Chapter—21 Immovable
{Third Person Narration}
Ryler showed his true form, to protect his companions he released the darkness within himself and turned into a demon himself, he was half-demon from the body, the demon slayers not only are capable of using Demonic Magic but as well evolve their body to fight against the Demons.
“So he is an elementist as well as a Demon Slayer, is this guy fucking Invincible, there can’t possibly any being who can win against him.”—Gilf, Gilf who was underestimating Ryler and other from the starting was shaken by Ryler new revealed form.
“That’s why I told you to let me handle him.”—Asura
“You are right he is a serious trouble.”—Gilf
“Everyone stay behind, I will deal with them.”—Ryler
Ryler hand started glowing with intense purple light and in just a second the entire place froze, a thick layer of ice covered the entire region it was a miracle in itself that he was able to turn such a huge place in an ice glacier in a blink of eyes, he froze everything corpse, tress, building all.
Ira was looking at all this with an amazement, he didn’t knew that this was the actual level of Ryler, he was even said invincible by his own enemy, this man has so much power, that it is actually scary, Ira didn’t wanted to show but he was actually scared of Ryler, he was successful in making an impression which Ira would not be able to erase in his entire life.
“So, it is all over.”—Yukina
“Yes, but we need to dig a little, thanks to him freezing the place where celestial stone is stored.”—Gracel
“You are pretty harsh.”—Yukina
“Yes, I want to be sarcastic for the time being, as it is not over yet.”—Gracel
Following Gracel voice, sound of Ice shattering entered everyone’s ears, Asura simply walked out of his ice shell, Ryler Ice was not strong enough to hold him in, the Ice around him shattered and he was not at all affected by all of it.
His hands emitted green magic which first formed a shape of sword then the magic actually turned into a sword, which looked real, it was metallic of a proper size and geometry, its blade was sharp and strong.
“So it is just down to one, would be quite easy, Ryler would you deal with him, we need to fetch some power to teleport us from here.”—Gracel
“Yes, I would be enough to handle him, if he doesn’t transform that is.”—Ryler
Ryler moved towards Asura, he crafted a sword of ice of his own, his sword looked like a fancy sculpted piece of ice, it was not metallic and looked like a toy, though ice also possess a sharp blade.

Both of them had a clash, more like a demon slayer protecting from demon it was like a demon verses demon, both of them had the same feeling for each other, both had same powers, both of them had same aura, both of them were identical, both weren’t humans.
“What a fancy fight, two demons destroying each other and one is just resting here.”—Aron
Out of nowhere Aron and stood near the Gilf who was frozen to the bone by Ryler magic.
Ira immediately react to him, he goes and stabs Aron without any hesitation, Ira sword runs through his belly and cut him open.
“Ahh.., why did you killed me?”—Aron
Aron stared at Ira with a pale face, he was looking like he was a victim of an uncertain event in which he was caught up in, his sorry face was innocent, the last expression which he made was like that any ordinary man would make.
Ira pushes him down and sweep the blood of his sword and turns his back, when he notices something strange around him, he saw that everything around him was paused, the time here had been stopped.
“What the hell, is happening here.”—Ira
“Ah, u are quite brute yourself.”—Aron
Ira found Aron unhurt standing before him, Ira was sure that he killed Aron a moment ago, he ran his sword through Aron and stabbed him to the death.
“How the hell are you still alive?”—Ira
“Oh, because I was born.”—Aron
“Stop this non-sense I just killed you, no wait it was your illusion.”—Ira
“Bingo”—Aron
“What are you planning to do now?”—Ira
“Don’t be so mad at me, you see I called you in my illusion so that we could just have a little talk.”—Aron, Aron way of speaking changed he was a little worried and was not making any eye contact with Ira, his body language and way of talking were all weird.
“Talk, talk about what?”—Ira
“You see while that Ice demon (Referring to Ryler) was fighting over, I was there observing you and I found you and me to be kind of similar.”—Aron
“Similar, how the hell I’m similar to you freak.”—Ira
“Oh, you are, and you don’t know me enough to call me a freak, you see just like me you are also scared of Ryler.”—Aron
“Scared.”—Ira
“Yeah not only him but also my sister, those demons you were up against and that powerhouse Harold, just like me you are scared of those people.”—Aron
Ira was speechless in front of Aron, he didn’t know what to reply to him, this crazy man who was walking crazy circling around him, his face was already turned pale because fear, yet he was smiling and giggling, Ira didn’t knew what exactly was going in Aron’s head, who looked like a complete psycho.

