Arc 104 - Fallen Angel Uprising (Part 4)

An uninhabited galaxy in Universe Prime:

Nazar, Aarin, Alice and Solace appeared on an unknown planet.

Lucifer, fallen angels, Michael and the remaining demons were there.

However, they did not see Nazar and the others.

Nazar made all of them invisible and watched from afar.

Michael and less than a hundred demons were surrounded by all the fallen angels and Lucifer himself.

However, Michael did not seem worried at all.

In fact, he was smiling.

He waved his hand the planet cracked apart. It opened up and swallowed all of the fallen angels and Lucifer.

“Tch,” Lucifer muttered under his breath.

Lucifer easily managed to get above ground.

Michael jumped into the air and punched him.

“Lucifer, you wasted most of your power creating those fallen angels.”

He punched Lucifer in the face again.

“You are as powerful as a high-class angel at the moment.”

He picked up Lucifer by his neck.

“And I am way above you now.”

Michael slammed his foot into the ground and the whole planet came apart. Rock sized parts of the planet were twirling around Michael. And then his fingers twitched and the planet was recreated once more.

Nazar and the others were still hidden.

But he was doing something.

“What are you doing, Nazar?” Alice asked.

“I am creating an armour. An armour that will allow me to temporarily increase my power ten-fold.”

Between his palms, he was building a device. If he adds this device to his invisible liquid armour, then his power increases by ten-fold. Of course, this is all in theory. He is basing this on an armour he saw in a comic once.

In DC Comics, when Captain Atom used the name Monarch, he had an armour that allowed him to increase his powers. Of course, he was very powerful, so that armour was only used to contain his true power from leaking out. So, he could use his full power without damaging the timeline or the world around him.

Nazar is trying to do something similar. He wants to create an armour that will allow him to use more power than he wants to let out. Of course, when he access different forms, his powers increases, but the time limit is very short. So, with this, he believes he can release more power with extra time.

“I see-- Aarin, Are you okay?”

Aarin looked confused and in pain a little.

Nazar looked at Aarin.

“My powers… My powers are increasing significantly.”

“Hm?”

“Maybe it is because you are the only angel left,” Alice said.

Nazar started to look confused.

“You see, when angels die, their power is distributed among other angels. So, I think the power of all angels who have been turned into fallen angels is pouring inside her. As I said earlier, Michael is no longer an angel, so Aarin is the only remaining angel.”

Nazar’s eyes widened in surprise.

“Wait, you are telling me, she is as powerful as all the angels combined?!?!”

“Yes.”

“Wait, what if her body goes into overload?”

“Angel physiology is different. They never go into overload. Their body adapts to new powers automatically.”

They both looked at Aarin.

“Will she be okay?”

“Yes. Just give her a few minutes and she should be fine.”

“I see...”

Nazar went back and started working on his armour again.

Just a little away, Michael and Lucifer were fighting.

The fallen angels were fighting the high-class demons and a few middle-class demons.

They were fighting on the other side of the solar system.

Michael kept on punching Lucifer.

“You are not holding back, yet you are still weak. Weaker than me. Weaker than someone as Azazel. How pathetic.”

Lucifer teleported out.

“Sigh. Did he just run away?”

However, he did not run away.

Lucifer merely appeared a few meters away from Michael.

“I just noticed… You are not using your powers as an angel.”

Michael did not react at all.

“Why?”

“Well, because it will be an overkill.”

Michael slammed his foot into the ground and he shot himself towards Lucifer.

Lucifer easily managed to dodge him by moving to left a little.

However, once Michael was being dodged, his leg’s size increased unnaturally and kicked Lucifer in the face.

Lucifer was confused.

Lucifer shot out his six wings, but Michael moved around him at a very fast speed and ripped his wings.

They, of course, can grow back in a matter of a minute.

Both of them are beings with powerful energy blasts. Their small energy blast can take out an entire solar system or more easily. However, they both can absorb and manipulate energy, so these blasts will be useless against one another.

