"Well, which one of you would like to be next?" I release the air manipulation so they can attempt to beg for mercy.
"You're going to regret this! Do you know who our parents are?" The shorter of the two begins threatening me. Big mistake.
"You're annoying." I begin to create a vacuum around him but his head falls off before I finish.
"Sorry, I got bored." Maddy kills rather spoiled young man and there is some form of reaction with her daggers. A sort of energy flows out of his wounds mouth and eyes and flows into her two daggers. After the energy is removed his eyes are extremely pale like that of some blind people.
"It's all fine, he was going to die one way or another." I look away from Maddy and turn towards the last remaining man. The man seems to shaking rather profusely and can't even let out a scream. Then again who could blame him when one of his friends lost his head and another looks like a raisin. "Ahh no need to be so scared, I will make sure you are out of your misery quite soon." Removing a vial painted a dark blue rather than black I pour it into his throat. After thirty seconds the man collapses and dies.
"This poison is rather boring, but I guess it's effective." After killing the last man I cut him with my saber and drain the blood from both him and the decapitated one. "Well let's go, there probably won't be anyway for them to find out we did this."
"Alright, but let's go to a more populated area, there isn't anything interesting over here."
I nod and follow Maddy to down a few streets until we arrive inside a shopping district.

"How about we split up and shop around, then we can meet back around here afterwards?" Maddy makes a suggestion and I accept, I warn her not to get into trouble but then laugh because of course she is going to.
'Hmmm, what should I get first? I guess I will shop for some clothing first.' I walk down the shopping street until I see a small store with a number of beautifully embroidered robes. A number of them are in an east Asian style. A few resembling Chinese hanfus while some look like Japanese kimonos. 'This place is rather odd, everyone her resembles Europeans so why would there be east Asian style things here?'
Pushing the glass door open a small bell rings out alerting a young man sitting behind the counter of my presence.
"Welcome to Wisteria's Robes, do you need assistance with anything?" The rather average looking young man with light brown hair calls to me.
"Are your robes purely cosmetic or do they give bonuses?" I ask the most important question, while a beautiful robe would be great having a robe without any stats would not be.
"Yes, my sister makes the robes and embroiders them with a special material while I use enchanting to enhance their defensive and offensive capabilities." The young man seemed slightly bored but cheered back up after I asked my question.
"That's good, I could use some help looking for robes. Oh, why do you have eastern styled robes here as well? I wouldn't think that they are very common here."
"Oh you recognize them! Are you perhaps a player? You don't really have the look about you so I assumed you weren't. My sister and I are players and recently opened this shop, she is a bit obsessed with different Asian cultures and produced some Eastern style designs in the game." The more he gets to talk about the store the more excited he becomes.

"I see that makes sense then. What can you tell me about this robe-" I reach for a moderately nice looking robe, while a bit plain it would suit my needs, but a different one catches my eye. "No, I want this one." Reaching out I rub my hand over the white silky material. I feel the soft green translucent cloth wrapped around the robe and touch the golden embroidery around the neck and wrists.
"Ah, sorry but that one is a female robe." The young man seems a bit upset as he tells me this.
"How is this female? There isn't such thing as gendered clothing thanks. How much is it?"
"Well it is three thousand gold without any enchantments and if I were to add a defensive ward and magic enhancement to it that would be an additional five thousand." The brown haired young man calculates the cost with some sort of archaic calculator.
"Okay, I don't have that much on me right now, but I will be back in an hour to buy it,"
"That should be fine, see you soon." The young man waves me off as I exit the store.
'How am I going to get money? Well I've got all these books I sell, I don't know if that will be enough though.' I walk over to a board covered in bounties and browse the people and their crimes. Two pop out to me. 'Huh, Raven bounty of five hundred gold for thievery, and Gryphus forty thousand bounty for genocide. Why do both Maddy and Dylan have bounties, and why the hell is Dylan wanted for genocide?' Luckily neither of the two have pictures to go with their bounties, but they won't be able to use their names freely. If Dylan's bounty is here then he is either extremely infamous or nearby, or maybe both. I leave the bounty board and head into a nearby bookstore.
"Excuse me! I've got some things to sell." I walk up to the counter and pour out 80 books I had finished from my bag.
"Ah yes I will help you right away." A thin old lady pulls up her glasses as she examines the books. First she examines the covers and bindings, reading the titles then quickly skimming through the pages. "How on earth have you managed to come by all of these magnificent writings?"
"I discovered them in some old ruins, how much would I be able to get from them?" While not exactly a lie I don't tell her the whole truth in attempt to make them seem more rare."
"I could part with probably ten thousand gold for all of these." The woman gives a generous offer, but it is only one hundred twenty five gold per book and I believe they should be worth more.
"How about twelve thousand? These books are probably exceptionally rare and I'm sure I could get a higher price if I looked elsewhere." I attempt to haggle with the woman.
"I guess that would be fine, please wait a moment while I grab the money." The old woman bends down and takes a moment before pulling out a small chest full of gold coins. After she hands me the gold I walk out of the shop and receive a notification.
