~margraves side~ "Margrave! There is an emergency, a gold class monster has appeared with a cairrage" "Got it, thank you, set up a defensive area at the gate. I'll prepare to negotiate." I have a flash back to a few months earlier --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I was working on documents while eating my breakfast when I heard some knocking from my door. "Come in!" "My lord a letter from the royal family has arrived." "Thank you, you may leave." I have been cleaning my city's underground waste waiting for this letter. This city is an important place for the royalist faction due to all the rare materials that are shipped from here. ...But because of this many nobles and crime families come here to gain achievements or spread their influence. Crime families do this to work their way up the ranking of the thieves guild. and nobles for their factions. The thieves guild is sadly a necessary evil but it lowers the amount discord in the slums and it does pay a large amount of taxes. It works on a system of trust, if you steal something the will sell it and as long as you did not kill someone and were not caught. Even I sometimes use their services to catch criminals who murdered a few people. Few people can have the same information network. However it is not perfect so I have to deal with a lot before inspections because you can't give 100%, 100% of the time so I allow 80%, they still call me a slave driver though. I open the letter. [Long time no see Eric, I hope you are doing well in your retirement. Well, you became a lord of an outback frontier territory, so you're probably busy. I wish you came to the capital with your wife more often, but this letter is sadly about business not to see how you are doing. {You're the one who gave me this territory} This time my daughter is the one who is coming for the inspection and will be there in a few 2 months. But she isn't the business I'd like to talk about. There were a couple of oracles from the Head Miko. {This is never good} ~Soon there will be a great reckoning, a god has fallen from his seat. Many inexplicable beings will appear that could be a great help or detriment in these trying times. God influence wanes the frontiers beware of a danger grown from shadows.~ ~Be aware of the fallen angel who doesn't follow the devil her goal will not harm you unless you try to stop her. Not even gods eyes can see her true identity.~ ~No hero can be summoned to save you and your plight.~ ... The gods can not save us, we can not call a savior, build power and prepare your self. The biggest thing of note is to gather allies. I only told those I trust and those who need to know so you must keep this to your self. I hope this letter reaches you quickly and you are in good health. Your King, Your friend Richard Leonheart] "Dammit, I get a letter like this. I have to clean up city for the inspection and prepare for a calamity even though the gods can't help us. What the hell is this work schedule." --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Back to the present I get to the wall and my is buzzing telling me a great oppertunity is here at the same time death is one mistake away. I lean out the carriage and shout "Send a order up to the front, DO NOT ATTACK under any circumstances" "Yes sir." a young knight sprints off to send my order. A couple minutes later I arive to the front and start a gamble. ~??? side~ In a void between life and death. Hmm, this experiment on reincarnation went better then I would think. Normally human souls go insane, or die to quickly. When I found his soul it was completely blank of status information, like a babies. I wonder why it had such a large memory section, It seemed thanks to this that he could gain so many skills. Seriously it looked like an entire fuckin 10 civilitations worth of knowledge was shoved in there. It so big that it had too much information it almost crashed my system. Not only that there wasn't any suitable base high ranking monster bodies laying around that wouldn't just die from his soul being set in. I mean not even my current body would be able to handle it. So to relive myself from finding a strong body I just threw his in to a low ranking monster that could take any soul no matter what just to take it off my hands, but what the hell did he become. I mean his soul was a fuckin mess I throw it into a random body haphazardly and boom on his second evolution he's gold rank by the time he is on his sixth evolution won't he be as stong as me! Well, anyway it'll be entertaining seeing him meet with his reincarnated senpai. Though said senpai has long gone so insane that it hears voices in its head and is dealerious most of then time. Hmm, well, I'll watch for now after all it was just an experiment to see the effect of reincarnation with memories intact and adding stain by giving an monster evolution booster to a human soul. Will he become a monster in the truest sense or will he remain human? Will he crack? If so how long till he cracks? I never get tired of this, playing with life, watching gods scramble searching for a way to stop monsters. Watching Mikos lose faith, seeing monster realizing they are a filth and fighting gods to make a place for themselves. Mad men searching for immortality, Cultivators thinking they are the strongest just to choke on their own pride and fall. The struggle of life never ceases to amaze me no matter how many millions of mellenia, no matter which demension I watch . This get's me fired up, lets start the next experiment! ~A Fallen Angel~ Somewhere with a sun set a beuatiful woman with two oblivion black wings with tips of dark crimson. "He's back...I don't know but he's back. His soul after dying is back into this world. I will have him I won't even let the void beasts touch him this time." Lightning strikes where she was standing and she disappeared.

Follow Five on his path to supremacy. ********** This is a LITRPG novel, with the system playing a crucial, but supporting role. It isn't omnipotent and has definite origins which I'll explain later in the story. Another important aspect is world-building and crafting. I'll go into quite a lot of detail on both of them.
