Arc 86 - Rapture (Part 5)
Nazar met with the Goddess of Knowledge. She punched Nazar in the chest and he flew through a wall, a pillar and then slammed into the elevator.
She stood above him and smiled.
“I am your death.”
Her fist came crashing down towards Nazar.
Nazar tried very hard to evade it somehow, but he failed.
She punched him in the face.
The bones in Nazar’s nose broke.
There were a lot of people in the department store and they all stared at Nazar in surprise.
“You are just a human. Why do you have so much power?”
Nazar tried to move but she punched him again.
“So...lace?”
- Yes, Master? -
Solace once more appeared as an N-Sphere. She was no longer in her physical form.
“Shield.”
- Yes, Master. -
As soon as Solace said that, a small invisible shield appeared around Nazar. She is using Nazar’s force field creation power.
She punched Nazar in the face again, but the impact was not the same. The impact was reduced by a massive amount. Nothing in Nazar’s face was broken.
She picked up Nazar by his hair and threw him away.
He was thrown outside.
Once he was outside, a car bumped into him.
The car immediately stopped and the driver got out of his car.
Once he saw Nazar, he got very scared.
“P-please don’t kill,” the driver said while he looked like he was about to cry.
“Just… get out of here,” Nazar said to him.
However, the driver looked very confused.
“GET OUT…*cough*... OF HERE!”
Nazar coughed blood while saying that.
The Goddess of Knowledge shot herself towards Nazar at full speed.
“Speed.”
- Okay, Master. -
As soon as Solace said that, Nazar finally gained some speed.
She tried to punch Nazar in the face, but Nazar moved away a little. So, she missed her punch.
“Hm?” She gave him a confused look.
“Flight.”
- Master, flight without speed is useless. -
The problem with this is that Solace can only provide one power-up for Nazar at a time. If Nazar had his nanite-based clothes, Solace would have been able to give him multiple power-ups at the same time, but right now, he is wearing normal clothes, so she can only give him one power-up at a time. For example, Nazar should be able to fly now, but without speed, he will be travelling at 100 miles per hour, which is nothing to that goddess.
“Damn it.”
- Should I give you telekinetic bubble, instead? -
“Ye--”
Nazar got punched in the chest again and flew through the bus.
His back got smashed into the back of the bus. As it was not made of glass, he barely stopped.
A few bones in his back broke.
(Ribs broken.) Nazar thought.
He coughed blood.
(A bone is about to stab into my heart.)
People left the bus as soon as they could.

(A few bones in the back broken.)
The Goddess shot herself towards her.
(And yet… yet, I am not feeling any pain.)
She picked up Nazar by his neck.
(What has become of me?)
She squeezed his neck hard.
Nazar had trouble breathing… but he could not really feel anything. He was not feeling any pain or pressure.
(I am going to die again, am I not?)
She slammed him into the broken chairs.
Something pierced his back.
(I am coughing blood. Bones broken. Can’t breathe.)
Nazar forced himself to stand up.
He clenched his fist.
(Then why am I not feeling any pain?)
He swung his fist and he managed to punch her, but his hand broke, instead.
She laughed at him.
“You are pathetic.”
She picked him up by holding his hair.
“Without your powers, you are nothing.”
She punched him in the stomach.
(Another broken bone.)
“All powerful beings are like that.”
Nazar smiled.
The Goddess looked at him in confusion.
“My AI…It analysed your power levels. And it created something special for you.”
What she did not notice was that her powers were going down.
- I analysed your powers and found out where it is coming from. Like any ‘God’, most of your powers come from an external source. So, I have blocked that for you. -
She tried to fly away but instead, she slammed into nothingness. It was an invisible shield.
- And you will never leave this barrier unless my Master allows it. -
The barrier moved a little. It moved away from the part of the road that had no cars or anything like that.
She looked around in confusion.
Nazar finally managed to stand on his two feet.
He held his stomach with his one hand and used his other hand to hold on to something to walk.
He forced his battered body to slowly walk towards the Goddess.
“I used to be an extremely powerful being.”
Streams of blood were pouring down from Nazar’s mouth.
“But I have died thousands and thousands of times. So, I can’t feel any pain.”
He slowly walked towards her.
“Solace.”
- Yes, Master. -
“Give me everything.”
- That is a bad idea. It could lead to the death of many people if emergency services are down. -
“Like I care,” Nazar said slowly.
- But Master, you said I should stop you if you ever ask me this question. -
“...”
Nazar did not say anything. He just walked towards the Goddess.
- Master? -
“Just focus everything on the strength.”
- Collecting all N-Spheres from around the universe. -
Within a second, thousands of N-Spheres started to float around Nazar.
They all then merged into one.
- I have kept a few, just to keep the digital world moving. -
“Okay.”
The N-Sphere then turned liquid and formed around Nazar. Then it created an invisible armour around Nazar,

“Focus everything on strength. Leave durability, speed and everything else out.”
Nazar jumped 10 meters in the air.
