He got his 50 days worth of food supplies. The present that Ryan had promised was actually 20 extra food supplies: All of the food was meat and vegetables. The only problem was that "they all have sell-by date. They ruin quickly." Kira complained.
"Not at all, young man." A voice said behind him. Kira turned around and there was a young woman with brown hair. She held a wine bottle in one hand and she wore revealing attire... Having strong willpower was one of Kira's greatest powers, but even he struggled to keep eye-contact.
"Hi I'm Cana. I am Dylan's wife, sorry for not introducing myself earlier. Anyway. When you put food, pelts or anything else for that matter into your inventory, they never spoil or anything, so your 70 days worth of food supplies will last you 70 days."
"Oh, ok. Thanks for explaining." He turned to leave. " Oh yeah. Kira." He stopped at the mention at his name. "That was a nice fight."
Nodding his appreciation, Kira left the inn. He marched straight into of the forest; little did he know, he was walking straight back to town...
"Oi Kira!" He heard Dylan's voice. "Where are you going?"
"Me... I'm going to train... Bears are too easy. I would like to fight something like the monkey or the goblins and whatnot." Dylan nodded.
"You do realise that you're going back the way you came, right?" Silence ensured.... "No, I didn't" Kira replied, embarrassed. "So are you one of those 'players' that 'respawn' n'shit?" Kit nodded his confirmation. "You want to get to town quickly, right? Once again, Kira nodded. "Wh-" Dylan flashed in front of him; suddenly everything went black, except for one line.
You have died! You cannot log in for 24 hours!
'Son of a bitch' John logged off, although he could see Dylan's logic, but "I lost a level, dammit!" Now he was back to level 15... 'Nothing I can do about it for now...'

It was the weekend so he had nothing to do, not even homework; so all he could do was train or sleep until he could log back on. He did just that.
24 hours finally passed, and John could log back onto Endless online. 'Its been three days now, let's hope that the 'let's-get-Kira-to-join-our-guild' craze has passed.
Kira opened his eyes, and in front of him was the usual altar of resurrection. Equipping the mask of Hei, Kira walked out of the temple.
Kit marched straight outside the city and into the forest, not paying attention to the prying eyes on his fur coat, or his mask. But as soon as he stepped outside the city, Kira was mobbed; not by monsters, but by players.
"Please join our guild, The black sheep knights!"
"No no no, don't listen to them, join us, join Lamia scale."
Kira had enough of this shit.
"ENOUGH!" He roared silencing everyone. "I do not want to be in a guild, or party for that matter. If anyone tries to force me, I will kill them!" He then tried to avoid the crowd, but one level 20 got cocky and tried to attack him.
CLANG
The sound of metal-on-metal resounded as Kira blocked the guy's sword. Whilst they were in stalemate, Kira stepped back, making the guy lose balance and then beheading him. The player's body turned into light and vanished. If it wasn't for the blood splattered on the ground, people wouldn't have thought that there had been a fight.
The crowd was shocked. A level 20 had lost so easily; that was the true power of Kira! Kira glared at the crowd, waiting for anymore attacks. None came. He then turned and walked away.
As Kira walked away, several of the guilds had sent players with hiding skills to stalk Kira. However, it wasn't long before Kira found them out; a shadow darting in the corner of Kira's vision, the "Argh" as too rogues met each other and fought. He ignored them though; he didn't plan on showing them any of the skills he had learnt, or the Absolute duo inn.

