As soon the old man started to undress his upper clothes a strong aura was unleashed and covered his whole body. His muscles were started to get bigger and his veins started to appear then he form his purest mana into a dark indigo ball and throw it into the barrier. As it touches the barriers it glows though it was not destroyed, but it is a success considering that the barrier glowed, it means it was affected to it somehow.

I also commanded the magician to cast their magic at a location where the old man throws his spirit ball. As they follow my command the barrier glowed continuously as the concentrated mana was thrown into the barrier then the old man summons his pet kagiro, a large red mantis with having two sharp blades on its hands and told the mantis to use it claws to attack the specific area where they hit it before.

The barrier shows a reaction every time the spot where everyone hit on was targeted. Though the warriors can't still use their sword or their techniques because the electric bolt are still active as we tried an animal before and throw it on the barrier like rabbit to test whether we can touch it or not, but the rabbit was toasted so we opted to use the soldiers and warriors.

I could not also summon my spirit pet because it is a water type so it is render useless with an electro forceful field as an opponent.

it’s been three days since we've been doing this and the barriers started to have cracks, but since all of our magicians need to recharge their mana and the old man also needs rest and that what makes the time we spent on breaking it longer though we already expected it, but in actuality it was still disappointing since we used our time by doing nothing.

It's a group of beast race, the leader has a tiger body but walks Like human and he has big ball necklace hanging on its neck with an unknown writing appears inside, and most of them are a monster we never have seen before, they have an awful form with high-class equipment both on their possession.

I smiled for the thought that I will finally use my power now and will not idly waiting.

“Everyone, gather yourself and prepare for the attack” “I yelled and turned to see everyone started their formation since most of us are warriors we have the time to form ourselves.

They have only 15 people and we have all over 5,000 soldiers and adventurers. How absurd when he said that they will negotiate?

I ordered the first battalion to move forward followed by the infantry, it may be overkill, but I don't care what others will say about it. What I need right now is a good result so; I can have a good report for the king.

But as I lost in thought I heard a scream and I was terrified by what I saw ahead. The soldiers that I’ve sent were killed by the 15 beasts as if they just do it with ease.

I just cursed in silent as I saw some of the men fighting. I can't still go on with them since as a battalion commander I still need to give orders and make tactics so, I can't get to fight.

The old man cannot help us at the moment since he still recovering from the mana depletion, and most of the magician used their mana in casting spells a while ago at the barrier so they can't use healing magic also.

As it touches the skin of the person it melts and made a hole even the armor is useless to protect from it.

What the fuck, as I saw who cause this magic, I saw a Minotaur but the appearance is close to a human with no horns and instead of an ax he holds a staff and a magic circle appeared on top of it and that’s the cause why this acid blood rain was pouring down to the soldiers.

“Run, as fast as you can,” “shitt!!!!! Magicians cast a barrier on top of the soldiers, faster” I yelled at the magicians who were also shocked at what happen.

As they heard my voice they hurriedly cast a barrier but still cannot protect the entire army since they don’t have enough mana.

“Humans, how dare you tried invade us!!!? And because of this you angered our master so in return you will be punished”. A human looking who has a fancy armor with a striking aura appeared suddenly.

After that, the human looking person appears suddenly in front of us then in a single word he said a huge obelisk from the abyss appeared in the sky and the one-eyed demon that I only heard from the legends appeared.