“I always wanted to ask, Lucifer...” Michael said as he held Lucifer in a neck lock. “Why are you not using your powers fully? You have omnipresence, you should exist in all places at once… but you don’t even use half of it.”

Lucifer tried to break free.

“When you want to look into the future, you just see visions and since that human has been born, you can’t even see those properly. So, why is that?”

“Because… it is more fun… this way.”

Lucifer struggled a little speak.

It was not that he was in pain but his voice was not coming out properly because he was being held very tight.

“Anyway, why are being so stupid? Why don’t you just destroy everything? You have the power to do so. So, why don’t you do it?”

Michael flew up and dragged Lucifer behind him.

“WHY WON’T YOU DESTROY EVERYTHING, LUCIFER?!”

“Because I don’t want to. Yes, I wanted to do so before but not anymore. Things are just getting interesting now. And besides, why would I destroy everything?”

“You confuse me, Lucifer.”

“You know why I don’t use all of my power? Because it was getting boring. Knowing everything… Being everywhere… It was just getting boring. So, I had to stop it. I had to just exist in one place and at one time.”

Michael flew and flew as fast as he could.

“It made things interesting.”

Michael laughed.

“And ever since that human has been born, I can barely see the future, even if I want to. And even if I see the future, it changes. So, I am very interested to know where it is going.”

Micahel was now holding Lucifer by the back of his neck.

Lucifer moved his hand and held Michael’s arm.

He poured all of his strength into it and freed himself.

Michael stopped flying. And now they were both floating in front of one another.

“And let me tell you something else as well. I know that human is close to us and I will need his help.”

Michael laughed again.

“You hurt the one angel who is close to him. And you think he will help you.”

“Yes. Yes, he will. And he will be joining the battle soon.”

When Michael dragged Lucifer behind him, Nazar noticed an increase in their energies.

“Woah. Their energies just spiked,” Nazar said as he continued to work on his armour.

“Yep. Should we go after them?”

“Nope.”

Alice then looked at Aarin.

“Aarin?”

“Y-yes?”

“Are you okay?”

Aarin placed her hand on her forehead.

“I see everything and know everything that happened. However, the future is fuzzy… I just see images of it and… Oh god.”

Nazar stopped working on his armour and looked at Aarin, who was floating behind him.

“What’s wrong?”

“A galaxy… full of people will be destroyed in a few minutes.”

Alice’s eyes widened in shock.

“Which galaxy?”

Nazar did not have any expressions and did not show any emotions.

“From reading the surrounding areas... Andromeda Galaxy.”

Nazar teleported out.

He appeared on planet Xiem. More specifically in that dome-shaped lab of Kiet. The others were there too.

“Nazar?” Lian said.

Nazar took a deep breath.

“This galaxy will be decimated in a few minutes according to Aarin.”

All of their faces froze due to the shock and fear.

“Wh-what?!” Kiet said.

“Michael and Lucifer are fighting and Aarin saw a vision of the future. She said this whole galaxy will be dead.”

“How long?”

“Minutes.”

Nazar’s casual reply made a few of them angry.

“In that much time… We can’t do anything,” Reaper said.

“Yes, we can.”

They all looked at him in confusion.

He threw a device to Kiet and he caught.

“Fix that for me. All the calculations are there, so make it for me. I will try and prolong it.”

“I am coming too,” Reaper said.

“Okay.” Nazar then looked at Kiet. “And don’t try to do your own stuff into it.”

“Why don’t you stop time?” Hial said.

“I tried. But it was resumed immediately.”

“Ah?”

“Anyway, Reaper, bring me the armour once he finishes making it. Please?”

“Okay.”

Nazar vanished into thin air.

He appeared next to Aarin.

“Aarin?”

“I… I pinpointed the exact location of… of the blast.”

She was still in pain a little.

After a few seconds later, Aarin knew where the blast originated. So, she inserted the coordinates inside his mind.

Then Nazar teleported himself and the others out. They appeared in the blast zone but they were still invisible.

