《New Life》Chapter 142 - Hell (Part 1)

Tuesday, 15th of October 2019 - Hell:
Hell is the 4th-dimensional plane of existence. It is where demons live.
And Nazar is here.
The Council of Demons is beyond surprised.
They are gathered in one place.
“H-how can a human enter hell on his own?”
“What is he?”
“He should be dead by now.”
“But he is not.”
“This human… we need to do something about him.”
Nazar is here for blood. Blood of the demon known as Zerathos. And maybe for the blood of other demons as well.
He walked on the fiery surface of this realm.
(Why am I here?)
A low-class demon, who is as strong as a middle-class angel in the 3rd-dimensional plane of existence attacked him out of nowhere.
The demon was right above him. And his sword was pointed to Nazar's head.
(Accessing Nazar 8.0.)
As soon as he did, his eyes turned from black to red. His hair stood up with energy and it changed colour as well. It turned from black to red. Then from red to blue. Then from blue to green. Then from green to blonde. It kept changing the colours very fast. The interval between each change was less than second.
When the demon saw that change, his eyes widened in shock… but only for a fraction of a second.
Nazar had already killed him.
“There was a time when I would have struggled against the likes of you.”
(Accessing Nazar 1.0.)
He usually prefers Nazar 3.0 in battle because he does not have any emotions in it. But today he wants his emotions to guide him.
Two days ago - Earth:
Emma was still lying her room. She was not talking to Nazar nor she was eating or drinking. So, Nazar would touch her with an energy ball and she would be back to normal.
In the last few days, she has not left her room.
So, after a long time, Nazar took food to her room.
However, she did not eat it.
But before he left the room, she said something.
"All of this is happening because of you."
"Emma..."
"Why did you have to come back and ruin everything?"
Nazar did not say anything. He just lowered his gaze.
“... I am sorry. I just le--”
“I was not talking to you.”
“Huh?”
Nazar looked around the room in confusion.
But then the Dreamer made himself visible to Nazar.
Nazar looked worried.
Nazar got defensive.
He was about to attack him.
But.
“Don’t!”
Nazar sighed.
“I am sorry,” the Dreamer said. “But in my defence… it was not me.”
“Explain it properly.”
“I will try.”
He took a deep breath.
“When I died, they did not bury my body. After some time, they placed his brain within me. But they also placed a copy of Zerathos’s consciousness and memories. Most of the time - for some reasons - he was in control of the body. And the other day, I was looking at a dream when he suddenly took control. I tried-- I tried really hard but couldn’t take back control.”
“We kind of already know… But that’s for clearing it up anyway,” Emma said.
The Dreamer then looked at Nazar.
“Where are mom and dad?”
Nazar gave him a confused look.
“‘Mom and dad’? What do you mean?”
“I mean our birth parents.”
“Oh. They are dead,” Nazar replied in a rather casual tone.
The expressions on the Dreamer’s face changed.

He had a small smile on his face but now he was starting to look very sad.
“They… are dead?”
Nazar nodded.
He could still not believe it.
No, he did not want to believe it.
He knew they were dead. He did everything to find them but could not.
But deep down, he wanted to believe they were still alive.
He wanted to know that they were waiting for him.
He wanted them to be alive.
The Dreamer looked like he was about to cry.
He raised his right hand to his right eye and vanished into thin air.
“You could have said that differently...” Emma said slowly.
“Hm?”
Emma sighed.
“You still don’t understand anything, do you?”
Nazar did not know how to answer.
He sighed.
“Can you eat now? It has been days.”
“I just… When were you going to tell me?”
Nazar thought about his answer.
“I wanted to tell you as soon as I was sure. I went inside their minds and found some stuff about them. They were brainwashed, but in order to not forget the mission, they left some stuff behind. However, another layer of memories was added to it. So, no one would have noticed it unless they dug very deep.”
“And when did you check their minds?”
“Just a few hours before the whole thing with the Dreamer started.”
There was silence for a little while.
“Do you think... the Dreamer is telling the truth?”
“His DNA is very similar to us. He does contain similar DNA to our birth mother.”
“I see... ”
Emma covered herself in a blanket.
“I wonder what his real name is,” she muttered.
“I think… Aeron.”
“Aeron, huh?”
She chuckled.
“Such a weird name.”
She got up and looked at Nazar.
“I wonder why you have such a weird name? And why does he have such a weird name?”
