Arc 27 - Meeting

Planet Mial:

Planet Mial is a planet that is only used for trading. It is at the edge of Milky Way Galaxy, just outside the boundaries of Duluria Empire. This planet is also very close to Jabalot Empire.

This planet has only been used as a means of trading. On this planet, most empires sell their technology here and weapons and slaves and information and much more. It is a planet that is not part of any empire. This planet is the second biggest trader centre in Milky Way Galaxy and Andromeda Galaxy.

Iget chose this planet as their meeting point because he knew that on this planet, there are no rules. And under the galactic rules, no one is illegal and nothing is illegal. This means that you can commit any kinds of crimes you wish and no one can arrest you. There is no law here. There is no government here.

If anyone is arrested by a government, they are to be released immediately. This planet is in close contact with Jabalot Empire.

They are meeting on the fancy side of the planet.

The east side of the planet is nothing but weapons. West is advanced technology. South is where the slaves are sold. North is where the information is sold.

It is known across the stars that a few years ago, someone sold inside information of a planet and a few weeks later, the planet was destroyed by mercenaries and assassins from Jabalot.

Iget and Iket just started their meetings.

The meeting was in a small room that had just one massive meeting desk in it. Around it was a few chairs.

There is no one else besides these two in the room. The meeting is taking place one day after Iket requested Iget to kill Nazar.

“” Iget spoke as soon as the meeting began.

“” Iket paused. “”

“” Iket added. “”

Iget laughed.

“” Iget spoke. “”

“” Iket asked immediately.

“”

“” Iket paused. “”

Iget smiled and said, “”

Iket sighed.

“” Iget said.

“”

Iget thought for a minute.

“”

This is the kind of trade that no king should even consider. If he does this, the citizens of Jabalot Empire can move freely in Vanaha Empire. They can easily assassinate anyone they wish. The long brought peace will be destroyed in the empire.

Iket did no speak. He was thinking.

“” Iket spoke after a few minutes of awkward silence.

Iget was extremely surprised to hear that. He was expecting this lord of Vanaha Empire to reject his offer. But he was surprised that his offer is even considered, let alone might be accepted.

“” Iget asked.

“”

For a planet made of criminals, this might not seem like much, but it is more than enough. They can get the best guns, even better than Mial. They can find others like themselves and even purchase much stronger slaves, that they later turn in their comrades.

It is okay if they cannot commit any of the killings, but they can do so much more in here.

“” Iget asked.

“” Iket finally let go of his dull expressionless face and smiled.

Hearing this, Iget’s heartbeat nearly stopped. His breathing increased.

Angel Fall. Why is everyone scared of it? What is Angel Fall? And how does Iget know about it?

“” Iget spoke as sweat poured down on his face. He was actually shivering right now. ""

“” Iket spoke with a smile on his face. “”

Iget swallowed his saliva and took a deep breath. “”

“” Iket said.

Iket was the younger brother of this criminal known as Iget. Two rulers from two different empires. They were blood brothers. Something happened a long time ago and these two has become two of the most feared beings in the galaxy.

Iket is known as the cosmic messiah, the divine ruler, and cosmic destroyer. His brother is known as a murder and traitor. What happened in the past?

“” Iget spoke as he was still shivering. “”

“” Iget said as he slammed his hands on the meeting desk. “”

“” Iket spoke calmly. “”

“”

“” Iket paused. “”

“”

Iket smiled and vanished into thin air.

(Earth, huh?) Iget thought. (Never knew one day we will have to save you...)

He looked over the data that was left by his brother. It was the data that his brother gathered from Duluria Empire and yesterday on Earth.

Iget vanished into thin air too.

Planet Jabalot:

Iget, the current ruler of Planet Jabalot appeared in his throne room. Unlike his brother’s throne room, this room was much different. His brother’s throne looked majestic and divine. The room looked like a temple. But this one is different. This room’s throne is made of bones. There is a massive skull hanging behind the throne. The throne is placed very high in the room. The staircase to the throne in the room and the area beneath the throne are made of skulls and bones. The colour of the room is mixed. It is coloured with the blood of their victims.

The throne room contained people who had lashes around their necks. The people with lashes were slaves. They were men and women who had no clothes on.

He sat on his throne. Unlike his brother, who is too bright to look at, this guy has green skin. Green eyes. He is as tall as his brother and everyone else.

Before he left, he called his people here. Of course, all of them could not fit in this throne room, so his message was broadcasted through a video feed. All of his citizens across the universe could hear and see him.

