Intergalactic Council - Vanaha Empire capital - Xiem:

A massive circular room. With thousands of different kind of beings on it. However, no one is really here. Everyone here is just a hologram. Today on Earth a superhuman unleashed a planet-wide reality attack. Without knowing what she has done, she has placed the entire reality in a big danger.

“” the hologram of the divine ruler of Vanaha empire spoke. “”

As he said that, there was chatter in the audience.

The chatter in the council increased to a point where the divine ruler of Vanaha had to raise his voice.

As the divine ruler said that, everyone went silent.

In the Andromeda Galaxy and Milky Way Galaxy, the Vanaha empire is the biggest empire. They ruled over thousands of other planets and civilisations.

The Vanaha Empire has been ruled by the Xehz family for thousands of generations. 100,000 years ago, the Xehz family started their invasion on other planets. Within the first thousand years of the invasion, they managed to take over 10 different empires. After 10,000 years they took over hundreds of empires.

During one of their invasions, they came across a civilisation, who had the longevity to a point where the people of Vanaha were impressed by it. The people of Vanaha lived for a few hundred years, but the new civilisation they found, their longevity allowed them to live for tens and thousands of years.

They took over the empire and experimented on them. They extracted the DNA and merged it with their own. After many years of failure, they finally managed to achieve it. Now, every citizen of Vanaha, even from the slave empires, lives for thousands of years.

Currently, the intergalactic council is taking place in the capital of Vanaha Empire, which was called Vanaha 100,000 years ago but was renamed to Xiem.

Xiem is a planet that is located at the edge of the Andromeda Galaxy. It also located in the centre of the Vanaha Empire.

Xiem has a population of 100 billion. The planet is hundreds of times bigger than Jupiter in terms of size.

History suggests that it was a small planet, but 30,000 years ago, they managed to merge hundreds of planets and create one big planet to contain billions of beings from across the universe and the Vanaha Empire. It is still not confirmed as to how they have done it, but some say that a reality warper was responsible for this act.

Xiem also has the biggest trade market in the two galaxies. People from across the stars can trade anything here. Technology, weapons, slaves, and much more.

“” The divine ruler, Iket Xehz said. “”

The whole place went into deep chatter again.

The Duluria Empire is also one of the most powerful and biggest empire in the Milky Way Galaxy and Andromeda Galaxy.

“” Iket Xehz asked.

“”

“” Iket paused. “”

“” the representative of Duluria said nervously. “”

“,” a member of the galactic council asked.

“” As he said that, he tapped something in front of him. After tapping a few times, a picture of a human appeared in front of everyone.

“” Iket asked.

“” representative of Duluria said. “” He paused. “”

After the representative of Duluria, Hoel, reported his empire’s findings, everyone else looked at him speechless.

There was a little chatter going on between the members for a few minutes.

“” Iket Xehz ordered. “”

Three of the biggest empires in the Andromeda Galaxy and Milky Way Galaxy are Vanaha Empire which is known for its science and technology, Duluria Empire which is known for its military might, and Chochica Empire which is known for its magic.

These three empires along with other empires fought against one another before becoming allies 30,000 years ago on Earth against a common enemy. Since then, they have not fought against one another, at all.

“” Hoel replied.

The representative of Chochica Empire, Esh just nodded and said, “”

And just like that, all the holograms started to vanish.

Earth:

In London, Nazar has been looking for superhumans around the planet, because he needs their help to find the whereabouts of 010 AKA Aria, his cousin, who is a threat to the very reality. She has created a crack in the fabric of our very own reality without knowing.

He found his only friend and the rest of his family and her family in a family restaurant. He doesn't care about anything, except finding a superhuman, and Emily’s brother just fits the description.

He finally found Jake in a place like this. He has been looking for him for a few minutes, however, a few minutes are as long as days for Nazar.

Nazar approached the table and he was going to say, “001, we need to talk,” but he stopped himself because his foster parents and Emily’s parents were just too happy to see him.

