《The life of an arrow that turned into a boy》Chapter 9 arrow and school competition

Wortio, getting up lazily as he stretched his arms while his sister watched with sparkles in her eyes from the side.
Although Wortio does age, he probably won't grow taller for a few billions of years so Laila was thinking 'when I grow up, will nii-chan still be this unbelievably cute?' As she shuddered in excitement at the thought of growing taller than her brother.
Laila was now two years old and almost as tall as Wortio, half a year has passed since Laila has come to Eastern school and Wortio has spent all of his time in training her.
Of course sometimes Wortio might just accidentally train a little bit and reach a whole rank higher onto 1 rank higher of seraph level…
Unknown to Wortio and the bunch currently, principle Mia was panicking and preparing for the 5 schools competition.
Eastern school has never gotten a good ranking in the five school competition, is was always fifth, occasionally fourth when they are extremely lucky. Mia, having just gotten to the rank of principle 10 years ago, is preparing for the once a decade school competition.
Wortio, having been at eastern school for more than 1 year now was only a junior. Naturally he doesn't know that there was a 5 schools competition, but…
"Wortio-Sama! Please we beg you, please become a cheerleader for the five schools competition" was what the 100 competitors of the five school competition all bowing down simultaneously and asking Wortio for.
Wortio soon found out about the competition realising that there was a fun competition about fighting with students…
…"Mia! What's the deal?! Not telling me that there was gonna be a fun festival about slaughtering- I mean beating people up- n-no I mean uhh…"
The amazing junior, Wortio-Sama was currently shouting at the undignified principle for not letting a 5-year old with the appearance of a 3-year old fighting in a large scale competition where one could get killed.
"W-Wortio-Sama~? P-please calm down, Tori-Sama too, although I know that a hero rank like me is nothing to an angel ranked cultivator but still please, we just didn't want Wortio-Sama to get hurt…" The principle stuttering back at the 5-year old was in a real pinch as Wortio started shouting again… And yes tori is Angel ranked right now…
"Hurt?! Do you think measly not even rare cultivators can put a scratch on my skin?! Even if I just used my long horned bull I can still easily slap an angel rank dead not even talking about my other spi-" before Wortio could finish his sentence Tori hurriedly cupped his hands on Wortio's mouth whispering.
" Wortio-Sama, Although I agree in shouting at her and all, but please don't let loose your secrets like that!" As Wortio calmed down, he gave tori a small pat on the head and continued to shout at Mia.

Tori: 'his hands were so small! And cute! And petite! Ahhh~!" *nosebleed…
"T-tori-Sama are you alright?!" As Mia panicked Wortio sighed as he picked up Tori in one hand and shouted at Mia one last time.
"Be sure to get me a spot in the 100 places, oh yeah and the 60 sect members! Tori is on Angel level 35! One more to seraph! Wait another year before contacting the main continent Kay?"
As Wortio flew away carrying tori in a princess carry complaining about how much of a pain tori was Mia fell down thinking that she would be able to go back to the main continent in a year.
The continent here separated from the main continent 129878 years ago, and as a hero level cultivator can live up to 1000000 years and Mia is 132542 years old she lived in the main continent when she was young, I mean younger…
As a successful principle, Mia immediately kicked out 61 students and organised Wortio and the bunch into their places at the school competition.
'Sigh~ if I can get my hands on an angel stone at the main continent, even I can break the barrier between humans and angels then get into angel rank' were Mia's current thoughts.
Angel stones are stones that can help you break a barrier between hero and angel level, as for tori… Wortio forcefully injected so much soul points that the Barrier just broke…
On the day of the 5 schools competition, Wortio and the bunch listened to the personal explanation of the principle about the competition.
"In the competition, the 500 students all enter a battle Royale until only 250 students are left on stage. After the battle Royale, 25 stages are prepared, each student would be split into 25 groups and there would be a stage battle where the 10 students would battle each other, you stop when you lose a match and the last one standing on stage wins…"
The principle continues, "there are 8 of the strongest students on uncommon max level that you guys might need to watch out for, 3 of them belonging to central"
'Well now there is 71 but' were the thoughts of Mia during her explanation.
"The eight are separately called, Eliza, Elia, Liam, Ike, rose, Brett and Stacie, each male and female is a couple coincidentally, Brett from our school is with rose, a girl with red hair and heavy make-up, your typical spoiled princess.
"Eastern! Fight on!" Was the last shout of Principle Mia at the end of the explanation.
Wortio stood up with the other students as Laila who was sitting on his lap got of hesitantly and Calvin who he was sitting on looked at him sadly while the other 8 great disciples sitting around him sadly stared too as he walked away towards the competition grounds.

