After spending hours hunting rat I leveled up quit a few time but dang rats keep coming like there is no end. Some more hour later I manage to find out that the dang rats are coming from a hole in the ground near the defense magic circle under the the tower. Speaking of which I manage to find out more about the tower, the tower is made of 12 floors including the 2 underground floors with one containing some broken tools, weapons, etc. from the years Merlin lived here. The second one is under the other one it contains the spell circle and the mana source that power the circle and every experiment Merlin ever did.

'Well I would have never found the second underground floor if the rat didn't keep coming under the a specific area of trash.' After killing all the rat on the top floors I gone under the trash pile entering the second underground floor. The first thing I saw is a huge pool of the glowing blue liquid thing that is flowing around in me with several spell circle in it protecting the tower. The second thing I saw? well it's a grimoire floating above the liquid covered in a blue coating of mana crystal draining the mana core that powers the circles and the tower.

The first thing it did after seeing me, is to drawing spell circles that summons rats to try and kill me. Using my blade I cut off the head of the rat nearest to me and started to move towards the book, after killing few more rats I notice that a few of the rat body didn't turn in to dust and dispersed like a summoned being would but instead it's organs and or headless body are laying though out the floor. 'It seem like the book is a evolved one but extremely hostile with the ability to summon and tame rats to attack me.' While thinking about that a rat managed to sneak up on me and knocked me into the blue liquid with it, but instead of dropping to the bottom of the pool the area around the rat started to bubble and covered the rat. Soon after nothing but bone started the drop to the bottom.

I would love to say I'm immune to the liquid but the liquid is also starting corroding the dark steel that made up my body's defenses. Noticing the liquid's corrosive properties I quickly started to move towards the wall of the pool and started climbing up using the stones that made up the pool as a foot hold. When I finally made it out my armor was almost completely gone. With my blade now useless I started to use Golem Creation using the liquid as a materiel because of how fast it can kill the rats.

I used the most simple and mana conservative method I have to create my army a blob of liquid or in other words a slime. There is no other way to describe the thing I made it's a blob of blue corrosive liquid that seem to melt every thing it "eats". With my slime army I manage to kill the rats and clean the floor of blood and gore.

The floating grimoire noticing it's army of rat being destroyed started to a even bigger circle. Well you would think he will abandon summoning rats but nope he just summon a bigger rat. The bigger rat is about 10 feet big and 20 feet long and have white fur instead of black with a crown I think on top of his head.

While all that is happening the floating grimoire lost track of where I am and started to look for me. I was in the liquid slowly moving toward the rat loving book when I am finally directly under him I used Golem Creation and made a golem with a plank like shape to bring my up. When I am only a few feet away from him, he noticed me and started panic and called to giant rat over. Which is by the way half covered in my slimes with it's bone starting to appeared.

With it only being under a feet above me I jumped and grabbed on to the cover and used 'absorb' on him. Being a evolved grimoire made it so that it's above the level it should have been so I instantly fainted. After waking up a few days later I heard a familiar sound.