“Not only are them but Drazen, Rayleigh, Euliser, Silverous, God Nox and so many people in this world simply monstrous aren’t you scared, to be honest I’m scared of them, whenever I look at them, my body feels cold you know Huh hahaha, but you are not one of them you are just like me.”—Aron
“Just shut up and send me hell out of here.”—Ira
“Oh! Please don’t talk like them, bossing around me, you are not like them my friend.”—Aron
“Stop with your non-sense already, I’m not like you.”—Ira
“See you didn’t call me freak this time, means you are understanding me little by little.”—Aron spoke with a happy face, what he was trying to do was all mystery, only thing which was clear after all this was Ira had lost against this guy already, the mind game which Aron played with Ira was a clear win for him.
“Well you see I’m someone really weak, in comparison to you or even my sister the magic power I possess is nothing, I just have this illusion with me with which I play tricks on people, I can make them feel pain, but can’t kill them with it, there is a limitation to my abilities, but still I want to stand to those supreme powers so that I can form a world which I want, everyone wants to do that, they want to mould this world according to them, whether they are gods, humans or demons, for that I need help of people like you who are strong and are just like me.”—Aron
“Ok, I reject your proposal.”—Ira
“Oh! That was weird, I thought I convinced you?”—Aron
“Yeah, for a second I agreed to you, I’m scared of them, but you don’t know me nor my past, I can’t side with you, because I won’t be able to achieve my objective on my own if I side with someone like you, so get me out of here.”—Ira
“Ok, if you want that, but you will soon witness what makes me scared the most.”—Aron
“Ok, why the hell, I’m still here?”—Ira
“Because I didn’t allowed to go, you see it has been quite a while since I meet someone who is so much like me, I want to enjoy your company.”—Aron
“Just let me go from here already, I don’t have time to waste here, they need my help.”—Ira
“You really don’t know anything do you, they don’t need you in a fight, they all are in a completely different league then you think they are, they all have an equalizer, a trump card which they are not revealing to you, if you stay here they might use it, and even if they don’t actually they don’t there is Harold out there he is easily as strong as Silverous or Rayleigh that’s why he was send here.”—Aron
“What that old man is that strong?”—Ira
“You didn’t knew about that, he killed a demon general like nothing, today itself and is fighting numerous demons on his own somewhere.”—Aron
“How do you know about that?”—Ira
“Oh, I saw that myself. Harold is someone with so much power that you cannot even imagine, he was former second in command of Revolutionary army and is officially retired, but for some reason after 25 years or so he is back to the battle ground.”—Aron
The former second in command, one of the founding member of Revolutionary army who had remain in silence for 25 years, why would he come to this mission? Their lies so many questions around this man called Harold who was slaying demons, like they were nothing.
A demon was crawling on the ground, he was heavily wounded his back had a hole which ran across his stomach.
“Why the hell your magic affect us, human magic is completely useless against us Demons, then how come your magic affect us?”—the demon cried in front of Harold, his eyes were filled with disbelief and regret as his life was about to end he wanted to know how the thing he thought was impossible turn into reality.
“It’s pretty simple, if your magic is powerful enough it will affect, all is game of power.”—Harold
Harold turns the trigger of the gun towards the demon and shot a magic bullet in his head, the head of demon blasted away the blood of the demon spread all over the place.
Following that shot Harold starts launching random shots in all direction which blasted each and every demon surrounding him, quick and fast explosion happening all around him slayed each and every demon around him like nothing, they were all killed in an instant.
“It was actually tiring.”—Harold
Harold eyes suddenly open wide, he turned and looked in the direction where he was receiving energy signals of his allays but they suddenly vanished, it was all sudden he didn’t knew what happened ‘Are my senses blocked? No I can still sense some demons there and even some more energies, but not there’s what exactly is going on?’ Harold who was worried about his allies starts dashing towards his friends.
He knew something went wrong there, they cannot die so easily so what force can cause this, why can’t I sense them, what is the energy which is blocking their signal and making it impossible to trace, what might be happening there.

