I... I had this whole massive thing about this and different options for our main character but somehow it managed to go back to the last page and lost it all so here goes again...and way shorter cause im pissed....
1. a goblin
2. dragon
3. slime
4. undead, turning after enough levels into other undead
5. spider like undead evolving into other forms of spider
6. a insect that evolves and grows much like the last 2, changing to the main characters needs and desires before becoming perhaps some form of animal..
7. a worm creature that grows and devours everything in its tiny path but eventually evolves to gain limbs etc and become something more...much like the insect
8. demon much like the others in a weak, and basic form with others like him all around killing and eating each other. how will he survive ,evolve, and what will he do afterwards, will he try to corrupt,or conquer the world? or perhaps something else.(my personal favorite

This caused her to have the most literal identity crisis because she felt like someone else entirely. To make things worse, those emotional boosts aren't the most reliable ones, overcompensating or even failing from time to time. Trying to deal with these conflicting emotions, Sophia works hard to come to terms with the new her while doing her best in the new world. Exploring places, learning magic, finally finding friends again, and possibly more. Unfortunately, she learns this world's magic from a highly overpowered, easygoing, and somewhat unreliable teacher. This not only destroys the last bit of her common sense, but Sophia's application of magic also becomes rather sloppy, causing one weird incident after another. Not to mention that some of the inhabitants of her new home are a little different from what she imagined. The Core of a Factory
An abandoned steampunk arms factory, in the middle of a conflict torn former state of the Empire it served, gains a soul. This transforms it into a Lord, capable of turning land into power. Beset by enemies on all sides it must figure out how to win the war its creators lost a century ago. This is a progressive Dungeon Core novel (which is to say the core will progress and expand in scale, eventually) across multiple dimensions with different characteristics (e.g. steampunk, magic, mythological). It has rationalist leanings (paragraphs of reasoning) and litrpg leanings (there are stat blocks). The core game mechanical idea is something like "what if different flavors of magic power actually did come from controlling land" and then the story is: "what if there was a flavorless (artifact deck) dungeon core". Chapters will be relatively short (my aim is that in three column format each would fit on a wide screen monitor), the first few chapters - setting up the main character and mechanics - are currently the longest in the entire series. I write chapters in blocks, and then release them one a weekday (M-F; 6 PM GMT, unless RoyalRoad's publish thing screws up) until I run out. There may be a few days of gaps here and there if someone finds an egregious error I have to re-write around or if I am behind. In general though one can read this once a weekend. I may do slight retconns and edits, I'll make sure to put it in an authors note if I do.
