. And even a lowly nobleman, if positioned correctly, could end up a king. Someone with the right allies, perhaps? Or maybe cruel allies would suffice? But for now the last surviving son of House Rotwald is on the run. *This story is as much about the monsters as it is about the people facing them. Some become allies while others become wet stains on the floor. I firmly believe that villains can make for some of the most endearing characters. Monsters need not be sour and droll. Have a bit of fun - indulge in a bit of villainy.
