Arc 26 - Battleships

The Duluria Empire had a few battleships near Earth. They have been around for years. They were here to try and find out what this barrier was. The barrier that kept the whole Earth, its moon and a few nearby planets completely separate from the rest of the universe. The barrier did not move Earth into another dimension or anything, but it just separated it from rest of the universe.

No one could go into this world using teleportation of other methods. That was the case until about a few months ago. About a month ago, Zerathos asked Bur’goth to help him open the barrier. Bur’goth could only transport small artefacts. And it was all to the help of other artefacts Zerathos has collected over the course of thousands of years. They managed to make a small dent that allowed Duluria to send just one soldier in.

They wanted to send in more, but this person was supposed to be sent in for recon. To see if they were ready to sacrifice more soldiers.

The soldier known as Eort collected data on everything he could. Until one day Nazar found this person. They tried to send others, but Nazar blew up their pods before they even reached Earth.

Four days ago, the barrier was completely broken because of many artefacts gathered by Zerathos. He had help from magical items and a demon to do so.

This opened ways for Duluria to get closer to Earth. They spectated from above. When the reality was warped, they were joined by other empires. Like Vanaha and Chochica Empire.

Now, they are in Earth’s solar system. Nazar told one of them to get the hell out of here, but they are still in the solar system. He thinks that they would cause trouble for Earth. So, he is going to stop them.

However, their battleships are made by the Vanaha Empire. All of these battleships are made of technorganic materials. It regenerates itself within seconds.

There are three Vanaha Empire battleships, three Duluria Empire battleships, and one Chochica Empire battleship. These seven battleships can destroy an entire planet. However, for some reason, they are hesitating to destroy a backwater planet like Earth.

What is the relationship between Earth and other empires of the universe? How does a planet as small as this fit into the cosmic side of the universe? How does a planet that still does not believe in the existence of alien life forms is so known in the whole universe?

The universe is filled with secrets. Some are too dark to be revealed. Some are too unbelievable. Some are just too dangerous to know. What kind of secret is the Earth hiding?

Before these seven battleships, one man stands. A human who can get any power he wants and at any level. A human with the power of a god. A human with enough power to rival even the supreme being if he wanted to.

“” a general of the Vanaha Empire shouted.

His voice was sent to every ship in the solar system.

(Technorganic?) Nazar thought. (Why did I never think of this? It is better than nanites.)

As the general’s voice echoed through the ear of every soldier for hundreds of miles, all the soldiers agreed. However, they did not reply one by one. The general of the ship was doing this.

In one of the Vanaha Empire battleship, Kiet Xehz showed up. The son of the divine ruler, Iket Xehz. The son of a cosmic destroyer and cosmic messiah. A prince of a thousand star empire. A man who is his father’s protector and assistant.

“,” the prince said as he entered the battleship using teleportation.

All the soldiers were surprised to hear that.

“Angel fall?” Nazar muttered in the coldness and darkness of space. He should not be able to talk, but he has energy around him that allows him to breathe and speak in space.

He also heard the chatter from all of the battleship.

“” A general of Duluria Empire muttered.

“,” The High Priestess of Chochica Empire said in a worrying tone.

“” The general of a Vanaha Empire asked the prince.

“” the prince said as he walked towards the massive screen that had Nazar’s image magnified.

He was hundreds of kilometres away, but the image was so clear that you would think he was just standing outside the window.

“” The prince paused. “”

The prince’s voice echoed through the ear of every soldier and general. Most of them were confused about the whole Angel Fall. What is Angel Fall?

No one spoke for some time. The prince was thinking about something.

He thought and thought, but he could not come up with answers.

“” The prince finally spoke. All the generals from all seven battleships, including the prince ended up in a room.

There were about 30 different generals. They were in a circular room.

“” Kiet spoke quickly. “”

“” a general of Duluria Empire spoke.

“”

The High Priestess hesitated to answer. “” She paused. “”

Unlike the people of Vanaha Empire, who had a green skin and were very tall, and Duluria Empire, who had a grey skin, the people of Chochica Empire looked humanoid. Members of Vanaha Empire were mostly green-skinned, but there were red skinned and other skin colours too. Members of Duluria Empire were silver-skinned and grey skinned, but they had other skinned people in their empire. However, Chochica were humanoid in terms of their looks and shared a similarity with the skin colours of humans. They share a lot with humans.