(Why is everyone so… happy?) Nazar thought. (This is hell.)

“Oh hi, Nazar,” Nazar’s foster mother, Mary said as she analysed Nazar from the top of his body until his feet. “You look...rather pale?”

“Now, that you mention it, he does look a little pale,” Nazar’s foster father, John added.

This was a little awkward to Nazar as he had not talked to them properly in a very long time. It is true, less than 15 days ago he talked to them for hours, but they did not really mention any elephants in the room, like his killings.

“And he is acting… a little weird?” Mikasa Jones, Emily’s mother added.

“”

(Things are happening too fast.) Nazar thought. (Reality Warping took place less than an hour ago and things are so different.)

“”

Nazar did not reply to that.

“What’s wrong, Nazar?” Oliver, Emily’s father asked.

“Everything,” Nazar replied in an annoyed tone, but the others did not seem to mind.

Emily stood up and held Nazar from his hand and forced him to sit down next to her.

(What the hell is she doing? Hand holding is too much.)

He could easily break free but he decided to go with the flow.

After he settled down, he just looked so uncomfortable. He has not felt this much anger in a very long time, but at the same time, he feels extremely excited.

“So, why did you invite all of us here?” Mary said as he held her hands tied together in front of her face. She was looking at both Emily and Nazar.

“We have something to announce,” said Emily.

(‘We’? Speak for yourself. I have no idea what’s going on.)

“Oh really, then tell us.” Mikasa sounded impatient.

“We will once...” Emily left her sentence in the middle as she noticed something. “Ah, there she is.”

Emma has appeared now, too. She quickly sat down on an empty seat and now all were staring and Emily and Nazar.

“So, tell us,” Emma said.

Emily started to smile and wrapped her arm around Nazar's arm. It made Nazar even more uncomfortable.

“I...I am pregnant.” She almost shouted the last bit because she was too excited.

(With whose child?)

They were all happy and surprised to hear that. They started congratulating Emily… and Nazar?

(Wait, who is the fath…?) Nazar realised something and gasped. He was surprised again. (No… it cannot be...)

“W-W-W-W-W-W-WHAAAAAAATTTTTT?!” Nazar just shouted in there and everyone looked at them.

(H-h-h-how can they such things about a virgin like me?) Nazar thought. (I am not even interested in girls.) Nazar clenched his fist and muttered. “I am going to kill you, Aria.”

Nazar then proceeded to do one thing he did not want to try in this new reality. He wanted to learn everything slowly, but he did not have time.

He placed both his hands on Emily’s cheeks and his eyes lit with blue energy. Less than a second later, Emily’s eyes lit up too.

Nazar saw her whole life in this new reality, and what he found about himself were… not to his liking.

He removed his hands and analysed what the hell was he doing in this new reality.

It took Nazar a few seconds to know what kind of character he was to the rest of the world in this new reality.

(Let’s think this over.) Nazar thought. (Summary: I am a lonely person. Then Emily becomes friends with me. Then we enter a relationship. Then I get superpowers. Then I become a superhero. Then I and Emily move to our own house, instead of the moon. She does not know about her brother. The ‘Dead City’ incident never occurred. I have been a happy person most of my life.) Nazar’s mind went blank for a second. (This is worse than hell.)

He got up in his chair and was about to ask 001 something, he was no longer there.

(What the…?)

He didn’t even finish his thought because he felt a rift being opened. He thought it was 001 or if he is lucky, then the leader of the IO, but it was someone else completely.

Before he appeared a woman of the same age. She had black hair and brown eyes. She had straight long hair. She was wearing expensive clothes, despite being very poor. It was Laura Marino, IO’s boss’ assistant and Nazar were glad she was here.

“I have found out where our HQ in this reality is,” Laura said as soon as she appeared out of thin air.

Nazar finally felt a little easy and he got up. He went close to her and asked, “Where?”

