Thank you for those who commented on my chapters, really appreciated since I need you guys to point out my mistakes in these posts and well on to the results
Well you guys just committed a last minute change and really want to make me work, anyway actually I was working on some background racial lore and your guys choice sorta coincided. Since the vote was mostly split between making me work and the aelfen(poor beastman) I will do something incorporating those two. As a teaser you guys get these lore posts that should tell you what will happen in the future, if not go to school. As an fyi I will will for right now be choosing aelfen focus but any large vote changes may be considered depending on how things progress.
Aelfen:These people are often found dwelling in areas of high magical density which encourages a high magician potential among them along with increased lifespans on average though this does not mean that the other races cannot live as long since the people regardless of race usually cannot live past 1000 at the most in extreme cases. The matter of lifespan is simply less of an issue among the aelfen due to starting off with high mana concentrations in their bodies. Besides this propensity for high magicians the aelfen do not utilize ki as heavily as others as this is a harder aspect for them to utilize surprisingly despite the high amounts of latent mana in their systems. Perhaps a balance created by the gods, a matter that cannot be denied due to the known councils held by the gods in the distant past as revealed by priests of the faith. Aelfen high teir magicians are amongst the most powerful among the races thanks to their years of dedicated study and practice, often on the monsters that dwell near their lands; a side effect of the mana concentration. The stories of aelfen magicians destroying entire armies and cities are a documented cases amongst the archives of nations with deep roots in the past and the most powerful magic artifacts are often aelfen works in cooperation with dwemfen craftsmanship for the base objects used. The most powerful warriors or mages may ascend their bodies to states beyond most mortal beings as High Aelfens whose bodies are in a state of such pure mana as to kill any others who attempt to hold such power. Even simple handshakes must be taken with caution and give a whole new meaning to test of strength. The stories of whole armies falling to high aelfen is not a matter that can be called humorous as these beings are truly the most capable of attempting such feats. Rolling barrages of spells unleashed by aelfen are a sight to behold on the battlefield not to mention the rumours of artifacts crafted in secret.

Dwemfen- These beings are often found living in areas of stone, both above and below ground. The natural senses of these people are attuned to the earth along with an affinity for fire makes them master craftsmen. Dwemfen crafts are almost uniformly of high quality and materials due to a comprehensive mining and craftswork implemented by the authorities of each of their keeps. Dwemfen physiology has developed strong hands and feet along with a large lung capacity and natural darkvision. These traits along with a powerful natural mental sense to both detect ores and know the position of magnetic north only aid to their mastery of subterranean and mountainous regions. In battle though dwemfen are not as agile or particularly naturally fast they have strong endurance and a sense of balance making it hard to displace a dwemfen that does not want to move. On the matter of keeps the Dwemfen people are highly communal, rare is it for there to be small villages to be present instead of at least towns or often keeps(known as Karaks by the Dwemfen); a mix of castle and city on a massive scale not seen by the other races of the lands. No sprawling human royal capital or aelfen spirescape could hope to match the keeps of the Dwemfen. Rarely in recorded history has a dwemfen keep been lost in it’s entirety, often natural disasters or invasions are not of a scale enough to destroy a keep thanks to sheer size and architectural supports in their keeps. Dwemfen are able to build fast, strong, and enduring structures making them a race sought out for construction work especially among the aelfen who collaborate with magic on many projects between the two races. On the subject of magic the dwemfen practice a mix of ki and magic for the use of crafting and enchanting objects, a true masterpiece of dwemfen work is usually a mix of nigh indestructible materials, craftsmanship and sigils while the raw power is usually done by aelfen enchanters who are more specialized in sigil enchants compared to the dwemfen. It is a symbol of long trust and friendship that the two have many jointly made arms among the royal families and councils that govern their respective lands. Ascended Dwemfen gain unparalleled endurance and senses making them almost impossible to kill even if caught unaware. An ascended Dwemfen with full equipment is a mobile castle able to repel any who dare to attack. These beings have held single handedly entire invasions at bay when standing in valleys and other restrictive terrain. These beings have also been rumoured to craft divine rank arms though none know and even if the aelfen do know they do not speak of such matters to outsiders. If any such items actually exist then perhaps whole armies may be lost against only a few of their wielders.