Rumours have it that this empire did not exist 30,000 years ago. It came out of nowhere and were powerful magicians. It is a powerful empire, but unlike Duluria and Vanaha, they did not force others under their rule. They merged with other magick based empires and created one massive and powerful empire.

“” The prince of Vanaha Empire spoke.

“” The High Priestess continued. “”

As the High Priestess spoke calmly, the others noticed something and were surprised.

“” The prince of Vanaha Empire asked.

She looked around and noticed the confused expression of everyone. However, her expressions suggested that she was talking about something obvious. “” She paused. “”

They all looked surprised. How come they have not heard of something like this? When did this happen and why were they not informed.

They tried to leave the room, but the door was locked. So, they teleported out, but instead of landing inside the ship, they found themselves in the coldness and darkness of space.

If they had enough time, they would have asked ‘what the hell is going?’ or ‘what happened?’

They soon teleported out into another ship.

“,” the prince asked immediately from one of the generals.

Most of the Vanaha soldiers in the battleship were speechless. They moved their lips but no answer came forward.

“” the prince shouted as he stood up.

The other generals stood up too.

Another general that stayed behind started to explain what happened. “”

As the general explained, the prince and the other generals were surprised, scared and angry.

“” The prince asked slowly.

And at that moment, Nazar came crashing through with a smile on his face. The breach he had created, did not exist after a second.

“” Nazar spoke in Xian. It is the official language of Vanaha Empire.

They were all speechless now. How the hell did this happen?

“” Nazar said.

A few minutes earlier:

Nazar was in the middle of nowhere. He was standing in front of seven different battleships. Battleships that can destroy Earth with no trouble.

Nazar is standing before these deadly battleships.

(Technorganic… Regeneration… Yup, this is going to be a trouble.)

Nazar analysed all the ships within a matter of 5 seconds. He looked at each ship and analysed the electrical flow in it. He analysed what kind of technology is used. If it has nanites, he should have no problem.

While analysing, he noticed something else too. The ships were not just technorganic. It also had traces of magick in it too.

He focused on the closes battleship to him. It was a massive ship. Bigger than the ones used by Dulurians or Chochicans. The ships are designed by Vanahans but for some reason, there is a degree of magic in it, too.

The ship in front of him was slightly bigger than the other Vanahan ships, too.

Using his X-Ray vision, he analysed each layer of the ship.

At the surface, it is a layer dense enough to withstand a nuclear blast. It is technorganic with regenerating capabilities.

The second layer is also technorganic. However, it also has traces of magic. Angelic magic. The same type that is used by Chochica Empire.

The third layer is made of nanites. This should be easy. However, to get past the first two layers, he should use force.

The third layer is located at the centre of the ship.

The first two layers protect against both technopathy and magick. They are prepared. However, in order to keep the ship running, they need the help of nanites. The nanites are self-producing energy. For some reason, they are not using technorganic tech there.

Nazar punched through the first layer. The first layer is essentially the outer wall and the inner walls of the ship.

After his earlier attack, he noticed that he would have a window of 0.5 seconds after destroying each wall. He also theorised that the walls might produce a different kind of resistance to him. It is essentially a tech that grows and learns.

He needs to push further. He needs to reach at least layer two before it realises that he is inside.

He started to fly. He sped up to Mach 200,000. The ship is about 17 Miles and the ‘core’, which is made of nanites is located in the centre. Thus, his distance is reduced to 8.5 Miles. He can easily make it in less than 5 seconds.

He speeds up and flew towards the ship.

Using his speed and strength, he goes through all the walls before reaching the second layer. He did not pay attention to any of the weapons or its people.

It took the tech to form something against his strength in less than 3 seconds. He did not calculate for that. The second layer before him was now completely made of magick. They don’t know this, but Nazar still has trouble manipulating magical energies.

The technorganic piece of tech that is running around the ship, teleported everyone out. However, Nazar was next to a circular room and he heard something from there. So, he created a barrier around it.

The tech could not enter. Thus, the generals and the prince was stuck in there.

Nazar is now facing layer two. The magical barrier.

It gives him the feels of an angelic magick. Even though he studied Aarin’s magick, he could not counter it. It is too unpredictable for him.