He formed a fist and jumped down on the Goddess.
“Put all strength into my punch.”
- Okay, Master. -
He fell down on the Goddess and punched her in the head.
She was slammed into the ground.
Before she could recover, Nazar jumped back immediately, while holding his stomach with his hand.
The Goddess stood up.
“Interesting.”
“Heal, Solace.”
The invisible liquid around Nazar started healing Nazar. However, he was not healed fully. The reason was simple. The Goddess pulled him closer using telekinesis.
Once Nazar was inside that barrier, he was the Human and she was the Goddess.
“Durability.”
- Okay, Master. -
She punched again and again and again. And she did not let him get away at all. She kept him as close as possible.
However, most of her damage was taken in by the armour.
She held him by his neck again.
“You actually managed to land a hit on me. Congratulations, human.”
She narrowed her eyes.
“But that is the last time you land a hit on me-- What?!”
Yellow energy appeared around Nazar. He was pulled away from the goddess.
Nazar was also very confused.
He looked up and saw someone covered in yellow energy above him.
“It seems like you needed some help.”
“00--Jake?”
“Hi.”
Jake landed on the ground.
“What the hell are you doing here?”
“Helping you?”
“Get out of here, you idiot. You can die.”
“I don’t work for you anymore, remember? I am just here to stop whoever… or whatever that is.”
"You can't!"
"I know."
Nazar sighed.
“Solace. Forget healing. Just give me strength.”
Nazar jumped a few meters into the air.
“Pull me out as soon as you can.”
“Okay.”
Yellow energy appeared around him once more.
Nazar formed his fist and tried to attack the Goddess.
The Goddess smiled.
“Seriously? You are so dumb.”
Nazar landed behind her.
He immediately jumped back.
He nodded his head.
Jake did not understand what he meant.
- Jake, pull Master towards you as fast as you can. -
“Okay?”
Jake pulled Nazar closer with his telekinetic bubble.
- Add a little strength to it, too. Please? -
“Okay?”
Jake put all of his psychic energies into the energy surrounding Nazar.
Nazar clenched his fist again.
He was being pulled at supersonic speed.
She tried to hold Nazar by the neck again, but Nazar bent his back unnaturally and punched her in the sides.
Nazar was pulled out of her reach immediately. However, due to the speed, Jake could not stop him in time. So, Nazar was slammed into the bus again.
“Sorry, ma--woah?!”
Jake was pulled by the Goddess.
He tried to placed a circular barrier around him but as soon as she punched him, it broke apart.
She then punched him in the stomach and he was thrown away.
Nazar barely managed to stop Jake from being slammed into the bus. Unlike Nazar, Jake does not have durability. He only has telepathy and telekinesis. But has the potential for other psychic powers.
“I told you to stay away, you idiot.”
Blood started to pour down from Jake’s mouth.
“Solace? Are the others safe?”
- Yes, Master. I have created a barrier around the cafe, so she won’t be able to hurt them. -
“Thanks, Solace.”
There was a barrier around the cafe, so Emma and the others can be safe.
“Get me Norse God.”
- Okay, Master. -
“Just strength.”
- Okay, Master. -
Nazar shot towards the Goddess at his full speed.
However, she easily caught him by his neck and it nearly snapped.
(Why did I shoot myself towards her?)
Her right hand turned into energy and ripped that invisible liquid armour from Nazar’s body.
(I had no chance against her at all.)
“You are pathetic, human.”
(Why? Do I just want to die? But I don’t want to… Ah.)
Nazar noticed something.
The barrier around her was creaking.
(I had all of Solace focused on me. I forgot about the barrier.)
She increased the pressure on his neck.
Nazar’s eyeballs looked like they were about pop out.
USA:
It is about 9.30 AM in London. Eddie is now living in New York City, with his girlfriend, Jessica. So, it is very, very early in the morning. He is sleeping right now.
- Edward Hunt, wake up. -
Solace increased its volume and it blasted in Eddie and Jessica’s ears.
“Ngh… What the hell?!” Jessica said as she scratched his eyes.
“I don’t know...” Eddie looked super sleepy.
- Eddie, Master needs your help. -
Eddie immediately sat up on the bed.
“WHAT?! Since when?”
- He needs your help. He is currently powerless. And he is facing a super powerful being. -
“O-okay. I will help him.”
Eddie’s clothes appeared and vanished into thin air with the N-Sphere.
London:
Nazar’s eyes were about to pop out. His breathing stopped. He was about to be killed once again.
And then…
KRAKABOOM!!
A massive thunder shot right through the Goddess.
If she was not a Goddess, she would have been fired to nothingness.
Eddie was floating above her.
“I am Norse God. Nice to meet you.”
She smiled.
“Norse God? So, you are a God, too?”
“No. I am a combination of multiple Gods. You are one but I am many.”
The barrier around the Goddess broke apart.
The Goddess of Knowledge and Norse God shot towards each other at full speed.
It is time for the clash of Gods.