“My best guess? I checked some dictionaries and such and found out that it has multiple meanings. And one meaning of my name is ‘evil eye’. As for his name, Aeron from Celtic mythology is the name of a goddess. A goddess that is usually associated with war, battle and slaughter.”
She thought about it for a minute.
“Why do I have such a basic name?”
“Well, you were named by Alice. So, maybe she wanted something other than evil and war?” Nazar sounded unsure.
“I see... Also, that hair colour is not natural, is it?”
“Nope. I have never seen anyone with dark blue hair. It is not natural… but I don’t think his hair colour is unnatural.”
Emma tilted her a little head in confusion.
“When you colour your hair or something… well, I can tell. But not with him. And those eyes… they change colours depending on how he is feeling… I think.”
“What do you mean?”
“Well, I noticed most of the time it was red and when he got angry, it glow red. It lit up with energy. And right now when he looked sad, his eyes became grey. I think it might be depending on how he is feeling.”
“You know, I am really glad I am not as weird as you guys. I am glad I lived a normal life until now.”
She rubbed her eyes and stretched.
“You know what? I am really in the mood for some nice and spicy chicken wings.”
Nazar smiled.
“Never thought you would ask.”
“Make sure to pay for it. And let’s eat it together.”

“Okay.”
“I will get a shower before that so make sure to not return before 30 minutes.”
“Okay?”
“Oh and bring the best chicken wings in the whole world.”
Nazar nodded.
Nazar sighed.
“I am glad you are feeling better,” Nazar said very slowly.
He then vanished into thin air.
She wrapped her hands around her legs. And then stared outside the window. It was cloudy.
Now:
Nazar kept walking in the hell. He could have used his super speed but he prefered this.
He had one person in mind: Zerathos.
He was walking toward a certain part. He knows Zerathos’s biosignature and he is following it.
As he was walking, a few low-class demons appeared out of nowhere.
Nazar smiled and changed his form.
He waved his hand and they were dead.
How did they die? Well, he created daggers and hundreds of them shot towards the demons like meteors. They were the same daggers he used on Michael.
These demons were dead forever.
After walking for a while and slaying a lot of low-class demons, Nazar reached his prefered place.
He reached the ‘cave’ where Zerathos lives.
However, there was a surprise waiting for him. Alice.
Nazar smiled.
“So, they sent you, huh?”
“No. I am here to ask what you are doing here? And more than that… how are you still alive in the upper dimension?”
“Oh? Did I not tell you?”
Nazar’s smile got wider and thinner.
“When they said how I have a ‘higher state of consciousness’... well, they were wrong.”
Alice gave him a confused look.
“I am not a being from the 3rd-dimensional plane of existence.”
Alice froze in her place.
“I am a being of the 8th-dimensional plane of existence.”
Alice’s mind went completely blank.
“Huh?”
Nazar shrugged and shot himself towards her.
However, he did not hurt her or anything.
He moved to the right a little and moved on.
She only noticed when she felt the wind on her face.
He was so fast that she was only able to see his afterimage.
He entered the cave.
And Zerathos had his back pressed to a wall.
He was in his human form.
When Nazar saw him, his smile got wider and thinner.
“Never thought I would see you here, Nazar.”
“Never thought I would see the day where you look like this. Powerless and weak… wait, I have already seen it before.”
Nazar gave a mocking laugh.
Two days ago:
Nazar returned with chicken wings exactly after 30 minutes. They both sat down and ate.
While they were eating, they talked.
“I think I want to go to college tomorrow.”
“Hm?”
“I feel much better now.”
“That is good.”
Now:
Nazar kicked Zerathos in the face.
“My, my. Haven’t you gotten weaker?”
A few magic circles appeared around Nazar.
They all shot energy beams towards him.
Nazar saw it coming towards him.
He did not even try to dodge it.
He took the attack head-on… but there was a catch.
All the energy beams started to rotate around Nazar.
He was controlling all of them.
And then he shot it towards Zerathos.
One of the energy beams hit him in the leg, then the other hit him in the shoulder. And the rest hit him in other places.
Nazar made sure to not hit him anywhere that could kill him quicker.
“Argh?!”
Zerathos looked in pain.
“Oh? Did you forget about my sexy vector manipulation?”
Nazar crouched down.
He placed his finger in one of the wounds.
Zerathos was in too much pain to be confused.
“I am going to reverse flow of your blood.”
He did as he said. He changed the flow of his blood.
