Grand Elder LifeCentipede’s yell caused all the fighting children to stop mid-strike in their bloodthirsty brawl to the death.

Will looked closer and he could clearly see his minions along with his sister just chilling out on Grand Elder LifeCentipede’s back. As she got closer, Grand Elder LifeCentipede shrunk in size as she turned back to her hot human form before landing on the ground with her passengers beside her.

“High Elder BewitchingRabbit! What are you doing? You were supposed to teach them basic fighting techniques! They look like they were trying to murder each other! Look at her!” Grand Elder LifeCentipede pointed at the girl Will had just being ‘fighting’, “Her hands need help right away! Why didn’t you do anything when this happened?”

As Grand Elder LifeCentipede was drowning High Elder BewitchingRabbit in criticism, Will was trying to do what he did best – ignore his responsibilities and problems.

[Wow, didn’t expect to see them here! What a strange day this has been!]

*Stare*

[I also totally didn’t know that my mana link thingy with my minions is distance related! What a surprise!]

*STARE*

Awkwardly Will turned his head around to ignore the piercing look his opponent is giving him as he slowly inched away from her without drawing attention. Her tears were still coming down her face without a sound as she held her broken hand tightly with the working one.

Life is cruel sometimes.

“It was all HIS FAULT!”

Will could feel the stares from everyone else as they all turned to look at him.

[Did she just push all the blame to me? WTF?]

“Oh? Really now? And how is it all this one’s fault?”

Will turned around to see High Elder BewitchingRabbit point at him with a finger and Grand Elder LifeCentipede’s angry yet still hot expression on her face.

“He distracted me from giving the right directions and then these children just started attacking each other! I swear I demonstrated the correct method to practice the fighting techniques properly. But the moment I allowed them to do the same they just fought!”

Grand Elder LifeCentipede didn’t look like she brought what High Elder BewitchingRabbit was blabbering about, with a sign she lifted a leg and then stomped on the ground.

Magical green light flowed from the point of contract and turned into rays of green magical light that spread all around the clearing.

Will watched in amazement as the light healed his injuries within seconds, as if time was fast forwarded or something. The girl who was sitting weakly in front of him was also bathed within this healing light. Her hand that was limp and broken moved like something was alive in her body. With a couple of cracking sounds, her hand was as good as new.

Stretching her hands, she stood up and looked at Will.

[Oh crap… That isn’t the look of a harem member after being defeated. It’s more of the look the N*R’ed girl gets looking at her ex.]

Thinking rather bad thoughts, Will was distracted by the full display of power her punch had as she smashed his face with her mended hand.

[Ouch!]

Will rubbed his face with a hand.

She looked shocked at his reaction.

[HA! That’s right girly! Mana shield duh. A mage’s must-have for any random savage fighter that wants to beat the shit out of them!]

Will grinned at her, feeling confident with mana surging inside of him he gestured at her with his hand.

[Come on! Wanna go at me? I’m all up for it! Try and whale on me if you can! I’ll just take it like a man.]

Will ignored that little voice in his head asking if this was his way of apologizing to her, after all he never does that.

He also conveniently ignored the other voice that told him to drop the mana shield since if he’s not being hurt then there’s no point.

Seeming to accept his voiceless challenge, she started really going at it.

Punches and kicks were aimed everywhere on his body. Will simply took it like a OPed MC would and just stood there.

After a couple of minutes she started to breathe heavily before dropping her fighting stance.

[Well that’s that I guess… Oh yea…]

Will realized that the entire little show was being watched by the rest of the group including the two elders.

[Me and my problem of zoning out when I do something…]

Will could only pretend that nothing happened and reach down to pick up Professor Bun-Bun from the ground. The little bunny had wandered over during his little show-off session and sat near them to watch the drama unfold.

Will flashed a embarrassed smile at the crowd, and ran towards the buildings again.

Well he tried to anyways.

“My how very interesting! I didn’t know that there was a limiter on you! Odd that I didn’t noticed before…”

Will felt a pair of hands lift him up from the ground, squirming wildly Will could hear Grand Elder LifeCentipede’s voice from behind him.

[Crap crap! I totally forgot that me being able to increase my mana pool is supposed to be a secret! Well then again… I really can’t keep a secret. Huh. I guess that’s why that happened.]

A strange expression appeared on Will’s face, and just as quickly it faded away.

[*Anime Music* I need to forget it. *More Anime Music being played* Huh? Wait, what was I trying to forget? I feel like there was something that I really wanted to forget… and forgot what it was.]

Will’s blue eyes returned back to their original color without anyone noticing.

