"Grrr...."

what the hell is wrong with this weather, i know this is still afternoon but the heat is too extreme, it's still April, but damn!, i looked into my phone to check the weather forecast, the result is 30 degree Celsius, what's wrong with this weather! No cloud,no wind, heck! There's not even a breeze from the wind, ugh.. and i need to do a 30-minutes walk in this weather, should i take a bus?. While i'm grumbling in my thought about whether or not i'm taking a bus, my phone start to rings

"what?"

"Oi! If you're on your way, buy some burger or any grilled meat!, I'll pay later!"

"ha? didn't Morio already buy some?"

"it's not enough! And bring some snack too, oh! There's very cute nurse in here! i bet she is your ty-"

*Turn off*... not enough my ass! That guy sure does whatever he likes, haah... i guess this means i need to walk huh. Let's see, food shop near the hospital, better get somewhere quiet then.

"Map" after i say this, the center of my vision are blocked by a map about my surrounding area, the radius is about 2 km,yup.. my 2nd ability is "Map". I know that using GPS are more practical than having your vision blocked, the problem is my phone doesn't have GPS feature, so I'm kinda stuck with this method. Anyway, this ability has its own advantage besides being free, this shows directly about the area around me, so i can evade any traffic jam or highly populated area, if the building has a name it will be shown, street names, nearest possible route and ... wait... can't most smartphones these days do this too?, no the most important thing is why i explain and retort my own ability?

"Oh, the nearest are NacDonald, huh, well that's it then."

after using this, i go to the nearest NcD, cooling myself while queueing for the foods, after this, i go to the nearest convenience store near the hospital to buy some snack, as soon as I'm entering the hospital, i can feel people looking at me. is it that weird to bring Fast Food while visiting someone? Well, whatever, i took my phone to check his room and go directly to his room

"let's see 308... oh, it's here, oi! it's me!"

immediately i open the door, my mini-map shows 2 golden dots inside this room, yeah, my mini-map can't show thing blocked by the walls that don't have a glass or anything that doesn't allows normal vision to go through, while walking toward center of the room, there are 2 figures of man, one laying on the bed, the other one sitting on sofa prepared by hospital

the one laying on the bed is called Inaba Bando, with slick dreadlock hair, wear hospital clothes, and his right leg having a cast, next to him are the pile of an empty cup of food, greet me with a foolish smile and chopsticks in his mouth and just say "Yo"

"yo my ass, this is yours, by the way, all cost 2400 yen," i say this while I'm getting a chair to sit on his right side.

"woahh.. straight to the money as always, it's been a while since we last meet, shouldn't this meeting be more emotional or at least show some concern to your senior~" that's what he says while he's starting to grab the food and open it

".... if i remember right the last time we met was one week ago, and why should i show concern to you, it's your own fault for getting that right? and i never think of you as senior though"

yeah, the one called Inaba Bando are my senior from junior-high, one-year-older, still a delinquent, 3rd dan at taekwondo, having aliases as "Black Gecko" most likely because no matter how badly injured he is, after a day or two he can go back to being healthy,yup.. this man has an ability too,he calls it "a Meat for a Meat", as long as he can eat meat, any physical injury will be healed up.

"still, what are you doing in this place? Suddenly calling me last night saying you're bored in the hospital and any kind of crap, why don't you just eat more meat and rest at home?"

"yeah.. it's annoying going outside in this kind of weather, someone sure having it easy huh, waiting in breeze room, while the two of us went to buy you some meat, heck why do i need to visit a guy? just go get a girlfriend already to take care of your business, oh right i forgot~, you don't have luck with girls~, let see, what was her name again? The one with short hair and big-boobs, what happened to her?Getting dumped even before dating AGAIN~?"

I'm not the only one having it hard huh, oh right the one talking right now is Sada Morio, a tall skinny man his height is around 180, with sidecut hair and long fringe, having piercings at both of his ear and two at his lower right side of his lip. can't believe that this guy is cousin of Yuki, 4 years older than me, we got along because we are childhood friend, right now working as assistant photographer, his ability is "Daily Reward", once a day he can summon roulette and spin it,there are many things that comes out from that roulette, a bottle of water, knife, shirt, gold coin, food et cetera. Both of us met Bando at parkour park near city outskirt, and somehow we got along.

"Guooooooogh!! It's critical! Please!! My ability can't heal wounded feeling!"

"someone getting dumped again huh, and you even introduced her to us, saying the thing like "she's the one", and other things" is what i said while putting a devilish smile~

"hee~ why not give me her contact then?, I'm still available he-!???" before i finish my word, while still laying in bed without moving his body, his injured right leg doing a sidekick barely evading backward, falling down on my bottom first at the floor. i can hear he is clicking his tongue,damn.. this person really amazing to be able to do side kick from that position, I'm not an expert at martial arts, though, but this still amazes me

"woohoo, your legs already healed, must be good to have a useful ability," i say this while I'm getting up, if this isn't in hospital i might take this as an invitation to fight,but.. it just doesn't feel right making trouble at public places

After this three of us just talk, most of the talk is about hot nurses in this hospital, speaking of nurses, it is never getting old to watch someone expression when they see that Bando injury already healed at impossible rate, the Doctors immediately surround him and do thorough check up on his leg, asking many things about how is this possible. Following this, they just decided that he is healed and discharge him

"its never get old right, watching someone face when that happens." I say this with a satisfied look on my face.

"Yup! Their reaction really the best, even though my family reaction is kinda dry these days"

"sometimes i don't really get you two... what's so fun about that.."

"Hah! Don't you see?? These people asking about what kind of medicine do i take? Saying things there's no way a broken bone can be healed at single night? And started to talk about taking my blood sample, and using fancy words, while the answer to why I'm healed so fast is just because I'm eating meat! That's satisfying you know?"

"yup and here i am Kamiya Nashi, waiting patiently for my senior Inaba Bando to become famous lab rat experiment and collect some money by giving him to the highest bidders!"

"yeah.. i am taking afternoon shift , since school starts tomorrow, well this is the last day of working, after this I'm going back to become a part-timer, oh anyway, Oi! Bando! Tell me if you find another ability user at your school, Julia saying things like increasing the number of personnel and something like that"

".... there's already 10 of us, does that girl wanna make an army or what?"