High school life in a world where everyone has superpowers
So, um... how do I explain this simply? Okay, so... There's a girl, she's er... She's in high school, and, um... She has a superpower that mutes things? Also she lives? Yeah, sorry. The concept's too confusing isn't it? Warning: The stuff below is technically correct, but this fiction, with my other, is now on the failed pledge list. Shocking how a lack of updates for more than half a year actually meant something... Sorry for the delay, still not really up to writing for this series as of now (14/03/18 - remember I'm english, so correct) but I'm still trying to get into writing... Cover is thanks to Zenlith (WriTE's Founding Member). This fiction is signed under the 'The Pledge'... Some internet message in a forum about not dropping or giving a rushed ending in their fiction, otherwise meet the wrath of letting RRL mod Vocaloid have 'fun' with the fiction's description. So mainly for the sake of my fiction due to said wrath, I'll see this fiction through. Updates: up in the air... hopefully the day after this is edited, but we all have dreams. Warning for mild profanity, but it shouldn't happen too much for the innocent out there so don't take the warning to heart.

As our heroes begin their journey to win the Second Icarian-Orion War, they will go through many trials and tribulations. Gods of Arkanoth
The hunter has been betrayed, left alone in the streets of a lugubrious district. Only one goal appears in his eyes: to avenge himself. In his quest to avenge himself, he'll encounter an enigmatic scientist who seems to hide his true nature, a savior pretending to be a God, and the terrible truth of those words, bringing him against something he'd never thought he'd have to affront. This is the odyssey of the hunter, in a quest to put a long overdue end to a war between two worlds. // What to expect:The beginning will surely be intriguing, most of what's happeing won't be directly explained, although there will be some hints about their true roles, but do not worry about some subjects never leaving that misty fog that is unanswered questions! The novel is divided in two parts, the first focusing on uncovering the well-hidden secrets the city of Arkanoth hides, be it concerning its making or its inhabitants. As for the second part, it will be an expedition into the unknown, we could, in a way, say the true start of the journey our three heroes will undertake! I won't say anything more about the second part or else I might tell you an important detail without realizing... As for magic, because yes, there is magic! Although you might not see the shadow of a spell in the first chapters, it will appear in later chapters and will be one of the main subjects of volume 2. There are three heroes, yes, but they will not appear directly. While the first two protagonists appear in quite the beginning, the third will take his time, taking some stroll in the Districts of Arkanoth while we focus on the story of the hunter. But that does not lessen his importance in the story a bit, trust me. What about these three heroes, you say? Well, they all have their own issues, from their character to their torments, and as the story progresses they will have to come clean with their past (character development is to be expected) and will find their reason for fighting, braving all odds. I draw my inspiration from mythology, more precisely Aztec mythology. I want to stay true to a certain extent about it and all the relations between the gods and their role, however I will still change some things to my liking, so do not expect for all of the mythology to be respected to the letter. Finally! I have to say English is a foreign langage for me, so I might not choose the best words or straight-up miswrite something, if it bothers your experience, just tell me in the comments and I'll look into it! It is also my first time writing a book, so some parts might seem sloppy, but I hope I will be able to improve throughout this journey so as to give the most enjoyable reading experience to you. // Who might enjoy this story: Firstly, if you like deep lore and stories in which past plays a big role, you will like how everything unravels to show the hidden truths of the world. However if you do not appreciate not instantly understanding what's happening or who - or even what - this person might be, then you might not appreciate the story. There will be disturbing and gore descriptions, so if you're sensitive, don't like reading about someone being beheaded and such, you should probably pass this one. There is strong langage, although I won't abuse it, I won't be lying saying no insults will appear. Finally, the heroes will not always win, they will sometime lose battles, be it important ones or unimportant, and they will, most of the time, not come out unscathed from those. // Time Schedule : once every two sundays at 7:pm Ps : feel free to tell me if something is bad, or feel wrong with the book, it really helps me. I've written till' chapter 4 (in my mother tongue, so I'll still have to translate), however I'll make some minor and major changes, thus it will take some time to post them. Schedule will probably not change after releasing chapter 4, so don't worry, it won't take even longer to post a chapter than it already is. Enjoy the ride :)