Some time later, Kira came across a bear. However, he tried to kill the bear quickly but didn't want to reveal any of his spells. Instead, he attack using his katana. The bear tried to intimidate him; it immediately stood up on its hind legs. The rogues leaned in, eager to see how a player who took down 38 people by himself fought monsters; they were already recording, and Kira didn't disappoint.
Running behind his prey, Kira sliced through the tendons at the ankle, forcing the bar onto its knees. He then stabbed through the kneecaps, ignoring the bear's roars of pain and anger.
As the bear swiped at his head, Kira ducked underneath and lunged at the bear's throat. Piercing the hide, Mira watched in satisfaction as blood sprayed on his face. He withdrew the blade just in time to avoid a second swipe of a paw. The bear roared in anger. Kira nearly grinned.
??? POV
I had been tasked with spying on this guy, Kira. My guild had been interested in him ever since that video was released on the internet. I had seen it myself and I was shocked: What level 14 player has those spells to kill that amount of people in such a short amount of time?! Anyway, I was tasked to stalk him until he logged off, and although I wasn't too thrilled at following a mass-murderer, but I was curious about how he fought.
When we came across the bear, I was brimming in anticipation for his magnificent spells; I wanted to see more of his arsenal of magic. What I found was a brutal one sided slaughter. He had stabbed a bear through its knees, its tendons and its throat, covered in blood but cackling like a maniac. The bear swiped left and right, but instead of hitting Kira, all it got for its trouble were stab wounds in its feet! 'This guy is a monster; completely merciless!
Back to normal POV
In the end, the bear was totally powerless. It was losing blood; it had stab wounds in its throat and body; it was clearly going to die. It couldn't even stand. Kira fearlessly walked up to it and plunged the tip of katana into the bear's head, silencing its roars of anguish. Blood dripped from his katana into the ground. He swiped in a downwards motion, cleaning his weapon of blood.
Not wasting any time, Kira sheathed his katana and took out his skinning knife. He didn't need a second bear coat, but all he wanted to do was scare the players following him. Stabbing into the warm corpse, he went to work.
After an hour, Kira had finally finished working on the corpse. Some of the people had gone away, sick to their stomachs because of what the had witnessed. However, some had stayed, still recording. Kira turned to face the trees, covered in blood. He spread out his hands.
"SEE!" He shouted "THIS IS WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU MESS WITH ME! I DO NOT WANT ANYONE'S COMPANY, SO LEAVE ME ALONE, OR I WILL DO THIS TO YOU!"
Terrified, the rouges fled.

Star God
An ancient, ageless entity of magic intertwines with the essence of a tribal hero and a god is born. In a land where the worship of any entity is banned and punishable by mass-execution, the young and idealistic deity must come to terms with the ugliness of humanity, and find a way for his flock to survive, and maybe even thrive. A young man born into a mountain tribe treads the path of a hero, but he must learn the extent to which he would go to keep his people and their fledgling god safe and happy. Enemies are everywhere, and to defend their way of life, they must learn to harness the power of magic. Others are ahead of them in this regard, so they must act fast if they are to survive. A Xianxia-esque magic system, but with a focus on Western-style spellcasting and mysticism. This is more or less a deconstruction of classical fantasy and pantheons. The story focuses on two main characters; a God and a hero who serves him. Kingdom building themes are prevalent. If you like it, please remember to rate and review.

The Legend of Ghost
This is a quick novella origin story to one of fan-favorite characters in the ZERO universe, Sam Dobbs, a.k.a. Slade Gardner, a.k.a. the Ghost. I wrote it for current ZERO series fans, after many insistent, fervent, teary-eyed demands. Still, I think it pretty much works as a stand-alone, so I'll post it here. (He gets the name Ghost later, not as part of this story...this is just the why he decided to do what he did, being slightly insane and all.) Lots of easter eggs for current fans. 15k words total, chapters will be approx. 2.5k each. Oh, and if you get turned off by crazy, hyperintelligent antisocials being crazy, hyperintelligent antisocials, this isn't the story for you. ;)

Soul Core Online
Soul Core Online was a game that few people were interested in until after it was released, due to its odd way of handling character growth but this soon changed as people started to realise just how different this game was. Unlike many of its predecessors the NPCs in Soul Core Online acted in a way that was indistinguishable from real people and the world felt alive because of this instead of the empty and sterile cities we had come to expect, even walking down the street could give you insights to how these people lived. In my case this was the world that I had always wanted to visit and I soon found myself embroiled in the constantly changing world that is Soul Core Online.