After a few minutes of messing around with his body, Nazar was bored.
“Tch. I guess I shall end it.”
A dagger appeared in his hand and he stabbed him in the heart.
However, he did not kill him immediately.
“I was going to ask so many questions… but now I want you to just die.”
Zerathos forced a laugh.
Nazar was a little confused.
“Let me… tell you a secret.”
“Hm?”
“You know your parents… I had them under control.”
“Okay, I don’t care.”
Nazar pushed the dagger deep down and killed him. Zerathos was gone forever.
“Whatever you wanted to tell me, I already know.”
When Zerathos said that, Nazar copied all of his memories.
He copied it by placing all of his memories inside a small device.
Nazar stood up and left the cave.
Alice was still confused.
Nazar placed a hand on her shoulder.
“You know… if they really did send you to fight me or something… I think you might want to change into your other form.”
“I am not here to fight you. I am just here to know why you are doing this.”
“Because I don’t like him.”
“What are you going to do now?”
“Hm. Might kill some demons.”
Nazar flew away from her.
When Nazar was flying in a random direction, he came face-to-face with Bur’goth.
“Just the man I was looking for.”
“I am going to kill you this time!”
Nazar chuckled.
“A lot of people have tried. Good luck with that.”
Bur’goth shot himself towards him.
Nazar just moved to the right and he managed to not get hit.
Bur’goth shot a fireball towards him and it was useless.
“These attacks are getting repetitive.”
Nazar moved very fast.
He managed to hit him in the chest.
And then moved around him and punched him in the sides.
He then stabbed him in the heart.
However, it was useless.
“I am a high-class demon. Don’t you dare underestimate me, human.”
He punched Nazar in the head.
Nazar was slammed into the ground.
“DON’T YOU DARE UNDERESTIMATE ME!”
He threw himself toward Nazar.
Before Nazar could recover, Bur’goth punched him hundred times over in less than a second.
He kept on punching and kicking Nazar at fast speed.
And he also focused on his energy based attacks.
Besides that, he was also hurting Nazar’s soul.
“You think you stand a chance against someone like me?!”
(Why am I here?)
Nazar closed his eyes.
He was getting hit over and over again but he was not feeling any pain.
(Yeah, that’s right. I don’t have any reasons to be here.)
Bur’goth picked him up and stabbed him in the heart with a sword.
However, he did not die. He was healed immediately.
Bur’goth seemed a little annoyed with that.
He then picked up Nazar by his neck and threw him away.
He flew after him.
Nazar was about to crash into something that resembled a mountain.
However, before he crashed, Bur’goth appeared before him and punched him.
He flew towards Nazar again and appeared before him.
He punched him before Nazar could recover.
And it continued for a few seconds.
(Finished calculating.)
Nazar opened his eyes.
He saw the demon’s punch coming towards his face.
“You cannot escape my fist. I can bust a planet with this. You should be dead with this.”
But immediately afterwards, Nazar’s face was ripped in half.
And he then he vanished.
No, he did not teleport.
He used raw speed.
He moved around the demon and was now floating behind him.
“Huh?”
The demon turned around very quickly but Nazar’s fist was coming crashing down towards his face.
“Planet?”
Nazar laughed a little.
“Don’t joke around, you bastard!”
The demon tried to move out of the way but Nazar managed to punch him before he could move.
The demon was thrown away. He rolled across the fiery ground for a few seconds before recovering.
“In order to defeat me, you need to attack me with enough force that can destroy a whole universe.”
“Kh?”
The demon stood up and wiped the blood off his face.
“Haha… Then lucky for you, I am a multiversal level demon.”
He shot himself towards Nazar at a speed that he could not calculate.
However, Nazar was expecting that.
He just jumped up a little and Bur’goth’s attack was useless.
“Basic fighting pattern.”
He jumped down on top of him and stabbed him with an energy-based weapon that appeared in his hand less than a second ago.
“Argh?!”
“You movement is slow for a multiversal level demon.”
He tried to punch Nazar - who was behind his back - but could not.
The energy sword changed.
It was now made of pure black energy.
As he stabbed him in the back, Bur’goth was dead. He died forever.
Nazar jumped down from his body and kicked him across the ground.
When he finished with Bur’goth, he was surrounded by more demons.
“Human, your time is over.”
Nazar smiled.
“I wish.”
Nazar slammed his foot on the ground and shot himself towards one of the demons.
