I see all the soldiers line up as a wall in front of me while I'm sitting in the middle of the road with a fire in front of me with large sections of the demi-ogre on a skewer over top a fire with Cecily siting on a chair right beside me. The demi-ogre has a demi-glace sauce and some mushrooms with fruit juice dripped on then eaten.

Then I hear a shout then all the people relax and I see them all bow, but seeing Cecily not moving and just continue to eat I do the same.

After about a minute Micheal and a ~35 with a sharp military look. The way the people here have no hostility at all says he is a good fair leader but the knights seem to have almost double the mass of the soldiers who are already considerably trained.

By the time he made it to where I was sitting he had a surprised look on his face watching me fighting over a demi-ogre skewer against Cecily. With Micheal on his side with a bitter smile expecting this to happen if lunch happened and there was no mediator. All the other adventurers were cowering in fear with these two intimidating, over powering, and clashing mana fighting over the last skewer.

It was a this time as he coughed and received the blood lust of the two beasts completely freezing him as if he was frozen by frozen sun. but I took advantage of my high status and transformation abilities to take advantage of this gap in conciseness and take the opening to steal the skewer. she looks down at her hand in disbelief and the skewer in my hand and mouth. Then she gained a aura of depression with an expression of defeat and dread on her face. Unable to take it I give the remaining half of the skewer to and she immediately switches to a expression of happiness and satisfaction.

I wonder if she manipulates those around her on purpose giving her a bad personality, or it's all natural and she is just a devil.

Once a gain we both hear a cough and both look at where it came from seeing a tall proud military man looking at us and an entire army. We look at each other then face completely opposite directions blushing.

"Now that this extremely funny comedy skit is over lets talk about the conditions of letting you into town. I'm the lord of this city, Citer, Margrave Jake Faress."

"I'm a unique slime my name is Yuuki. So what are the conditions? before I accept of coarse."

"Actually you have to sign with the adventurer guild and the mages guild and stay with the mages guild master while you're in town."

"That's more then acceptable since I've heard about the guild master from Cecily."

Apparently Cecily has only heard stories about her and have talked through letters never meeting face to face before. But we do know that she is a magus and alchemist and she is loaded.

"Well then welcome to Citer and enjoy your stay." He then turned around and shouted into a sound stone" Return to town we avoided battle!"

"Micheal see you at a later date I will jump onto Cecily's carriage since we have the same places to go."

I smiled and jumped into the carriage. watching all sorts of interesting expressions go across his face.

Then I get into town.
