Just as planned they started moving toward the direction the Orc came from.

Since they came to this world around three hours had passed. Most of them already put aside their horrible experience and focus on finding a human settlement.

Everything was going just fine. The fighting group did their job greater than Yuu had expected.

At first they hesitated from fighting the monster. Fortunately that time the monster wasn’t Orc but a Goblin. Compare to Orc, Goblin was smaller and weaker but, it was faster.

It held a small club that and hit Huke few times but, after a while they got used to it the Goblin was beaten to dead by six of them.

From that battle they learnt that Huke wasn’t suited for this and handed down the stick to someone else. Unexpectedly it was handed down to a girl by Huke’s recommendation.

“Southern cross- style, 1st strike technique, Flash!”

A high speed strike was delivered and hit it target. That strike made a small lag to one’s eyes if not used to it. Making it looked like it disappeared momentary and reappeared once it hit the target.

The Goblin who was the target wasn’t able to reach in time and was hit right in the head, making it fly two meter to the right.

“Fuuuu…”

The one who delivered that high speed strike let out a breath and put the stick near her waist like a samurai who sheathed their sword.

“Good job, Selia. Do you think it can handle it?”(Yuu)

Selia turned around toward Yuu who asked her and answered.

“No problem. If I use it correctly it should handle around twenty strikes.”(Selia)

What were they talking about? It was about the durability of the stick.

Selia learned sword technique at her house since she was small. Present, she had quit but with her current level she should still be able to win a prefecture tournament.

Huke recommended her because he knew about it. However the person herself worried about the weapon condition.

Just like the previous strike, Southern cross- style was strong and fast. Therefore it needed the suitable weapon for it. According to her the stick will only hold for twenty strikes until it breaks.

“That’s good then. We’re counting on you from now on.”(Yuu)

Yuu lightly hit her shoulder and collected the small club from the Goblin. The club was once again given to someone else. Adding Mike and Boby their man power was eight people.

Although Selia had her dissatisfaction she held it for now. With this a temporary team they proceed once again.

“Pfew pfew, Selia, so cool!”(Huke)

Hearing that idiotic voice, Selia was pissed.

“Shut up before I split your head with this stick!”(Selia)

“……Yes”(Huke)

“Good grief…”(Selia)

Selia let out a sigh.

Huke being an idiot wasn’t anything new to her. The reason for her irritation was the other reason.

She had quit. From that fact people must have guessed that something must have happen. Especially for people on her level, if she continues she could win on national level.

The reason behind it was her reason why she was irritated.

Incidentally when she finished the Goblin she heard a notification sound.

“Status.”

She immediately said that and a blue panel appeared in front of her.

Her title changed and she got a skill. Unlike Feral’s status, her status had a +10 instead of becoming 110.

It was the effect of her status. Feral’s rabbit foot was a passive skill while Selia wasn’t. If she didn’t hold a weapon her status will drop again to 100.

“Yuu, may I have a moment.”(Selia)

She immediately reported that to Yuu.

“I see. So your status changed. Everyone, please check your status and report if there any change!”(Yuu)

The result was including the Feral, Selia and Mary; there were six people whose status changed.

“Please try to remember it. This will greatly affect our situation!”(Yuu)

However to Mary who was weak to pressure. Thing such as expectation will only make her agitated and making her unable to think straight.

“At least tell us what you did since come too this world. It shouldn’t be hard right?”(Yuu)

“E, U- Urm…”(Mary)

After followed his direction Mary finally became calm and slowly recited what she did.

The news about her disappeared phone wasn’t new. For modern kids it was natural to check their phone all the time.

So when they were transferred into this world most of them already noticed about this. Only people like Mary who doesn’t use phone much who didn’t realize about this.

Because phone was useless at this situation so they didn’t make a big deal out of it.

“Hey, hey, if you can heal wound, try healing me!”(Huke)

Huke suddenly but in between them and offered his hand that was slightly injured form the Goblin. Rather than injury it was more like a swelling.

“I- I will try!”(Mary)

Although she was calm her way of speaking didn’t change. It already became her habit.

“H- Heal!”(Mary)

Together with her word light appeared around her hands. The moment It made contact with injury the pain slowly disappearing so does he swelling.

“Amazing…”(Julie)

Julie who was next to her was unable to hide her astonishment.

“Uooo, it healed! It really healed!!!”(Huke)

Huke shout out like a religious fanatic who saw a miracle.

“While you at it can you please also heal this bump that Selia made?”(Huke)

Nearby you can see irritated Selia with a face that hope for Huke’s misfortune.

“O- Okay. Heal!”(Mary)

Once again light surround her hand and heal Huke’s bump.

Huke was good condition and start to laugh out loud because of the imaginary invincibility. On the other hand Mary started unsteadily swayed left and right.

Just when she was about to fell, Yuu supported her.

Mary, who wasn’t accustomed to male, blushed because of the physical contact.

“I- I- I’m fine!!”(Mary)

Mary immediately got up and took few steps away from him. However her face still red.

“T- Thanks…”(Mary)

Mary said her gratitude and then she saw her status that she hadn’t close yet.

Her mentality had decreased by 20. She immediately realized the cause and came back to Yuu to report about this.

“It decreases? Not increases? That’s strange…”(Yuu)

The cause was clear however why it decreased the mentality bar was mystery.

By game knowledge status only decreases when player were attacked, used skill, or got debuffed. The closest case was used a skill however it usually decreases MP not the status itself.

By using common sense that this wasn’t a game and the fact that there wasn’t any HP or MP bar. Yuu draw out the conclusion that Mentality is MP.

“Then what about the number…”(Yuu)

Yuu began to mumble to himself. The number didn’t represent the actual strength, and all of them start with the same number.

“U- Urm… Y- Yuu.”(Mary)

“What is it?”(Yuu)

“T- The number slowly goes up again.”(Mary)

When Yuu was bust thinking Mary still hadn’t close her status panel and she saw the mentality increase a little by little.

Once every few second it will increase by one until it went back to 100 as if it go back to its previous condition.

“Wait, don’t tell me! It’s not in numeral but in percent?!”(Yuu)

Yuu realized that the number displayed there wasn’t in numeral but in percent. That also explained the different between the displayed number and real strength.

The status panel was something that displayed the user body state. Yuu concluded.

“Thanks Mary. With this we know more about this world.”(Yuu)

“I- It’s nothing.”(Mary)

Mary shyly replied.

Immediately Yuu shared this information with the other and then he found out that Feral already knew about this.

He wished that he shared about that from the start.

“GROOOOO!!!”

This was the second time they encountered Orc. Just like before it suddenly appeared and headed their way. However this time they were prepared for this.

“Everyone, get into position!”(Yuu)

They all gathered behind Hyodou and the fighter beside him. Although they still feel anxiety they weren’t afraid anymore. From the previous two battles with the Goblins they already got used to it.

With Hyodou as the tanker and Selia as the main attacker, they began the battle.