Paladin
When the first derelict alien spacecraft fell to Earth, humanity took what was found in it and propelled themselves to new heights. In their new Golden Age, humanity developed technology that they had only dreamed about. The following years saw hundreds more ships crash into the planet, spurring even greater technological leaps. An unassuming spacecraft, one of the dozens that fell yearly, descended on Siberia in 2021. The world took no particular notice of it. However, this one contained something beyond the miraculous technology that had made humans so prosperous. Three years later, in a top-secret underground facility in eastern Colorado, the automated construction of an army of Paladin Mobile Infantry Suits was underway. With this new, state-of-the-art weaponry, the military would turn the tide against the alien incursion that was consuming the planet. Humanity fell before that could happen. Sam was an engineer responsible for overseeing the facility. Now alone, he lives in utter boredom and near insanity, his only company the base’s pseudo AI and an army of empty Paladins. With the world gone to hell around him, and the things that caused it still living above, he decides that he is much better off staying exactly where he is. Unfortunately for him, that is no longer an option. This is the first novel I've written. The first fifteen or so chapters are going to be a little slower. I want there to be time to get to know the characters before they start blowing stuff up. Also, though the MC will be strong relative to the world, he won't be OP, and won't win every fight. Not every fight will be physical either. Currently, I'm aiming for something like 5 fairly short chapters a week, after the introduction part is done, but we'll see how that goes. Thanks for reading, and please let me know if I've made mistakes!

8 152Witchbone: The Goblins Winter
Themes found in these stories include friendship, found family, defying negative expectations, trying to figure out how to be a force for good in your corner of the world, doing heroic things even if you don't look or feel like a hero, and that being different isn't necessarily fatal. Summary: A spell of arctic weather. A mysterious death. The reading of a will. Strange tracks in the snow. Eleven-year-old Danny Hallow accepts his life, such as it is. His father is dead, his mother left years ago. His three Keepers are the only people aware of Danny's erratic and not-very-impressive psychic abilities. He has no friends, he's been suspended from school, and he's responsible for the life of a small brown bat that's ended up in his care. When Danny's estranged Uncle Enoch dies under mysterious circumstances, he and his Keepers are called to the town of Eddystone, New Hampshire for the reading of the man's will. Traveling four hundred miles from his dreaded hometown to attend, Danny is happy to get away, possibly inherit something interesting- and maybe find out more about his family while he's there. Arriving at the crumbling family estate of Gnomewood Home, he finds it to be hauntingly familiar, a bit creepy, oddly comforting, and possibly alive. When his uncle's will reveals that he's inherited Gnomewood and everything in it, he's determined to stay and make a happier life for himself in Eddystone, somehow. But at Gnomewood, he finds more questions than answers to his family's secrets. Disturbing old memories come to him in dreams. His psychic abilities begin to grow stronger, and as a result he becomes aware that a horde of cryptic creatures are plaguing the town of Eddystone, seemingly drawn out by the spell of an unusually frigid February. Toothy little goblins that are sneaky, vicious, and hungry. Goblins that take a particular interest in Danny. Will the emergence of the alien, and potentially dangerous, power he's inherited from his peculiar family tree help Danny survive the goblin infested winter, inadvisable attempts to befriend a terrifying boy with silver eyes, and a new school? Only if he learns to control them before they put him and everyone around him in danger. Before they convince some people that he should never have been allowed to exist at all. Before he becomes just another twisted tale in his family's bizarre history, kept hidden for centuries within the ivy-covered walls of Gnomewood Home.
8 140Moonlight Sword Sect
One of the three great sects, the Moonlight Sword Sect is a powerful sect that rules over a overwhelming amount of deity-like cultivators, like a dragon that rules over powerful treasures. The Moonlight Sword Sect, also called as the ?Moonlight Illusions Sect,?is the most feared sect among the three great sects for its profound and mysterious technique that can destroy realities and even the time itself. Indeed. This is the sect that no one must or even most, "can" fight as this sect is strong by any means, be it offensive or defensive as they can bend the reality to illusions, giving the attacker or defensive side a dim light of hope of surviving from the wrath of the Moonlight Sword Sect. However... "Are you really that serious, sect master?" "Yes, I am indeed serious." "You're giving away the sect master role to someone so that you can go away from your sect-master duties and court that female cultivator from other sect?! Are you serious sect master?!" "Yes." "Sigh... I can't believe this is happening..." ??? "Xiare! I challenge you!" "Hehehe.... Even though you're an OP character, you're still a weakling, my little Eumi. Fine then. I'll accept your challenge. Let's duel! Show me your best cards!" Indeed. Instead of a more serious tone of what the Moonlight Sword Sect cultivators imagined and portrayed by the other cultivators to be, they were instead opposite of that. Instead, they were casual, free from worries and most importanty— carefree with no sign of ending. It was as if they were like a joke, despite being one of the most feared sect across the cultivation and mortal world. Follow the cultivators of the Moonlight Sword Sect as they experience the changing world with their carefree lifestyle.