“I should not be helping you and I hate it more than most people, but you returned my brother to me, which is something I might never be able to repay you completely.” She paused. “Our HQ in this reality is in New York City. It is the same building as UN’s HQ in our own reality.”

“Thanks,” Nazar said as he prepared to teleport out. “I owe you.”

“Wait,” Laura shouted. “You have to stop her before she reaches phase 5. She is already in phase 2 and phase 3 is going to take place any second.”

“How…?”

“I will tell you later.” She paused. “Even the tech won’t be able to withstand it after phase 4.”

Just like that, both Nazar and Laura vanished into thin air, but they both ended up in different destinations.

Nazar found himself in the office where the boss of Internal Order was. Even though the HQ was different, his office still looked the same.

He found the people he was looking for.

As soon as he appeared in front of them, the little girl said, “Too late.”

And just like that, purple energy overtook the entire planet. Project Perfect World entered its third phase.

However, during the change, Nazar saw something. Something that might help him. It looked like 010 was in extreme pain when she launched the third phase of project Perfect World.

When time slowed down, Nazar saw her eyes and mouth and nose and ears started to bleed. She was spitting out blood but as soon as the reality was changed, she was back to normal.

In the new reality, Nazar was standing in the same place, but the building was not there. Instead, he was just floating in mid-air.

“What did you do this time?”

He looked around and nothing was out of the ordinary. That was for the first few seconds. Then he started to hear cries of pain and agony and laughter of evil intent.

He moved around as fast as he could and found himself in a few houses. People started killing one another.

The first one he saw was a woman killing her newborn baby by forcing the pillow on their face. They died of suffocation. And all she was doing was laugh like a maniac.

Just next door this incident, a little boy killed his grandmother with a kitchen knife. He stabbed her in the hear a few times and ripped her guts apart.

Just around the corner, a man killed his wife.

Right next to them, another woman killed her boyfriend.

A police officer massacring everyone in front of him.

A truck going over everyone in their way.

A homemade bomb blowing everything for hundreds of miles.

Kids started to fly. Move faster than a speeding bullet. Kids started to become strong and kill people with a single punch.

The injured were walking again and the people who had lost their loved once were reunited once again.

Just for one mile, he could see people getting killed, raped, drugged and so much more. Everyone was doing something. Surprisingly, some of them were doing some good stuff.

Nazar decided to look around and he could not believe what was happening. The same thing was happening across the entire planet.

“This is going to be bad,” Nazar muttered. “I need to end this, once and for all.” Nazar sighed. "I guess I have no choice."

(Nigh Omnipresence. Level 1.) Nazar thought. (Just Earth. Just Present. Nothing Else.) Nigh Omnipresence is a power that allows the user to be almost everywhere at once. For example, Nazar used the weakest version of Nigh Omnipresence, which means that he can be everywhere across time and space in a particular domain. He should be able to know almost everything if he wanted to, but he does not want that.

Nazar can get any superpower he wants and he can get at any level. He can choose how powerful the power should and the circumstances around it. He can turn off the power temporarily for a little while, but he can never turn it off completely. This is why he does not just add any power because he is already stuck with powers he regrets now, like immortality.

“I am going to find you,” Nazar declared as he gritted his teeth. “And definitely kill you.”

He did not want to use powerful powers but he has no choice.

(Found you.)

And just like that, he teleported into where 010 is. She was in her old home, but Nazar did not know this.

“Do you know where this is?” Said the 9 years old girl with a bitter smile. She is easily the second most powerful person on the face of the planet.

Nazar looked around and said, “No.”

Nazar looked around and the house. It was an old house but it was a massive house. It was located in Australia.

“This was our family’s vacation house in Australia.”

Nazar frowned and said, “I don’t care about any of this. I am here to stop you before you reach phase 4.”

Aria laughed. “This is phase 4. The next is phase 5.”

“STOP THIS!” Nazar shouted.

But a very small and low voice replied, “I cannot.”
