Becoming the head scientist is a significant advancement for me, and I am excited to explore and improve these new technologies. As you can see, the full project is the creation of a dual power system. This upgrade includes a body upgrade package and a spaceship worthy of not just a type three Kardashev rating, but that of a type four rating and beyond. The Kardashev system is an old method of measuring advancement based upon how much energy we can use. Specifics aside, In layman's terms, once finished, this project will make you more than a god to all known beings, and to ordinary mortals, you will have the power to be indistinguishable from the natural forces of the universe. Now let's begin on the specifics.

Before the culmination of the project, our current technology allowed us a type three Kardashev rating. This means we can harness the full energy potential of an entire galaxy. However, since there are only around two trillion galaxies in our current universe, our max energy potential has been capped. We know that there is an infinite number of galaxies in the multiverse, so part of the uplift project has been developing technologies capable of capturing the full energy of any number of galaxies that we can calculate. We have developed what we believe is the most sophisticated quantum A.I. and chained it into our service. It has been able to calculate innumerable amounts of galaxies in a seemingly infinite number of multiverses, so there is an unlimited amount of energy for us to tap into potentially.

We enhanced our most advanced warp engines' space-time modulating abilities and then used that knowledge to build a new generator at the Future Ubiquitous Control Kinematics Base. The generator can modulate space-time on a galactic scale. We gave control of the generator over to the A.I., which I assure you is very much under our control. The result is that we are now able to modulate the space-time of any target universe and shrink it down into a relative size that, on our end, is perceived to be relatively small. We have so far chosen to utilize universes void of sentient life because we are harvesting these universes for energy and do not want to create any potential enemies before your holiness is ready for them. However, the power system could encapsulate an infinite number of universes and incorporate them into an expandable power matrix array. So what we are doing is taking universes, shrinking them to be usable by our generators, and then sucking the energy out of them.

The first one hundred universes we shrank were used to generate the power spike necessary for forming a new element to be used in the hull of the new super ship. The massive energies released by the one hundred universes were contained by directed space-time modulation powered by a thousand modulated pocket universe batteries and directed at the material at the center of a black hole. The process caused the material to be forced into a new state of existence that is useful. We call the material SG66, and it is unique for several reasons. First of all, it is the densest substance in known existence, but its gravimetric properties are counterbalanced due to its unique state. The material cannot be altered by any available means once it is forged, and it absorbs all energy it encounters on its exterior surface. This means that not even the funneled power of a pocket galaxy or even a pocket universe can even scratch it. We don't know how much energy it would take to mar this material once it is formed. Fortunately, during the creation process, we chose to create trillions of nanites with the material to reconfigure parts of the ship's hull to accommodate future modifications. However, the main armor plating of the vessel cannot be altered. The ship probably doesn't even need energy shields because the armor is immune to anything we can think to throw at it. However, we did include our new shield system as overkill.

An expandable array of pocket universes powers the shield system and fully covers the hull of the ship. Additionally, all the ships' weapons and devices are powered by expandable arrays of pocket galaxies. This means if there is ever the unlikely chance that there is not enough power, more pocket galaxies can be added to any given array, and the power problem will be solved. These ships' weapons systems are not to be trifled with. Its most minuscule laser can slice through a planet like a hot knife through butter.

Your new Supership has several engine capabilities, including system drives, faster than light capability, and our new space-time modulating multiverse phase drive, allowing instant teleportation between any points in a calculated universe. Its energy-absorbing properties naturally cloak the ship's hull, but this does cause it to appear as a hole in space. We have used an advanced array of space-time emulation emitters to project a natural background and a gravimetric signature to mask the said hole in space problem. However, there is conjecture that a detection system that maps neutrinos could be used to pinpoint the location of the ship because the ship's hull does not allow neutrinos to pass through, and the warping caused by the space-time emulation emitters would cause abnormal neutrino travel upon exiting the other side of the cloaking bubble. There is not any known way to fix this problem at this time. In laymen's terms, this means the ship can be tracked.

The Supership has an advanced point defense system, primary guns capable of reducing a universe to ash, the universe capture device, and lower-powered weapons designed to deal with enemy ships on a case by case basis if absolute destruction is not the primary goal. In such a case, these lower-powered weapons are scaled so that not too much power will be used, and collateral damage will be kept to a minimum.

The ship has a state of the art factory that will allow the generation of any material up-to stardust level grade depending on the raw resources available, and fabricators that can construct any configuration, item, or structure as long as the necessary resources are present. Besides the external weapons and factory abilities, the ship has a barracks for five thousand troops, space for ten thousand combat drones, two fighter bays, each holding one hundred stardust fighters each, and a bay for dropships, as well as an external prison pod for captured dissidents.

Of course, the Supership has also been designed to accommodate your holiness in absolute luxury. It has one hundred premium suites for guests, a throne and control room, an imperial suite fitted for absolute luxury, a gym that includes a complete spa, and a sizeable three-mile garden with one mile in circumference lake at the center, and an island on the lake where we were planning on installing a large blood fountain as your holiness ordered.