“,” he said as he sat down on his throne. “”

The whole empire was made of the strongest of the strongest in the universe. Strongest mercenaries, criminals, assassins and so much more. Even though they are powerful, they fight among themselves and rank up in the ladder.

The Death 100 were made of the deadliest people in the universe. An assassin that does not miss his target. He has never failed. He has even taken on people who can move mountains and killed them. He knows every weak point of any creature he meets. His name is Reaper. He looks like a human, but he has never even come close to this side of the galaxy. BeBesideseing a good marksman, he is a good hand-to-hand combatant and swordsman. Furthermore, he has other powers too, but most people does not know that.

Another is a mercenary with brute force. He is a hired gun for anyone who pays him enough. He has helped the Dulurians and other empires too. He is said to be the one of the most powerful people in this empire. It is said that he has never lost a war. His name is Brawn.

Another is a rogue magician from Chochica Empire. She was a magician like most of her people. However, her methods were seem to cruel, so she was imprisoned here a few thousand years ago. Another reason for his time in prison was because she used dark magic too. Using angelic and dark magic, she experimented on herself too and gained immortality. She is the most powerful mage in this empire. Her name is Darkness. As other Chochicans, Darkness also looks like a human.

Another is known as Professor Death. It is a self given name. He is responsible for creating deadly technology and weapons. It is said that his tech can even compete with Vanaha Empire. He once created a biological weapon that destroyed an entire planet within one hour. It is said that he can create any kind of weapon in less than 24 hours. Professor Death is 1.50 M tall man. He does not look human at all. He has four hands and he can also use his legs to help him in making his weapons. His face looks like a frog and man is combined.

Rewind. A speedster. A speedster so fast that it is said to warp time-space continuum. He can even travel faster than light speed. He is responsible for killing one billion people once in less than an hour. He is responsible for the death of all guards on Jabalot when it was a prison. His methods are cruel, but he does not take him time with his victims. No one knows how rewind looks. He is always moving too fast and all they can see is the black after image.

Meltdown. A being made of pure energy. It is said that he has absorbed the entire energies of a supernova once. His main power is energy absorption and energy emission. He is considered powerful, but a few hundred years ago, he absorbed supernova which turned him into a being of pure energy. He is the strongest person in this empire, but he never even bothered fighting against anyone here. Meltdown is a man made of energies. He is a being of pure energy so he can take any form he wants.

Bloodlust. A cyborg. This cyborg used to be a living being, with emotions and everything, but Professor Death experimented on her and turned into a cyborg. Before becoming a cyborg, she was a hitman. As this cyborg, she has many powers. Strength, speed, flight, teleportation, technopathy, energy manipulation, and so many more. She is in control of every single technology on the planet. She is also a servant of Professor Death. Bloodlust does not have hair. Her entire organs has been replaced with machines. However, he heart and mind are still intact. The cyborg’s outer colour is grey. She has a very large neck and her head is egg shaped. Her hands are pretty long as well and so are her legs. She is 2 M tall.

Hurricane. A being who can control the cosmic storm. A storm so powerful that it can annihilate battleships with no problem. With this power, she can control the weather of any planet she set foot on. She is responsible for the always sunny weather of Jabalot. Hurricane looks like a human too.

Graviti. She is a being who can control gravity. She can increase it to a point where the gravity can pull something like a small moon. She tried this on her home planet. Which lead to its destruction. Graviti has a blue skin. Her hair is blue and so are her eyes. Her eyes are all blue. She has no teeth. She is a very short person.

Sneak. He is a shapeshifter. He can take the form of any creature he wants. Whether its real or not. Once he takes their form, he even gains their powers. However, the power he gains is not the same as the original. For example, if he becomes an angel, his power will not even be planetary level. He has taken down empires by posing as their ruler. No one knows the true form of Sneak.

There are dozens other like these. The Death 100 include people who have destroyed planets before, committed genocide or can do both if they want to.

Iget himself have Vanahan physiology. This means that he has super strength, flight, speed, teleportation, and as a royal family, he also possess energy, psychic powers and matter manipulation.

After a minute or so, everyone else left the throne room and only the Death 100 were left.

“” the Reaper asked.

Bloodlust did something and on all of their communicators, that were similar to the ones made by Vanaha Empire, a picture appeared.

“” Iget spoke in a calm tone. “”

“” Brawn said with a disinterest in his tone.

Darkness let out a small and forced laugh. She said in a mocking tone, “”

“” Rewind said as he moved. He is always moving. He never stops and never tires.

Even though Iget is the king here, there is no respect among them. They all treat one another like equals.

“,” the Reaper said in a calm tone.

