Parties have loose qualifications but it is mainly based on number 3-5 is a hunter party, 10-15 is a dungeon capture party and, 20-30 are a mercenary bands there are also clans within the guild that can be helpful to those within the guild but they tend to be completive with other clans. After finishing their meeting the vanguard spearman walks over and waves. He looks like a tall, blonde ikemen wearing silver colored armor.