Before he passed Mia though, he whispered in her ear. "Y'know that Brett you were talking about? He stared at my disciple lustfully, I'm gonna kill him."
Brett suddenly got the urge to challenge Serena to a fight as Wortio tweaked with his soul for a little bit, while Mia was making a "honestly, I am really scared face" while he left.
In the battle Royale, as expected, Brett went for Serena to attack her. Under the watch of the 5 principles, including the angel rank level 2 one. Tori killed Brett, or to the others that didn't know, Brett's sword dropped onto the ground and he fell onto it accidentally piercing his heart.
Of course all the long horned bull sect disciples survived the clash, Serena later came to Wortio and thanked him for helping her " Wortio-Sama, I really thank you and tori-sama for getting rid of that man. My body is only for Wortio-sama to stare at desu-nee." Serena muttered the last part which still couldn't escape the ears of an over-seraph level but Wortio just laughed as Serena ran away with a blush.
Wortio then got to the stage tournament part, he watched all of his disciples fight as the outer disciples were knocked out by the inner disciples who were knocked out by the great disciples.
Strangely(because Wortio used his soul power), all of the eight strongest disciples of the 5 schools gathered in one stage with Wortio and another male western school disciple.
As expected to the crowd, the strongest fighter, Liam of the central school beat every other of the eight strongest disciples… Which is actually seven now but…
The western school disciple thought that after Liam was tired he would win and went up but was knocked out in a single moment while Liam humphed, "what a dirty cheater, a real fighter needs to fight head on!"
Liam was a muscly man with yellowish white hair that didn't seem very pure, but was very clean and straightforward, or blonde in our words. So was his personality, although he was straightforward he was a nice guy and smart too. Making him insanely popular with the ladies.
His girlfriend was Ella, or ex-girlfriend, on the stage just then at the second last fight before the western school guy, Ella stabbed him when they were handshaking over the game. Thinking that she had won she tried to push him of the stage to no avail.
Liam then declared that he would break up with her then and there making Wortio interested in taking him up as bodyguard no.2, he liked people who were clean at making decisions.
As Wortio walked up on stage Liam went ahead and said something that changed his life: "what is a 3-year old doing here? Little boy, you shouldn't be here okay?"
Veins popped up on Wortio's temples as Liam was patting his head while Calvin was just about to kill Liam.
Serena directly went to the stage only to be stopped by the angel rank principle.
"You have two choices." Wortio looked up with a murderous glint in his eye, "O-oi kid? Calm down okay? Calm dow-" Liam abruptly stopped his sentence as a seraph level pressure excluded out of Wortio's body and went onto his.
"1. Be my slave 2.Die, now choose, Liam oracle Giants" Wortio spelled out his last and middle name as the 9 great disciples realised and thought 'crap, he is angry, if Liam chooses 2 he'll destroy this whole continent along with Liam's death!'
Fortunately, Liam as soon as he felt the pressure bowed down and shouted out excitedly, "Please be my master!" While Unfortunately Wortio continued and went.
"Master? That is to good for you! My bodyguard is a 17 year old level 35 Angel ! And my worst disciple is a 12 year old ultra level 2 while my best is on hero level 12! Got anything to say?!" Wortio almost shouted out.
"Sigh, guess we're exposed huh?" Serena and the 60 long horned bull sect disciples with tori flew down fully exposing their pressure towards the stadium.
Liam fell down to his knees and as he did a dogeza and begged "then please make me your slave! Master!" In an earnest tone.
"Then do not ever call me a 3-year old again, got it?" Wortio whispered in Liam's ears as Liam nodded his head at an insane speed.
"Great, nice to meet you bodyguard number 2" Wortio happily whistled to Liam as he threw a piece of medicine in his mouth almost immediately making Liam an angel level 35 cultivator.
Wh-what the heck!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We're the thoughts of the people watching the fight who shortly forgot all about what happened due to Wortio's soul power.
"Okay now, Liam, as my slave, transfer to eastern school. We're setting a goal for you Tori and the 60 disciples when we get back, don't worry, it's an easy goal, just a few ranks to climb in a year" Wortio smiled evilly as his acquaintances shuddered.
As to the meant to be amazing angel rank principle, was really just an old man near the end of his lifespan so don't mind him.
You can probably expect another chapter today!

"His name will never be sung, son. Skalds and bards like me will never tell his stories to the mass. But only us and us alone will keep telling his story, his actions, his saga. For he is the man who started all of this." This is a story no man in Lumenter will ever hear, no man except for an Arnesen, for his stories are dull and generic to the ears of the masses, except for us, because he is the very reason why our people traveled this far east, why kingdoms in Erisgi fell and rose, why I... even existed in the first place. He is Geir, son of Arne, called 'the Stranger' by the people. But what he truly is, is a fiery red heart that beats inside every Eyklandian, Arnesen, and me.