As soon as they appeared, Lucifer had punched Michael and he was thrown onto a planet. And the planet started to break apart.

The good thing was, Aarin had swapped the planet with uninhabited one.

When Nazar noticed that, his eyes and mouth opened wide.

“Show off,” Nazar muttered under his breath.

Michael started to radiate a little.

“1 minute,” Aarin warned them.

Lucifer flew towards him, but Michael did not pay attention to him.

“Let me show you how easily I can destroy an entire galaxy.”

Lucifer swooped in and picked him up. He threw away him away but Michael easily regained his balance.

“Damn it,” Lucifer muttered. “I am freeing all of the angels. It was supposed to be simple.”

Even though Lucifer was saying that in a very low voice, Michael heard him.

“And I will lose control of them. Simple as that.”

Michael stopped smiling.

“Hm?”

He then sighed.

“Okay, so the future changed.”

He returned to normal. He stopped radiating.

“Do you know Lucifer, if you use your omnipresence properly, you won’t be seeing just images of the future. You will know exactly what happens and when.”

He flew towards Lucifer.

“I saw my death by your hands, so I had to stop that from happening. I had to gain more power to stop my death. I can choose when to see the future and when to not. With perfect accuracy--?!?!”

Michael trailed off.

And Lucifer sighed.

“See? That is the human? He is messing with your omnipresence. He is completely immune to it.”

“But… But I could see it perfectly before…?”

“Until when?”

“Until a few minutes ago. Most of it was clear except for a few parts here and there. But now… but now I can’t even see my own future.”

“He is hidden from higher powers. But sometimes, he can subconsciously allow people like us to see him. He is not always aware of it.”

“And how do you know that?”

“I got it from that angel’s mind.”

Lucifer pointed to an empty place.

Michael followed where he was pointing.

“And he is right there. Hidden from high forms of powers but I was able to sense the angel’s increased power and saw him through her eyes.”

Nazar sighed and made all of them visible.

“And that half-breed is there too.”

Michael looked around a little worried.

“It is still going to happen,” Aarin said. “And thanks for not blocking yourself from my view.”

“I don’t even know how I am doing it,” Nazar muttered under his breath.

Reaper appeared next to him.

“Here,” he said as he handed the device to Nazar.

“Thanks.”

Nazar took it.

Solace turned into an N-Sphere and it merged with the device.

After a few seconds, the liquid invisible armour appeared around Nazar.

“Wow! The increased power… I can feel it. It worked!”

(It ruined my plans… but if he helps, I am okay with that.) Lucifer thought. (It will take some time before I am connected to these fallen angels and then I will be back to full power.)

Lucifer’s connection to the angels was broken forever. So, he created these fallen angels.

Nazar flew towards them.

(Accessing Nazar 9.0.)

Being in a form where he can kill an angel (of course, not the most powerful ones) and having an armour that allows him to release more power temporarily, he has become too powerful. Right now, he should be able to harm Lucifer in his prime.

Lucifer smiled.

He was going to use some other tactics to get him on his side, but it did not come to that.

Nazar was still flying towards them.

(“I found a way to take control of his body… but it seems like I won’t be using that method. And if comes to that, then I won’t hesitate to use it.”)

Lucifer started talking to Michael telepathically.

(“You were going to destroy an entire galaxy. I don’t think--”)

Michael laughed.

Nazar increased his speed.

He shot himself towards Lucifer at full speed.

He caught Lucifer off guard.

He punched Lucifer in the stomach and he was thrown towards another planet nearby.

Nazar kept punching him while Lucifer was falling towards the planet.

Lucifer was confused.

He thought he was going to go after Michael because he was going to destroy an entire galaxy. But he was wrong.

Nazar flew through the planet with Lucifer.

While he was doing that, he punched him over and over and over again.

Once they came out of the other side of the planet, Nazar held Lucifer by his neck.

“Why?”

Lucifer did not have time to recover because Nazar punched him in the face.

