The runes on the alter glow a fiery red. They start to move towards Glenn. Glenn continues his chant louder and louder. The runes start to swirl around Glenn’s body and glow brighter and brighter. Until suddenly, a white flash of light causes the alter to explode sending Glenn flying back towards the auditorium’s stage, crashing into the desk and splintering it.

The Explosion opened up the walls and ceiling around the alter. Replacing the alter, is the Beast that was sealed within the alter.

Glenn gets up, readjusting his bones, stretching out his muscles and dusting debris off his torn robe. ‘Wow, I gotta keep an ear out for this Leviticus family. They may become a hindrance to my future goals. That seal had a few hidden traps in it. If not for the scrolls, my mana would’ve been nearly depleted. But still, I proved the better for the challenge heh heh.’ Glenn chuckles as he steps towards the Beast.

The Beast looks around his surroundings. He notices smoke rising from the south side of town and an almost one sided battle of raging goblins slaughtering human soldiers.

He felt an odd presence behind him, so he turns around slowly and noticed another goblin approaching him without any hints of fear whatsoever. He can tell that this queer goblin bears much power in his soul, he would safely assume as well since this creature managed to break the seal, which that much he can tell. This little goblin wears a torn grayish hooded robe, revealing that he has a hidden black leather armor beneath with a belt around it holding many pouches. He can sense that armor has an abnormal aura around it, hinting that it is magically enchanted.

This is a very strange and peculiar goblin he has ever seen.

“Little one, why have you released me from this seal? I do have you to thank for this, but still, what is your motive?” The beast said as he released some steam from his maw.

Glenn closed his eyes with a smile as he basks in the dust that still drifts around. He turns his head to the beast and opens his eyes, throwing his arms in the air and yells out in the ancient tongue as well.

“Dominus Bestia, I have released you from your confinement by the ancestors of these fools that still live in this town today. My people, have had their land taken from them! By these same humans… We grew tired of losing more land, so before we wait for it to happen to us again… We decided to strike back to prove our worth in this world! As for you, all I ask is that you aid us to take back what is rightfully ours! My people will thank you once we get back our revenge and strike a crippling blow to the humans with vengeance!” Glenn finished with a bow to show some respect to the Beast.

The beast’s eyes flash for an instant.

“You speak the truth, very well… I will lay waste to this village, but only this village since this is the land to where I was sealed at and as payment for you to releasing me. As for aiding you and your people in this war against the humans, I will not be a part of.” The beast said with discontent to the suspicious goblin.

“Of course, Dominus Bestia! I Glenn, thank you on behalf of my people. It is an honor to fight along an ancient and mighty beast, such as you. After this event of destruction upon this town, we will make our separate ways and my people will never pester you ever again. And to that, I wish you a long and prosperous life.” Glenn proclaimed while keeping his head low, smiling and eyes closed keeping his right hand palm opened, in front of his heart as the other stretched out with his palm open on that one as well.

The beast flashes his eyes once again.

“Very well, Glenn the goblin… I will begin my rampage. See to it that your people, too will keep upon your proclamation. And with that, I bid you and your people, a bountiful hunt for vengeance.” The beast turns around and stomps off, toppling over a building that was in his path with his right hand.

Glenn grins wickedly, as he reaches into a pouch, fetching a rough cut onyx. The onyx is five inches in diameter.

“Oh, I will have a good… Bountiful hunt though.” Glenn breathes in through his nose while smiling.

“Oh what is this? I do believe I smell a rat…” He places the stone back in his pouch and turns around to the direction that he senses a presence of a human that he doesn’t recognize.

“Fortunately for my newest victim, I have no choice but to conserve my mana for now. So I suppose I will have fun tormenting this fool to death.” He cackles as he leans up against the stone walls by camouflaging himself to stalk the unsuspecting Rufus.