Even though he looks like a mere human, he gives an aura that scares everyone. He can kill the unkillable. He is also someone who never went against the king. He finds these kinds of things boring.

Also, they spoke in their own languages, but everyone else heard in a language they understood the best.

“” Sneak said while smiling.

The king of outlaws sighed and said, “”

After a few minutes, they were able to go through the data, Brawn was the first to speak. “”

“” Rewind said in a mocking tone.

“” The Reaper said. “”

“” Iget replied immediately.

“” Brawn said.

A smile appeared on Darkness’ face. “”

Meltdown finally opened his mouth. “”

Iget’s body stiffened. “”

“” Reaper spoke in his calm tone again. He is the kind of person that never show any expressions on his face. You can never know what he is feeling. You can never know what he is thinking.

“” Iget said as he got off his throne.

“” Rewind said sarcastically. Rewind is one of those people who never take anything seriously. He has never faced a challenge he could not overcome. “”

“,” Brawn said. He is a person who looks like a 4 meter monster. He has bones spikes coming out of his body.

“,” Rewind said as he ran out of the throne room.

Wednesday, 26th of June 2019 - 5 days after the siege on Earth:

Laura Marino teleports into her workplace. Yesterday, Nazar asked her if she wanted the position of being the boss of the Internal Order. She was not sure because the organisation was founded by Nazar anonymously to try and kill himself. And more importantly, the previous boss of Internal Order was an alien.

She is still not sure if she wants to be the boss. She did not have enough time. She finally got back together with her brother after a long time, but the world is not so kind to her. And Nazar will be coming here any second wanting his answer.

“What should I do?” she muttered.

She can become the boss of the Internal Order, but is she really fit for the job?

She feels like she should do it since she will be able to help so many. However, at the same time, she does not know if she can handle the responsibility.

As she was thinking about what she should do, Nazar teleported into the room. It was a massive office and there was only one desk in it.

“I hope you made your decision,” Nazar said immediately.

Laura sighed and said, “Kind of...”

Nazar walked closer and said, “Look, if you need help with it, I will help you.”

She chuckled.

“But if you want this organisation to continue, we need to meet all the condition.” Nazar added.

“Yes. I will do it.” Laura paused. “I shall become the new boss of Internal Order.”

A smile appeared on Nazar’s face.

“Well, then, let’s get on with conditions.”

Both Nazar and Laura teleported into the room below. It was a meeting room used by Internal Order. In this room, they can fit most of the superhumans.

As Nazar appeared, all the superhumans became a little alarmed.

As Nazar appeared, he said, “I shall let you know on a secret. I was the one who created this organisation.”

As he said that, everyone was shocked to their core.

“I will let you know on the details later on,” Nazar added. “For today, I will give all of you permanent superpowers. You will no longer need to use the pills. I have analysed it and it have negative effects on your physiology.”

“What…?”

“I don’t understand...”

“Nazar…?”

“...insane...”

The chatter continued but Nazar did not pay any attention to it.

The superhumans would have attacked but they did not have their superpowers at the moment.

“Hey, Laura, did you find the replacement for 010 or did you bring the original back?”

“I did not bring the original back or found a replacement.” She paused. “I think we should let that number empty. To remind us of our failures.”

The room was still full of chatter. Nazar did not pay any attention to it. He has an ability called ‘Superpower Manipulation’. This allows his to manipulate superpowers. For example, he can remove their powers, give them powers, and so much more.

He opened his palm and looked at it. He closed his eyes and opened it immediately. His eyes were now lit with green energy. As his eyes lit up, a small energy ball was created in his palm.

A few seconds later, the energy ball broke apart into 998 different pieces. Each person was hit by a small piece of this ball.

Nazar then used his power to give them the powers they had before. He got rid of all powers that could be dangerous. For example, he removed any time related abilities. He also removed some useless abilities like light creation, which has no defensive or offensive capabilities. He also increased the number of support powers like healing and teleportation.

Furthermore, he changed the powers of some. For example, this one superhuman had vector manipulation, but his analytical mind was not very good. So, he replaced it with a power that was more suitable to him.

After a minute, he finished giving each one powers. He did not increase their power levels. He just gave them the same level as they had when they were using pills.

“There. Done.” Nazar said.

“What…?”

“I can feel it within me...”

“Woah...”

“It feels different...”

001 finally spoke. “Why are you doing this?”

As he asked this question, the others stopped speaking. The room became silent.

“The threats to Earth are increasing. We now have aliens too. So, as you guys want to protect this world, I want to make sure that you guys do your job properly.” Nazar explained.

