《I'm a Bat?》[Ch 9][Arc 1] living my best life

After a few hours of loud moaning and things of the such i walked down the stairs covered in oversized clothes that were for guests in the closet. "How's it going mate" I nonchalantly said as i walked to a table where Bryall, Sarada, and Hylea were talking. The entire room went silent at the sight of me. "Charlie you're a chaos creature? I can't let you" Sarada mumbled but was cut off by Bryall. "He didn't do anything wrong so there's no reason to subjugate him" Bryall said. "You racist bastards" I said out loud. "huh?" Hylea let out. "Just because I'm sexy as hell and "evil" doesn't mean that you should discriminate" I said with my hand raised in the air like a snob. "What a weird outlook" Hylea said.
"Hey what was that loud sound upstairs" Sarada asked. "Oh that... yeah that was me pleasing my wife" I said with a smile. Sarada's smile dropped and she looked horrified. "Sex?" Sarada said and was terrified as her pure priest mind was filled with delusions. "But you're a child" Sarada said horrified. "Yeah mate and that's my first time gettin laid too" I said and put my hand out to Bryall for a high five. "Dude i don't think you understand but that's not looked upon kindly by the church nor is being a vampire" Bryall, and Hylea said in unison. "Yeah well, religion can be corrupted by human hands why look to someone to tell you how to believe in your religion" I said without a second thought. "Blasphemy" Sarada said angrily. "No not Blasphemy but are humans not corrupt by nature? Has the church ever asked for large sums of money or made claims that paying can get your gods kindness? that's just not right, if your god is truly merciful or looks after their subjects then they wouldn't subject them to poverty just for simple things" I said knowledgeably after thinking about the olden corrupt practices of the churches back in my world. "That doesn't? what?" Sarada said and sat down. "That's no what?" Sarada mumbled. "Just because I'm not human or conform to your god i'm an enemy that's not cool now tell me why do i need to be subjugated?" I said sassily. "I guess you-" Hylea was about to say but was cut off by a random man who wore a hood.

"You dare insult the church" The man said and lashed out jumping at me with a sword in hand. "Fuck off" I said coldly and grabbed the man by his neck with telekinesis. Don't ask me how i know i have telekinesis as i used it earlier this morning to multi task. The man flailed around while he choked on his own saliva through the air. "You're lucky i'm not that well versed in this ability or you'd be dead right now" I said coldly and threw him a few tables across the room. "Charlie are you insane it's a crime to attack humans" Bryall said and grabbed hold of me. "Calm down i didn't even touch em, and he came at me" I said and broke free of his grip. "Fine ill take the blame for this but be careful man" Bryall said with his hand over his face. "Ok ill be careful" I said realizing i could probably easily get kicked out of here. "Hey where's Ava?" Hylea asked. ".... Recovering" I said mysteriously. Hylea got the idea and so did Bryall but Sarada just turned her red face away from me.
"Yo what's up guys" Ava said while wobbly walking down the stairs with an unbuttoned shirt. "Nice" Bryall unconsciously let out. I was going to say something but Sarada flew into a blind rage at the sight of nudity.

Cast Under Ellitis
Ellitis, a world of sword and magic. Massive in size, with most of its surface unexplored. Where dragons and spirits dwell amongst men and demi-humans, where gods and devils alike barter with mortals and immortals. Beautiful as it might seem, mystical even, Ellitis is not a world for the frail. It is a place where the strong prey upon the weak, and where the weak struggle with every fiber of their being to overthrow the strong. It is here, in an unsuspecting corner of this world, that an unfortunate soul was born an orphan by the mischief of beings untold. Eliot Wyon, formerly known as Eliot Alderman, was just a mediocre engineering student in his past life. Perhaps without any help, this life of his will be just as boring as his last. But throw in an impish ex-goddess to help him along. Maybe, just maybe, he could make this life a bit more interesting. ----------------------------------------**Author's Note**---------------------------------------- Hello Everyone, I am Vi, Cat Vi. This is my first attempt at writing a story. I am a complete beginner at this. The closest thing to an organized story I’ve ever written is essay reports back in high school. There might be syntax errors and weird language all over the place. So, apologies in advance. I’ll be trying my best to make this story as interesting as possible, and with your feedback I am sure I can make something nice out of it. Constructive criticism is appreciated. And you are welcome to comment any errors you might notice. I’ll try to fix them up as soon as I can. For now, I don’t have a schedule. But if the story gets traction, I will try to work something out. **Cover Image Drawn by me.

New policies pervade the American culture such as the Better Homes Better Future Act where all pregnant couples must pass an IQ test with 90 or higher and scores are tattooed on the infants skull for record keeping. Anything lower and the child is given to a more suitable home. Or the Volunteer Tax because if someone has time to dedicate to the less fortunate, then they must of course have extra income to spare. The best part, everyone agrees to these laws because if not one phone call is all it takes for someone to disappear. But what if persuasion isn't a learned skill but a gift embedded into a person by ancient beings? And what if these ancient beings are at war with each other? This story has been completed.
