I wake up. I don’t know what to say, but guess that I get used to this place. I no longer feel anxious, angry and sad I guess. The reason maybe I was a dungeon lord or in danger. I need to do a lot of things to survive or simply to live.

Like at always, skill is the most essential in this world. Not only to survive but to make life easier. If you want to know why; the magic is absolutely incredible. It can do everything without the help of science and technology. I’m not sure about the theory of how magic does that, but I’m quite sure about how to use it; in a special way.

I focus on thinking. The gust is blowing hard inside the cave bringing a high dense amount of magic, striking toward my body. I ignore it and continuing thinking; not knowing it is good or not. I just knew that whether I am strong or weak, I can still die. That’s why I have to find a way out of this situation; the skills are the best choice I think.

“That’s new” I shout surprisingly.

Firstly is the new stat ‘Will’. I don’t know what it means so I ask the System.

She told me that the stat ‘Will’ represents how powerful my will is. Simply that if a magician cast a mind impact magic; with a high ‘will’ stat I can block it.

Even she said that but I have a feeling that this stat ‘Will’ will help a lot in other situations, not only in magic. And the will may have some similarities with the persistence. With these two stats, I can easily recover and soothe my heart or mental trauma, physical pain.

“At least I opened a new stat. This is a good start.” I say with a cheerful smile.

Secondly, the new skill. Well, it is simply just a new form of the last skill ‘The will of the man’. It increases my stat ‘Will’ for 500% when my health is 5% lower. If I have to say who I am, I am going to be the extraordinary man, having the incredible ‘Will’.

And finally, a special skill. It is a present, gifted to me really long ago, from God but I don’t know what it does. If I can know the theory of it or at least what it does. It will be a great help for me, especially in collecting information.

‘Mastery of all language’ can simply be understood that I can understand all languages on this planet, I think. But in other aspects, I don’t know what kind of language I could understand. Maybe the language of humans or other intelligent creatures; primates, predators…

“Aw, I forgot to test this skill with the goblin when I faced them. Oh, hold on, I got the goblins, right?” when my rage is going to explode, I remember something.

The mana around me is gathering even more. I can feel the pressure, not of water, air but the mana; the most essential thing for every living creature; is now against me.

Light blue magic is mystical; not only one line, but two, or even hundreds of them. They are all gathering at my space, creating a small vortex. It is too powerful but I think I can stand it. I reach the middle of it, lowering the pressure I am enduring. With someone else, it is really terrific but with me it is normal. I think my emotions is even broken or getting lost over time. I know I am a dungeon lord; this may happen but it is not the point. I am afraid of losing my memories of my father; my family.

Anyways I can know what it does. I mean what the skill does. It is really helpful in a lot of situations, and inhuman villages.

“The Eternal Eye is awesome,” I say with admiration “I’m really appreciated for it, God”

So the Eternal Eye will give me information about the object I want to. Well, the rarity of it is legendary. So it must be really rare or even not exist.

“Oh wait, if I use this skill to examine the skill ‘Ultimate Creativity’, what will happen?” I wonder.

*sigh* I sigh heavily. I don’t know what to say but my skill is created. I can’t change it because it costs SP. But I don’t care about guns anymore. All I want is to create things like Buddhist magic in Chinese. If I have to describe, China has a lot of martial arts and comics. And I think comics in china are really mystical. If I can use these in this world, it is going to be fun. I mean good.

I take out a tiny magic crystal and carve in words – ancient words like in china. I try to remember some words in comics and start carving in. And as usual, fail. But I will study it soon.

Right now, I find something wrong; really wrong or even worst.

“Wait, why God helped me. He won’t get any profits whether he helped me or not. Or I’m not the only one, summoned to this world. There is another one or even a group of incredible people. God would give them a lot of rare skills. And the most important thing is that they are my enemies.” I say anxiously.

I’m not afraid of humanity; they are totally weak in the darkness and depend on the magic. They don’t have any achievements in science, technology or even mathematics – the most basic subject to work on science and technology.

But the group of people has knowledge of science. With their help, the humanity in this world will develop and create gunpowder or I could say ‘the gun’.

Not including that hero has a lot of power. They will rush through my dungeon with ease. I won’t stand a chance against them. That means I have to get stronger.