“Also, we will be getting rid of ANTF and ANT. NSE will also be disbanded as there is no need for it anymore.” Laura added. “We will be solely focusing on helping people from now on. We are going to be a peacekeeping organisation.”

“Where is the boss?” 005 asked.

As she asked this question, Laura and Nazar looked at each other and then nodded.

Nazar then explained everything that happened regarding this organisation and the deal with aliens. He also told them about Zerathos.

After that, Nazar and Laura were back in her office.

“Everyone working here will need to leave,” Laura said. “But what if they use their knowledge here and try to work for terrorists or something?”

“Mind wipe.” Nazar replied.

With a puzzled expression, Laura said, “What?”

“We can remove their memories,” Nazar said calmly. “They will not remember this whole thing.”

“But...that’s very cruel.”

“Or we can let them go and create unnecessary superhumans and profit from it.”

Laura did not say anything after that. She was silent now.

“Fine. Do it.”

Nazar got up from the chair he had made by solidifying the air particles around him.

He got up and closed his eyes. Once he opened, his eyes were lit up with blue energy.

After a minute, his eyes went back to normal.

“So?” Laura said.

“I have wiped the mind of everyone, except the 999 people, including you,” Nazar said in a calm tone. “I also teleported them into their homes. They will have no idea what they were doing here or where here was.” Nazar paused. “However, I left a hole in their memory that will need to be filled up by itself. They can fill in that anything they want. But they will know that they were away from their loved ones.”

Nazar thought for a while and then said, “Actually, I have a better idea.”

“Huh?”

“I will change their memories into something else. So, they cannot forget everything, they will think that terrorists had kidnapped them and forced them to create weapons and superhumans but it was nothing but failure. That should do it.”

“Okay, so the whole organisation will be known as Internal Order from now on. We will be a peacekeeping force. Nothing more.” Laura paused. “But this place is a little… to big and its location...”

“Don’t worry, I will destroy this place.” Nazar said this in a calm tone, but Laura was surprisd and was a little scared. “I will give you my current base on the moon. It has all the latest tech and weapons.”

“The...moon?” Laura was now dumbfound.

“It’s either that or a floating city.”

Laura did not know what to answer.

“Yes, I will need you guys to not be just a peacekeeping force, but also keep a watch for extraterritorial activities that has anything to do with Earth. So, I think the moon is the best option.”

“You are kidding, right?”

Nazar who was standing up got closer to the desk and placed his hands on it. He did not have a smile on his face. “Do I ever joke?”

This startled Laura a little.

“So, do you really think that these guys will accept this?” Laura asked.

“As long as you do, everything is fine.” Nazar paused. “So, what is your answer?”

Laura relaxed in her chair a little. She let out a sigh. “I will accept your offer.”

Nazar smiled and said, “That’s good.”

He floated in the air and let out his hands horizontally. The next second, Laura and the other superhumans found themselves in an unknown location.

Nazar back was the original facility of Internal Order.

The place was crumbling around him. He destroyed everything in here. The whole place crumbled and the evidence was gone completely because Nazar used his powers to turn all equipment here into rock.

Nazar teleported back to the moon. He appeared before the confused superhumans and a human. He smiled and said, “Welcome to your new home.”

Vanaha Empire - Xiem:

The divine ruler is still in his room. He only uses the throne room when it is needed. All the other time, he spends it in his room. This is where he plots all his plans and carries them out from here.

Right now he is in contact with his son, who is in another solar system, just outside ours.

“,” Kiet said. “”

After that, the call was cut off by the king.

As soon as he cut off the call, someone entered the room. It was his mother again.

“,” she said as soon as she entered the room.

“” the king replied.

His mother had an expression that showed she was not sure if she wanted to ask or now. But her son noticed that.

“”

“”

“” the king spoke calmly. “” He paused. “”

“”

Before she could finish, her son interrupted her.

“”

As he said that, his mother nodded and left the room.

The king was alone once again. And now it was time to create a contingency plan if assassins of Jabalot fails.

One week later - Wednesday, 3rd of July 2019:

001 walks into the new office of Laura. She is working through some paperwork.

As 001 walked in, she looked up and smiled.

“Oh. Hi, 001.”

“Hi, boss,” 001 replied as he looked around nervously.

“What is it?” Laura said as noticed the nervous gaze of 001.

“Where is Nazar?”

“I don’t know… I have not seen him since last Thursday.”

Meanwhile on Jabalot Empire:

Nazar tied to a chair.

The room is pitch black. There is no light. There is no sound. He cannot feel his powers.

His breathing is faint and his face is all bloodied.

“Ngh… what…?”

Before he could finish, someone punched him in the face and knocked him out.