Nazar did not have any choice but to start punching the barrier. However, it did not work. He was not really focusing. He was keeping the circular room outside of communication range and outside of teleportation range.

He moved at tremendous speed to try attacking the magical barrier from different positions. For one minute straight, he has been punching the energy barrier that is surrounding the third layer. It is surrounding, not just the core, but also the surrounding areas for about a 1 mile.

And at that moment, he noticed something. The magical energy. It is the technomagic. Which means that it is working with the technorganic tech that is running around. This means that the technorganic is deploying information to the technomagic tech and therefore countering Nazar’s speed and strength.

(The speed is remarkable.) Nazar thought. (It collected data in just a few seconds and created countermeasures.)

The technorganic tech found out that Nazar was focusing on strength and speed at the moment. So, it was easy to counter.

However, Nazar has more than one hundred powers.

It is true, he cannot manipulate mystical energies. They are created just differently. He does not have the right formulas to manipulate it.

Therefore, Nazar thought of another idea. Vector Manipulation.

He cannot manipulate this energy like he does other forms of energies. For example, he can manipulate kinetic energy and turn it into radio waves, but he cannot do that to mystical energies. Therefore, with vector manipulation, he can redirect the energy somewhere else.

He places his hand on the energy barrier.

He moved while keeping his hand on the barrier. He changes his speed and calculates every change. Every change within the mystical energy. Changes in how the information is being recorded.

He followed its pattern for about a minute.

After one minute, he has made all the calculations he needed. So, while his hand was still on the barrier, he increased his speed. He moved faster, but the energy barrier did not keep up. This is because when he got faster, the energy barrier was supposed to send all of the energies to a place where Nazar was supposed to hit. However, now Nazar changed the numbers. He sped up while he slowed down the energy around the barrier.

He was expecting a destroyed wall, but nothing changed.

This was the biggest shock Nazar had faced.

(It saw throw my attack. It changed the freaking numbers.)

Nazar slowed down the energy around the area where his punch was supposed to land, but at the last second, the numbers changed and the energy returned back to its rightful place and blocked Nazar’s punch.

He used the same trick over and over again, but the numbers changed. He used to vector manipulation, which can allow a degree of energy manipulation, but the technorganic tech saw through it and messed up with Nazar’s calculations.

(Ah.) Nazar’s eyes lit up like stars. He finally thought of an idea. (Breaker Touch.) Nazar added another power. This power has been used in many fictions he has read or watched. For example, in High School DxD, Issei Hyoudou, he was able to break dress of his female companions or enemies with a touch. In Trinity Seven, Arata Kasuga was able to do something similar and also destroy any close-by magick.

(That should do it.)

With a smile on his face, he touched the magical barrier. He touched and nothing happened.

(What the…?)

Nazar’s smile vanished.

(Wait. I can use Kamijou Touma’s attacks. I just need to be more specific.) Nazar thought. (Breaker Touch. Use substitute: Imagine Breaker. Nullify magic and supernatural powers with a touch.)

Imagine Breaker is the name of an esper power used by the main character of Toaru Majutsu No Index/A Certain Magical Index. It is Nazar’s favourite light novel.

As he made changes to the power, he touched the barrier again. And to his surprise, it worked. The magical energy disappeared. Nazar did not wait long and punched through the technorganic wall. He broke through it using brute force and entered the core.

He entered the core. He was going to destroy it, but something happened.

Tentacles.

(Shit...I am using shared nanites.) Nazar frowned at the thought of that. (Why didn’t I learn from the past?)

The wall was made of technorganic, so it started attacking Nazar with tentacles. Tentacles so powerful that it can kill a human with one hit. It should not be a problem to Nazar, but if it takes control of his nanites, it could cause problems.

Nazar’s clothes are made of nanites. He uses nanites in almost anything. All of his tech on the moon, too. They are all connected together. If even for a second the technorganic takes control of the nanites, Nazar will be going after his own weapons.

With a single touch, the nanites can be controlled by the technorganic virus. He needs to not let it touch him. When he was punching it earlier, he used bare hands, but even if his shoe, which is made of nanites touches the ground beneath him, his entire weapons collection can go berserk and attack Earth.