Lucifer is heavily weakened right now. He lost a lot of energy when Alice blew up in hell. He also wasted most of his energies when he created the fallen angels. And more than that, he lost his connection to the angels.

When he attacked hell, he killed everyone and got their powers but he did not account for Alice.

“Why did he hurt her when you could have gotten all the information you needed?”

Nazar threw away Lucifer.

And Michael just watched.

“And why did you send her friend after her?”

Lucifer did not catch a break.

(Combine Nazar 9.0 and Nazar 2.0.)

His form changed.

Black aura started to appear around Nazar.

A scythe made of dark energy appeared in his hand.

He got closer to Lucifer and stabbed him with it.

The weapon then vanished into thin air.

Nazar then stabbed his hand inside Lucifer’s chest and tried to pull his heart out but…

“STOP!” Aarin shouted.

Nazar was kind of confused, so he did as she said.

He did not pull out his heart and did not squash it in his hand.

Aarin flew towards Nazar and covered thousands of miles in less than a second. And she was not even using her wings.

“His existence is crucial to this universe… no, the whole of existence.”

Nazar looked at Lucifer and then Aarin.

Michael came close as well.

“Come on, human, just do your job. Kill him. You are the grim reaper now,” Michael said.

When Nazar stabbed Lucifer with that weird scythe, he damaged Lucifer’s soul.

He has been working on this for the last two weeks. He wanted to kill this bastard for what he did to Aarin and what he might have been planning for Nazar. But also for how he was going to betray him when they were with the Nameless One.

“DO IT!!” Michael shouted.

Aarin punched him in the face.

“Is that your ‘love’ for Lucifer? You could be saving everything,” Michael said in a mocking tone.

“I am trying to save everything.”

Aarin sounded cold.

“If he dies, everything dies with it. I am not sure if he knows this or not. But I don’t care. As an angel, it is our job to keep the very existence safe, but we have not been doing that for thousands of years.”

Michael sighed.

“You really are pathetic.”

(Accessing Nazar 3.0.)

The black aura around Nazar vanished.

(Damn it. What the actual fuck?!?!?! I mean, seriously? This guy.)

Nazar sighed.

“Lucifer, you wanted to create a new system?”

Michael shot out his wings. They were two white wings. Bigger than any other angel’s.

The size of their wings does not mean anything.

So, Michael finally started using his powers as an angel.

“I, Michael, was the Divine Angel.”

He is the divine angel. And angel with the powers that should belong to the supreme being. However, this was before he got access to all those divine powers.

Now, he is not an angel anymore.

His white wings shattered and silver wings replaced it.

Silver wings made of metal.

“Now, I am the Archangel Michael.”

“What? There is no such thing as an ‘Archangel’,” Aarin sounded confused.

“Oh, yes it is. It has been for a long time now. All this time, I have been pretending to be an angel. But I was an Archangel.”

“What is the difference?” Nazar asked with a blank look on his face.

“Fallen angels are angels who are no longer part of the system. They are not the Supreme One’s soldiers like the angels are and cannot be used by the supreme being as he pleases. Archangels, on the other hand, are a new breed of angels.”

“Unlike angels and fallen angels, who can be good or bad as they please or can be both at the same time, Archangels are evil. They are the type of angels that do not have any good in them,” Aarin explained.

Nazar had no idea what was going on.

“Michael, leave this place at once. Or else...”

“Or else? Shoot me with a love blast?”

Nazar laughed.

He is not supposed to have emotions but he still found it funny.

“Oh my god, you have a ‘love blast’?”

“Wh-what?! NO!” Aarin said frantically.

Lucifer was holding his chest tight. For the first time in a very long time, he reacted to pain. Of course, it was not physical pain.

“Hm?”

All of a sudden, Nazar felt a rift being opened.

“What is it, Nazar?”

“I feel a rift being opened.”

Dozens of beings from the 6th dimensional plane of existence appeared behind Michael. Dozens of gods, including the God of Power, who fought against the Nameless One was also there.

“Archangel Michael, sorry we are late,” the leader of the gods said.
