"General! We are reading multiple signals coming from below! They are not friendly nyon!"
"Our battalions deployed via the Nyaa~pods are not responding nya!"
"Our last CAT mecha in the field has just lost connection nyaa!"
"Sir! Codename Ball of Yarn has vanished nyon! Reason unknownya!"
"Enemy bombers are striking our main groups! Requesting Nyaacat cover nyan!"
"Negative! Nyaacats are engaging drones coming from the bottom of the statue nyo!"
"Enemy troop planes inbound nya! They are paradropping onto the statue!"
"Field command requesting backup nyaa!"
"I have Comms requesting for orders nyo!"
"Erm...General nyaa..." asks CPT (CAT) Catwalker as he steps forward from behind.
"ENOUGH! Gentlemen, it has been an honor working with you. Captain, please guide the staff here to a safe room."
"Yes, NYO!" replies CPT (CAT) Catwalker with a salute as the other CATs in the room stands up to follow suit.
As they clear the room, I watch the monitors as remaining CAT forces are either annihilated or entrapped by Alliance forces. Slamming down on the full retreat button, I draw my swords as a drone hover up in front of the glass panel of CAT command.
"Let's end this." I said as I jumped at the glass panel, slicing it into pieces.
Stepping on the drone outside, I cut it down as I made another jump for the numerous drones that floats in the air around the statue.

- Memory log 1: SSG Tony -
Looking at the dark clouds that covered the entire sky, I held onto the door of the jeep as it approaches Frontline HQ. With barely any sunlight left, spotlights and lamps have been set up around the encampment as we drove into the battered base.

Pulling up by a fallen pillar, I asked a passing soldier for the location of the command post. Saying that the place has changed quite a bit due to the pillars causing so much environmental destruction, he hops on to guide us to the command post.
Making our way past a fallen pillar and a group of captive CATs, I saw groups of wounded men and women as they lay on sheets or stretchers with wounds of all sorts. Medics and Medical officers were hurrying from person to person trying to provide whatever relief they could.
As I laid my eyes on people with lost limbs and guts falling out of their stomach, I veered my head to the side in order not to lose my composure and puke. On the other side, three planes have made an emergency landing with two male pilots trying to console a female one who was crying.
"For the love of Eros, what tragedy." I say while attempting to hold back my tears.
"Erh. You haven't seen all of it. The more horribly injured ones have already been placed in body bags after they asked to be put out." says the soldier who got on board.
"Do you mind holding back on that?" coughing as I said that.
"Heh. Well I guess staying in the back might have been better for you, huh. Anyway, take a right after that burning tent and go straight down. Tell the general I said hi."
Jumping off, he runs off to help some troops as they carried their injured or dead in. Making the right turn, I could see MG Simba on the left side of the road surrounded by a setup of tables and a group of familiar Alliance officers.
"Good evening, Sirs and Madams! Staff Tony reporting for duty!" I shouted as I ran over to them with two heavy briefcases.

"Good to have you, Staff. We need your support for the support operations to come." replies MG Simba.
With two other Comms officers helping me with the setup, LTC Aiel walks up to me.
"How's Alliance HQ faring now?"
"Everything is in order when I left. They should be sending medical supplies as well as our reserves to back the frontline up soon."
"I hope the sights have not scared you too much, Tony. And remember, you are now part of the frontline. Keep up the good work!" patting my back as he walks off.
Completing the setup, I resumed my role in coordination of troops and supply lines as MG Simba continues the discussion with the other officers. After a short while, they walk over to me with the General in the front.
"Tony. I need you to take command here for about a minute or two. I have decided to have the lot behind me back Leader Simon up."
"Yes, Sir!" I replied quickly.
"Ahem, just a moment!" interrupts one of the officers at the back. "How are we going to get there so fast?"
The entire groups laughs as they walk off, leaving the officer with a "What's going on, I'm serious" face.
Grabbed by the guy on his left as they chased after the rest, I could hear the words "Jonathan, sometimes you just ask the silliest questions."

- Memory log 3: MSG Viniance -
Diving for cover behind a dislodged metal panel on the wall, I reload my handguns and rifle while they rained bullets over my position.
"GUYS! I COULD USE SOME COVER FIRE OVER HERE!"
"SO COULD I!" shouts MSG Khairul from a doorway in the corridor.
"WHERE'S JOHN?!"
"I THINK HE GOT INTO THE ROOM EARLIER!"
Holding our positions, we waited for an opportunity to return fire but soon realise that the firing has completely stopped after the last machine gun ceased fire. Peering out, I watch as MAJ John walks down the middle of the corridor.
"What are you waiting for boys, Christmas?" says MAJ John.
"What the hell just...and what's that hanging from your neck?" I asked.
"Oh. Don't you recognise intestines when you see them?"
"And why the fuck do you have that around your neck?"
"I used it to straggle a bunch of CATS earlier. They pinned down my weapons so I had to work with the half blown carcass nearby."
Placing my palm on my face while MSG Khairul claps at MAJ John's feat, we made our way to their next stairwell only to find that it has at least the next three floors of stair blown to nothing.
"Well okay. I don't suppose we will be getting up now. If we are taking the lifts, we are going to want to double up."
"Naw. I think we have another option here." replies MAJ John.
Pointing at the gaping hole that opens most of half the corridor, I saw a bunch of dangling thick cables hanging down from above.
"Aw god no. You are fucking kidding me."
"Looks like Viniance here has reached his limits." says MSG Khairul as he follows MAJ John over to the cables.
"They are good enough to climb up. And if I'm correct, this leads up a broken boob of the statue." says MAJ John as he begins to climb.
"Great. I always wanted to climb on a boob 120 stories up in the sky." I cursed as we made our ascent.