Of particular note is the dome the garden is installed in. It is covered with a high definition seamless display on the inside that projects natural light upon the park during the day but can be turned to display surrounding space if you wish to impress guests with the awe-inspiring sight.

The ship is fully automated and can run without a crew due to its advanced A.I. This includes nanite repair systems and automated service bots. Control of the vessel and its A.I. is obtained through the other project we have been working on. This is the imperial body upgrade package.

Only your holiness and your personal A.I. will have control of the ship's systems. The body upgrade package is an SG66 nanite infusion process that will grant your body immunity to all diseases, upgraded strength, speed, and most importantly, it will preserve cell function and provide regenerative abilities.

"Wait, the Emperor said. What makes this different than the commercially available or military nanites in existence?" "Well, your holiness, the main difference is that the control skeleton of the integration will feature the same material used in the construction of your super ship. It will make it impossible to truly kill as even if all your flesh is destroyed, your body will be regenerated, and your brain will be preserved even under the harshest conditions. This is not to say you will be invincible with this new setup. You will not truly die, though you could become stuck if you got sucked into a black hole, or if you step out of your ship into deep space, you could drift for eons. However, this body uplift package will greatly enhance the probability that you will always exist to exact your immortal rule upon all living things".

The Emperor rubbed his hands in glee as he sucked down a glass of wine. He asked, "When will this uplift package be ready for implementation?" "Well, your holiness, we will be ready to implement the skeletal changes next week. However, there is some disappointing news about this technology. Because the technology is fully integrated into your brain, the nanites must be implemented in doses over an extended period to reduce the probability that your body rejects the implementation. The artificial intelligence calculates the probability for success will reach 99.9% after ten years. Earlier implementation will result in a massive reduction in the chance for a successful merging, and could result in dementia, death, or massive disfigurement."

"So you're telling me that I have to wait for ten years before I can even use my super-ship?" the Emperor roared, smashing his cup to the ground. "Your holiness, we could disable the safeties and make the ship available for use immediately. However, by integrating the ship seamlessly with the body upgrade package, we ensure that you alone will have the ship's power at your command, and it cannot be stolen. My Emperor, I will alter the integration if it is your desire, but I assure you that you will be like a god once this process is complete. No one will be able to stop you, and no one will be able to steal or trick the ship into acting for their interests. You will be the living embodiment of power in all the multiverse."

The Emperor rubbed his hands together again and said: "ten years for such power? Fine, Let's get started as soon as possible. Is there anything I can do to aid in this endeavor?" "Well, my Emperor, there is nothing I can physically do to speed up the date; however, there is something I could do to make sure your distantly future projects are undertaken by one who is completely loyal and highly intelligent." "Do tell," the Emperor said. "Sir, my ten-year-old son just took the intergalactic intelligence selection test. He scored off the charts. I have raised him to be loyal to you, but I am worried that his intelligence could find a way to become a threat. I ask that you allow me to implement a block in his brain that will ensure complete loyalty to you and no one else." "What are you asking? Brain blocks are already done with common nanites. Even you had treatment as a child to ensure your loyalty to me".

Kaden stroked his beard in frustration. "My Emperor, it is possible to circumvent the existing nanites through exposure to high-intensity electromagnetic fields. This appears to be how Jason bypassed your control, "Kaden said as he gestured to the spot where his fellow scientist had been executed. "If you allow me to use the new stardust nanites to construct a mental block, there will be no way the nanites can be disabled. My son and anyone else you treat with this method will never deviate from following your commands."

The Emperor steepled his fingers, "Interesting; I was wondering why Jason betrayed me. How do I know your nanites have not become compromised as-well?" Kaden replied, "Your holiness, my loyalty is only to you. I assumed you might ask this question, so I had the liberty of being scanned and provided the report to your intelligence division." "I see," said the Emperor. "Would it be possible to use these super stardust nanites on more than just select individuals?" Kaden replied, "Yes, and no, your holiness. The energy generation to make the super nanites was originally produced by extracting one hundred pocket universes. To make more of such material, you would have to continue to permanently destroy resources that become more and more difficult to obtain as our artificial intelligence seem to calculate nonlife containing universes at an exponentially slowing rate." "What If I used life-bearing universes for power generation?" the Emperor asked. Kaden shuddered inside and replied, "Then there would be no limit to the amount of material you could create. However, I would recommend waiting until you control the ship before killing any more innocents. There may be beings in the multiverse that may take offense. The new A.I. has already calculated that there is a high probability that other beings of great power exist."

After a short pause, the Emperor smiled evilly. He said, "You have thought of everything. I approve of your proposal. Take your son and implement the super nanite blocks in his brain. Then schedule the process for yourself. I will, of course, have my intelligence operatives watching you the entire time to ensure no betrayals." "Of course, my lord," Kaden said while trying to contain his glee. This was the opportunity he had been looking for. He would surely die, but if his plan worked, his son would exist to stop this evil menace that would otherwise be unleashed on the multiverse. The Emperor said: "Go now and finish my program. I will expect to begin the transition process exactly on schedule next week". "Yes, my Emperor," Kaden replied and backed out of the room.