And I need to practice now; to get stronger or die.

I start to practice as soon as I made up my mind.

Push up, sit up and everything just to make me more power. Even my bone is going to break; even my muscle is going to scratch; even my body is hurting a lot, I still do it.

I buy a sword, a really heavy one – about 10kg, to swing. With this, I can increase my stamina and strength. I also bought a stone armor to increase the weight. About 20kg for the suit I think.

I practice pulling the bow. The reason is decreasing my stamina and strength used for the bow. With that, I can also run and hide, while shooting enemies.

And last but not least, practice controlling magic or called mana.

But I can risk my life to do that last time. I want to be home so I slowly control it. “Slow but sure,” I think.

But I can do one thing; that is the ‘Arrow time’ skill. With it, I can act 100 times faster in 10 seconds. And you know if I do incredible fast, I will be tired; really tired.

The lactic acid will accumulate in my body when I'm training, it would make me tired. With a lazy man like me, it is more likely to occur. But I'm a dungeon lord, which means mana will digest lactic acid. That will produce a great deal of energy, converting part of it into heat. That made my body extremely hot. That’s why I’m extremely hot when I first used it. Because I don’t usually exercise, lactic acid would accumulate in my body really fast.

But I don’t have many choices. I knew this skill is only used in an emergency situation. But to get stronger fast, I have to do this.

Well, I do that all day. Boring? Sure, absolutely boring. But to get home, there isn’t any way but to do this, EVERY DAY. The ordinary person definitely can’t do this but I’m different. I’m a dungeon lord. I don’t have to eat, sleep. I repeat all the time, all day, all weak. I don’t know for how long I have done this, but surely really long.

After practicing so many times, not sure how long but I have reached all stat over 100.

I think with this stat I can survive, at least longer than I expected.

Well, I practice not only to survive but also to go out there, collecting information.

Lacking information is a critical weakness. I have been summoned to this world without any information. That’s why I have to gather by myself or dying here.

And if I don’t get out there and gather information, I won’t know whether I’m strong or not. And the existences would threaten my life; the dragon and draconic magic I guess.

And also I want to meet the people out there, and even heroes. I want to be their friends if I could. Well, friends are always better than enemies.

But before I get out of here, I need to prepare first.

I take out a tiny magic crystal and start to craving words in it. I have practiced this a lot of times. I want to test out whether It works or not. And if it works, it means that martial art is working in this world; or I could say ‘The religious power’.

After carving a simple relic – an absorbing mana barrier, I put it under my place and start it. This is a simple relic which absorbs mana better – about 3× times. With this, the mana gathered around me faster gives me more advantages to get a new skill – The mana aura I guess.

When the tiny magic crystal starts to absorb, the wind starts to blow along with thick layers of dust. Well, it makes me cough a lot but soon get used to it. I start to activate the skill, increasing my control with mana. The mana starts to rise and follow the trail of wind leaving out a blue mystical line. It gathers at me; creating a small vortex. I stand in the middle of the vortex and start to make a new skill.

To make this skill, I’ll use my own magic through my skin to block natural magic. With that I can make a simple aura with mana, blocking me against magic and increasing my stat. Well, to increase my stat, I will absorb the mana into my body and when my body is overwhelmed, I will use my mana to block the natural mana.

I start to absorb the mana, feeling the mana flows through my skin. The notifications of the System start to pop up but I ignore. All I have to do now is focusing on this process. After a while, the notification, I mean the health notification pops up, telling me I've overdosed of magic. Well, magic is a cure but also a poison. Gathering too much of it may cause some bad effects.

When the notification popped up, I immediately raise my own magic, bumped throughout my body, following blood to the deepest cells. All my body is extremely hot but I was used to it. I start to push my mana out through the skin, covering my body with mana.

‘Yes, let’s head out now’ I say while picking the tiny crystal up.

I buy two more quivers holding full of arrows, a black mask, a black cloak, and a black scarf. With the goblin boss and more than 30 of goblins should probably defense my cave. And I will go out for a like 2 to 3 days just to find out what is this world like. Also, I want to find out whether God would exist in this world and religious affection.

After wearing all those stuff, I nod my head with satisfaction and begin walking straight through the cave.
