Planet Kram:

He teleported her to the other side of the planet.

They went to the other side where there was a day.

Nazar did not even plan it, but he appeared next to a beach.

There were a lot of people so he made them invisible.

He then used his telepathy and cleared the area around them.

He placed her in the warm sand.

He then immediately healed her.

It took only a second to heal her.

Once he did, clothes appeared around her body.

She was just lying down for a few minutes.

She slowly opened her eyes.

“Ngh...”

She rubbed her eyes to try and adjust to the sudden light.

Once she saw the light, her body tensed up.

She gasped.

“What the… No, no, no, no, no.”

“Oi, oi, calm down,” Nazar when he saw her trying to get up.

She looked at him and she looked angry.

“Why did you do that?”

“Hm?”

“Why did you save me?”

“I heard your thoughts about savin--”

“Shit! That’s... ”

She sighed.

“Look thanks but I just-- My mission is a failure.”

“What?!”

She stood up immediately.

She took a deep breath.

“That was part of the mission. I had a pill under my tongue and had to insert it into the slave trader’s body. Once I did that, it will take a while for it to work. And until then… Well, they do whatever they want to me. And sexual violence is nothing new to me. I have been going through it for nearly 20 years.”

“Huh?”

“You don’t understand. My mission failed. People will die.”

“What do--”

“Damn it! I have to find another to get information from them.”

“About that...”

“Hm?”

“They are dead.”

Once she heard that, she stared Nazar in the eyes.

She gave him a cold look.

She was still looking at him blankly.

Nazar closed his eyes.

Lian sounded confused.

All of a sudden she was in the Mind Space.

She does not know what it is.

In front of her, those two men appeared.

“Go ahead, look around and find what you are looking for.”

She looked for it.

And after a few minutes, she found what she was looking for.

“Done.”

Nazar smiled.

“See--”

“I will kill you when I get the chance. This could have gone terribly,” she said in a cold voice.

She let out a small sigh.

“But thanks.”

“I will help you.”

“...”

She thought about it.

Will he ruin anything else? Or will this mission go smoothly?

“Fine. But as soon as I tell you to leave, you leave. Okay?”

Nazar nodded.

“And you do everything I say, okay?”

Nazar nodded again.

(Something is wrong with her body.) Nazar thought. (I am not sure this is normal.)

They left Mind Space.

Once they were back in the real world, they vanished into thin air.

They appeared on the other side of the planet.

They appeared in something that resembled sewers.

“Follow my lead and don’t do anything, okay?”

She whispered to Nazar.

“Okay,” Nazar whispered back.

She walked with her upper body bent forward.

She was walking very slowly.

“We are going to an underground facility, got it?”

Nazar followed her.

“You know, I could make you invisib--”

“Thanks… but no thanks. I have been doing this for a very, very long time.”

“Okay.”

Nazar bent his back forward too and he followed her.

“Remove your powers. They might be able to sense it.”

“Ah, but--”

“You agreed.”

“Yeah, I did.”

Nazar turned off his powers.

He changed into Nazar 0. In this form, he is back to his powerless self.

He is just a human but a little faster, stronger and more durable than an average human.

He followed her slowly.

Their footsteps were not making any noises either.

“How long--”

“We are there.”

In the dirty sewers, she turned right.

Nazar followed her.

They saw a light.

They walked towards it.

She looked from the sewer down towards the facility.

There were 50 guards, who were standing closely. The distance between them was about 2 meters.

They all formed a big circle.

In between them, there were about 10 cages.

Each one had one person in it.

“50 guards. 10 cages. The distance between them is just about 2 meters. You know what means, right?”

“Yes, with my speed, I should be able to cover the whole distance and I will be able to take them out.”

“I said don’t use you--”

“I am very fast without my powers, too.”

Lian looked impressed.

“Well, make sure to take them down in less than 10 seconds - of course, I will help. But let’s do it in less than 10 seconds. Just in case if it is just a decoy.”

Nazar nodded.

“The ground is flat, so there should be no problem. And watch above your head. I cannot see anything but just in case be careful if something falls from above.”

“Oh, okay.”

“Also, we are about 2 meters higher than the ground. So, make sure to land slowly.”

“Okay.”

Nazar had a thought.

There was a flaw in the plan.

“You know, as soon as we land, they will notice us, right?”

