"No way, he killed a wyvern alone."

"I must be dreaming!?"

"He is 16 years old? Like us right?"

Everyone is murmuring things like that, honestly this is not that hard. This is the weakest dragon type beast anyway. I think I should do the rest. I start running to another wyvern, before I take more than 4 steps.

"STOP IT YOU IDIOT."

I was smacked to the ground by the red haired girl.

"Hey, what was that for?"

"If I didn't do that, you won't stop right?"

"Guuhhh."

"Anyways, I don't want anyone to die so hear me out okay? Beside you should be grateful I stopped you."

"Huh."

"You know right, what happens if your mana body is destroyed?"

"I will pass out, right?"

"So you know, then why are you acting so rashly?"

"I think I was acting well organized."

She proceeds to slam me to the ground again!!

"Hey, whats wrong with you anyway?"

"Just seeing if you can repair brain damage by a strong impact. I know you are strong but you should know the limits to your power."

Hey what's wrong with this girl she acts as if she knows about my limit. I snapped.

"Who are you anyway, why are you acting like a genius?"

"Me? My name is Riese, Riese Horimi nice to meet you."

She answers me.

So, she is confident with her own power and talents.

"What is your name."

"Forvish Edwaltz."

"So Forvish-kun, lets team up for a while. I am a fire magician and I also can vanguard too. How about it?"

"Why me?"

"The reason why I chose you is because you are calm about this situation, and you are strong, far stronger than me."

She has good judgement. I think she won't drag me down. Let's finish this fast.

"Fine by me."

"Deal then."

"Let's finish the wyvern on the ground first, you support me with your magic so I can finish them one by one."

"Let me summon my mana then. Solia."

Then a bird clad in flame with 3 tails and 2 wings appears suddenly.

"Okay let's go."

I run to the first wyvern i see, the wyvern notices me, it roars at me and tries to bite me. I dodge to the right to avoid the bite and cross slash the right wing bone joint once. It roars in pain becasue of its lost wing. Then comes three wyvern's flying towards me, before the three wyvern's can reach me, a lot of fire magic hit them.

"Forvish finish that one first, I can hold these three for a while."

I nod. Then the wyvern who had finished roaring whips his tail at me which i dodged by laying down, I then got up quickly and dash to its left wing.

I used it for stepping then I jumped to its back where I then thrusted my sword 3 times like what I did before on the previous wyvern. After checking it is dead I run to Riese. I see her hold them pretty well but she lacks power to kill them so that's why she wanted to team up with me. Cause I can kill the wyverns. I will do my job then. All of the wyvern's are preoccupied with Riese

I will use this spell then.

Wind-spell: "Wind Lance." A spear of compressed air appears, I need around 2 for a wyvern so I need six to kill the rest.

After preparing 6 Wind Lances I ordered Riese.

"Riese step back."

She steps back, then I shoot my spells, 2 for each wyvern. The wyvern senses this and trys to dodge but it is too late it has already hit their hearts. The 3 wyverns fall down to the ground.

"Good work."

I tell Riese.

"What the hell is that spell!?"

She asks.

"It is Wind Lance."

"No way it's Wind Lance, it is very destructive. Who the hell are you?"

"I'm Forvish."

"No, that isn't what I mean. Fuah forget it."

She looks down after that

"EVERYONE WHO IS CONFIDENT DEAL WITH A WYVERN. MAKE A TEAM.

THERE IS ONLY HALF OF THEM LEFT, WE CAN DO IT!!"

"You better tell me if you want to shout!! Riese my ear is ringing now you know."

"Well, sorry."

"Let's hunt the rest."

"WHA, you still have energy to hunt the rest? Just how much mana do you have in your body?"

"Around 78 more Wind Lance's worth."

"Are you human?"

"Yes."

"........ Fuah let me rest, my mana is empty."

She looks pale it seems she is really tired. I am worried.

"Then I will wait here to protect you."

"Eh, there is no need, I can protect myself."

"No, it is a mans duty to protect a women."

"How can you say those embarrassing lines with that straight face?"

Why she is blushing? Isn't this normal? From the book and what father told me guys must protect nice women, because she is nice I will protect her this time.

"Even if you refuse, I will sit here."

"Just do what you wish."

She turns her face away. Looks like she is angry. Well lets leave the rest of the wyvern's to the other applicants. I think this will be a nice experience to see how a team fights a wyvern for future fights.