For someone who is extremely smart as Nazar, for someone who took down an entire organisation because they were using a shared network, you would think he would not use the same trick. But here we are, he is using the same trick, like a complete idiot.

(Shit. Shit. Shit. Shit.) Nazar thought. (I need to get rid of these nanites...)

Today has been a day of misfortune. He found out that the organisation he worked on was nothing but a failure when it came to killing him. Then someone close to him warped reality, which nearly causes a massive crack in it. It could have caused many problems for the reality. He summoned an angel and asked her to fix it. She did that. Then she found out that Nazar killed the reality warper. She beat the crap out of Nazar. After sending her back to her own dimension, he finally thought he got rest. But then some aliens tried to enter his base. He killed them, but now he has to fight battleships and he has not even destroyed one of them yet. Can this day get any worse?

(I can just take off my clothes...) Nazar thought.

He hit a button on his chest and the clothes turned into a small ball. Nazar teleported it away. Then he created some clothes for himself using the air particles around him. This all took less than a second.

He then got closer to the core, but the tentacles will not stop attacking him. The attacks do not hurt him due to his nigh invulnerability. However, it is annoying him a little.

It took him about 10 seconds to close the distance between himself and the core of the ship that is made of nanites.

If the core is not destroyed, the ship can recreate itself, thanks to the technorganic tech.

So, Nazar increased his speed and threw a punch. He broke the core apart.

(Finally.)

He let out a sigh of relief and then smiled.

The technorganic tech around him crumbled to pieces.

He had kept one circular room safe during all this chaos because he noticed the voice of a general.

He later noticed that the generals have teleported out of this room.

He traced them to another ship. Once he did, he went into that battleship and broke through. He knows its weakness now. He will destroy all of them here if they do not leave.

Now, he is standing in the same battleship as the Prince of Vanaha Empire, the High Priestess of Chochica Empire. And a few other small generals from all three empires.

“” Nazar spoke in Xian. “”

Nazar looked around and analysed the people around him. He could not analyse any of their minds because of the tech. Nazar barely managed to get some data from hundreds of the soldiers. All he got was the names of empires and a few other necessary information. The tech is pretty powerful. It detects psychic energy, so when Nazar used telepathy, it blocked him.

The tech did not just block it, but it also worked with the soldier sub-consciously and his mind went completely blank.

“” Nazar spoke as he started to slowly walk around the area. “”

Nazar could not analyse any of the technology. The technorganic tech is a little too unpredictable for him. It is a challenge.

“” Nazar paused. “”

“” the prince of Vanaha Empire wanted to say something but he stopped.

“” Nazar did not care about it. Too much happened today and he cannot be bothered with all these battleships.

“” The prince spoke in a way that sounded too formal for this conversation about death. “”

When the others heard that, they felt a little worried. Was the prince of the biggest empire just giving up?

“” the prince changed his tone. He sounded threatening, but all he got in response was a smile from Nazar.

Nazar vanished into thin air.

“” the prince looked at the other generals. “”

“,” the High Priestess said.

“,” the highest ranking general from the Duluria Empire said.

All the ships disappeared into thin air.

Back in went to his base on the moon and fixed everything.

(Power limiter: On.)

He turned on the power limiter again. He then laid on the bed.

(Maybe I should binge watch Boku No Hero Academia/My Hero Academia again?)

Vanah Empire - Xiem

Iket Xehz a few minutes ago ordered one of his underlings to contact Jabalot Empire. The most dangerous empire in the galaxy. A single planet empire that is responsible for mass genocide on many planets. A planet that full of nothing but the worst of the worst.

He called a few minutes ago, so he should be getting a reply soon. A reply from the current ruler of the empire.

He is thinking about whether he should use Angel Fall or not. However, his thought was cut off because he got a reply from Jabalot Empire.

He picked up the communication device.

“” the divine ruler of Vanaha Empire spoke in a calm tone.

“” Iget, the current ruler of Jabalot Empire spoke. “”

Iket sighed and said, “”

Iget was quite. He did not speak for a while. “”

Iket did not answer for long.

“”

The person burst into laughter.

“” He said while laughing. “”

"" Iket said.

He did not get a reply.

“” Iket spoke in a calm tone. “”

“” Iget said.

“”

“”

The communication was ended. And the king started to think about whether he should use Angel Fall or not. Can these mercenaries finish this human off?