“Yes, I know. Which is why we need to take care of them immediately. As soon as you go down, turn on your powers and then take them down.”

Lian wanted to make sure they were not discovered while coming here. So, now that they are here, it should not be a problem.

Nazar nodded.

She started counting with her fingers.

Nazar got ready.

“Two...”

They both nodded again.

“One!”

As soon as she said ‘one’, Lian jumped out first. And Nazar followed soon.

They landed very, very slowly.

They did not make any noise.

But the others noticed them.

So, Nazar turned on his powers.

He moved as fast as he could and made all of them incapacitated.

“Good work,” Lian said.

They went and freed all of the hostages.

“We will wait here and people will come and take them to their planet.”

Nazar nodded.

He healed all of them and put them to sleep.

“Thanks,” Lian said slowly.

“I am sorry if this is none of my business… but what was that? Back there, I mean?”

“Oh, it's not that much of a sensitive topic for me. Just doing my job.”

She did say that, but Nazar still felt awkward asking her that question.

“Since the day I was born, I have been a property of my government. I have been doing missions for decades. It started with simple assassinations and such. But by the time I was 10, I was already doing missions like these.”

Nazar’s eyes widened.

“L-like these?”

“Yes, since then. I had no choice. My life and body belong to the government. I cannot say no. And ever since the first time, I always shout in mind to ask someone to help me and save me… but today was the first day that it actually happened.”

Nazar was still trying to process what she told him.

“So, what I went through today… Well, I am kind of used to it. It’s nothing new. It happens. I nearly die and then heal myself. And if I cannot, then multiple people - with the help of technology, heal me. But today was different. I was already injured.”

“S-so, do you just let them do that to you?”

“No, I meant those other people. The people you take information from.”

She thought about her answer.

“..........Huh?”

She could not believe what Nazar was saying.

“I looked at its properties and ran a few simulations and what you told me… Well, they lied to you.”

She started to lose strength in her legs.

“No, no… They would not lie to me… Why would they? It does not make sense.”

“I don’t know but I have a theory. I think they used these…these things to make you more dangerous and become more ruthless. I think at first it was something to become more versatile but now they just wanted you to be more ruthless. Being more ruthless means that you get the job done for them and also get rid of your opponents.”

“...”

Nazar kicked the ground.

“What’s wrong?”

“I just...”

Nazar wanted to say something but he could not form words in his mouth.

“I just...”

“You can’t believe that someone would force a child to do something like this? Like the killing and other stuff? Yeah, you are right. You had a good life. But there are thousands of us who do this stuff. And more and more in training. This is wrong. It’s disgusting. But I cannot do anything against it. I am not as powerful as you.”

Nazar listened to what she said.

He processed what she said.

And then it hit him.

He had a thought.

“You might not be able to...”

That’s right. If she cannot do it then he can.

“But I can.”

He held out his hand to Lian who was still sitting.

“So, let me help. Let me help you stop this once and for all.”

Lian was actually surprised.

“You don’t have to go through this. No one has to.”

She might not know this, but this is his universe.

He is this universe’s god.

It’s time he acts like one.

“If you ever need help…. ”

Nazar shook his head.

“Whenever you are on a mission, let me know. I will help you.”

He forced a smile on his face.

“Th-thanks.”

She did not know what to do.

She thought about it for a minute.

“Once we are done with this, let’s go to this other planet.”

She took Nazar’s hand and stood up.

“Hm?”

“I… Some of us have been trying to see what is there but we cannot.”

Seeing Nazar’s confused look, she decided she wants to explain further.

“You see there is a planet. It is supposed to be empty but for some reasons, a lot of supplies are being sent there. Weapons and government officials go there. I have been meaning to examine it… but I have not been able. Me and anyone else who tried get teleported out as soon as they enter that planet. So, can you help me find out what it is?”

“Yes,” Nazar replied immediately.

She was surprised.

But even then, she started to relax a little.

“We will wait for them to come and take them. I already notified them a few minutes ago.”

“Okay.”

They sat down and waited for them.

“Why did you not use telepathy spell? You know, to take information out of them?”

“That’s the problem… they have anti-telepathy tech. And spells.”

“Oh.”

Nazar thought about it.

Would his life have been similar if Alice had not saved him?

He was saved but why was not everyone else saved?

After a few minutes, a few people came and took the hostages back to their families.

Nazar and Lian then vanished into thin air.