POV of someone FAR, FAR AWAY

Wilson Eerth sat calmly on a bench; the white magi light from the hospital ceiling covered the surroundings in a refreshing light blue color. Naturally the light healing magic in the light didn’t have any effect on him, but it did lower the amount of pain he was suffering from by a bit.

A doctor walked out from one of the offices lining the white corridor, “Next! Mr.Wilson Eerth please follow me.” One of his cybotic eyes whirling around the half of his head covered in metal. His other side used its natural eyes to look at Wilson.

Wilson stood up from his seat, following the doctor as his four tentacles moved swiftly across the clear floor.

Indicting with a hand holding Wilson’s holographic paperwork, the doctor waved Wilson into the office.

Wilson idly noticed that the doctor had a three finger hand, a bit odd in these parts but nothing really special.

[Must be a traveler who settled here from a distant galaxy, makes me wonder how they operate using three fingers instead of five?]

You mean, you wonder if they would help you get more legs to help out the two you got so far.

Don’t be stupid, clearly it’s far more effective to have fewer fingers when operating, less annoyances to deal with. Remember, less is more. Less is more.

Wilson’s face twitched as he sat down on the hovering medical examination seat the doctor pointed to.

“Something wrong Mr.Wilson?”

Wilson smiled at the doctor, noticing on his chest is a hovering hologram of the words, “Dr.Koro”.

“Don’t worry about it Dr.Koro, I was just thinking a bit about something.”

Dr.Koro sat nearby Wilson, facing him while glancing over the documents in his hands with his cybotic eye.

“I see. I know how you must feel right now. But I want you to know that I’m here to help you. While this disease has killed many of your kind, I have recently been able to acquire an experimental drug that was developed to fight against it. However…” Dr.Koro paused, “You must understand, there is a reason why it is called experimental, nobody knows how or what effects it will have on you.”

Wilson nodded, fully aware that of the thousands of other galaxies he had traveled to. Only this one had been able to even give him a bit of hope for his existence.

[This is the last hope I am able to find, I can only wish that it cures me.]

HA! Cure you? You must be out of your mind! At this very minute your body is rebelling against you!

I must agree, the nonsense ‘cure’ is probably just some scam. I don’t trust this guy. We should kill him! Wasting our time like this!

Wilson raised a hand and tapped the side of his forehead; Dr.Koro looked confused as he watched Wilson cast what appeared to be a high level spell at himself.

“Um, Mr.Wilson are you doing okay? I’m sure I can find some kind of pain reliever somewhere around here.”

Dr.Koro’s arms and tentacles started grasping around the empty white space they were in, pulling out random medical supplies from out of nowhere.

Waving a hand Wilson calmed down the doctor, “Seriously don’t worry about it. It’s a past injury, nothing anyone can do now. Once something is broken, it can never be really repaired back to the same way again.”

Dr.Koro still looked concerned but he eventually gave in to Wilson’s continuous persuasion.

“Alright then, I guess you agree to be one of the test subjects for this experimental drug? Going by what data I have been able to acquire from you, I think this really is your last hope.”

Wilson nodded again, “Yes, this is my final last ditch effort to cure myself. Give me the things to sign, I sign every last one!”

Dr.Koro passed to Wilson the hologram paperwork, watching silently as Wilson wrote his name using ancient magical letters on the parts he needed to.

After being passed back the paperwork, Dr.Koro tossed it into the air as a tentacle pulled a small coin sized bottle out of thin air. Midway through the air, the hologram was sucked into tear in space before the tear closed on itself.

“Alright, this procedure is actually quite simple. Give me a drop of your existence. I’ll cover it with this drug and then transplant it back into your body.”

Wilson used a simple mental force and a drop of existence flew out of his body. Dr.Koro opened the cap on the clear bottle and dripped the one drop of blue colored liquid onto the floating drop of existence.

“Alright now, don’t worry and relax. Just let me take care of this.” Dr.Koro poked Wilson’s forehead with a finger and before Wilson could even think of anything else, he passed out.

----------

A few days later

Wilson walked out the office, feeling hopeful of the future for once in a few thousand existences.

Dr.Koro had briefed him on what would happen once the drug was inside him.

The drug is designed to infect rather then cure Wilson’s disease. However the end result is the same, it will first integrate the offending problems and then once every single bit of the problem is integrated it will then remove both itself and everything else connected to it.

The end result is that Wilson will be spared the torment of his own body and be himself once more.

Good luck with that one. HAHA!

Somehow I doubt anything good will happen, but if it does we’ll just kill everyone! EVERYONE!

Wilson frowned.

[Well as much as myself as I can with these guys anyways…]

Touching his head again, Wilson cast another powerful spell.

[I really wish there was something for this…]

Signing Wilson disappeared from the hospital, flickering out of existence.
