Chapter 9- unexpected position/ Nature punch

‘Dorian just shuck his head with a facepalm.’

“oh why don’t you shush rad, you know if it was a switch of situations you would be the one being held down by your thumb.” Said Vlad

“But im not am I so, ha.” Said rad

‘then the princess chimed in her thoughts well after I said that” well since it inconvenience how about you also become my concubine young mixed human.”’

‘What mixed human? What’s a mixed human, is she talking about my Elemental skin since its starting to travel over my body every time I upgrade?’ thought rad

“Um how about no I just met you and you’re trying to make me number two instead of number one I would reconsider but im too young to be thinking about marriage so…… stay with vladdy.” Said rad

It’s been a total of thirty minutes of going back and forth I guess the monkey princess got a bit tired of going back and forth with me so currently I am in a headlock trying to get loose and but right around my neck is her tail and the two balls at the end are kind of like plugging my mouth so I couldn’t talk anymore.

[Dorian]” princess would you be able to let my to disciples go they have training to do and your just holding them down, how about if you come with us while they train since we know you wont let them out your sight now.”

“ok” said the princess but on one condition you cannot leave the mountain for the next two years you have to keep me company until my father comes back.

‘in my head I was like what an easy girl, so I asked “would you please let me go in gibberish because my mouth is currently plugged.”

After feeling a tight sensation go away, I immediately tried to make a run for it, but It was at that moment I didn’t know but the universal law of physics new I have (fucked up).

Out of nowhere i come to a complete stop after my neck get hit by the tense part of the tail instantly Rko myself.

Well im unconscious so I don’t know what happens after this.

Vlad doesn’t even register what happens until he too tries to make a run for it but ultimately he isn’t even able to move one centimeter without being pulled back into her embrace. “dammit why me god”

After getting pulled back in Dorian suggest we get moving there is a special place where they can train up the mountain that has a very good flat surface to train at.

‘Coincidently master Dorian says around there are many monsters and various animals that can supply us with experience and food for the next two years.’

After walking for a bit we fight a couple unruly monsters but at that time what they see the princess with u they immediately run, the weird thing isn’t because the monsters are running but every monster we have come to see has been females and very old male no young male species.

Suddenly Rad wakes up out his sleep and immediately want to be let down since he feels something in his chest thumping hard I wonder if it is heart, is he sick?

Oww, owww my chest it feels like the time when I was in the hospital on earth maybe it wasn’t Vlads veins were weird maybe it was mine, I haven’t noticed yet but now that I haven’t been walking for a while I can feel the individual muscles in my body I can feel the fatigue a bit even after training so much to build my endurance.

Is it because I haven’t been resting as much I can feel my body breaking down and rebuilding does this mean im getting a bit stronger? Is my heart finally normal like everyone else’s I feel fatigued but my heart isn’t weakly beating?

After calmly resting for a few minutes my heart has calmed down, well for my to do list in the future I should maybe learn the anatomy of the body.

I have a few more restless and calculated thoughts before I am brought out of my stupor and brought out of my train of thought by Vlad and monkey princess.

After looking at the monkey princess I say those words out loud without thinking, and right before I can correct myself “can you stop calling me that I have a name Saru, Sa-ru idiot mixed human.”

Then I hear it again “ok Saru im sorry for not saying your name correctly, but can you stop calling me mixed human I have a name too my name is Rad and the one your holding onto is called Vlad and our master over there is Dorian I hope we won’t keep calling each other by different names since we know them now.”

We shortly enter the entrance of our new home.

“both of you go get yourself some rest for the night, tomorrow you will go through hell. And you Princess where will you be resting……. After the awkward silence we are barely able to retaliate before both me and vlad in up in Saru’s arms and we are put to sleep on some make shift leaves as a bed and Saru as our pillow.

[Dorian] “ I wonder what’s going to happen when she finds out in the next two years they will be going to school and they might have to leave her here…..

The next morning we are awoken to Dorian clapping loudly above our heads with his morphed body, it sounds like thunder striking right above our heads.

I jump up to get away from the loud noise while Vlad still half asleep wipes his eyes to get up.

In a loud booming voice “ you guys will not be wearing the braces anymore you have moved up into the active sparing sessions everyday.”

“you will spar with each other in the morning in the middle of the day and right before bed I want you to learn how to fight being similar and different from your body so for part one you will only be sparing against each other once you get proficient in fighting each other you will move on to fighting monsters.”

‘Its been about three months both me and Vlad have ranked up to number four our respective strength values are overall 205 and 210 lately I have been able to catch up and fight almost on a even playing field with Vlad im Starting to catch up in body strength but it seems as though he can still over power when sparing.’

After a day of training Saru told us she wanted to spar with us too if all we were going to do Is spar every day since it was getting boring, we let her for that one day but boy did we make a mistake right as we tried to thrust towards her she instantly KO us with only one punch and after that she was forbidden to fight with us until we were respectively high fourth rank like hear she basically fifth rank but its just one point off from two hundred and fifty.

When we got that out of the way we were able to grow a bit stronger we are pretty much beginner fourth rank and we are now able to take a punch from her during the next few months we were able to slowly keep up with her.

Then it was time for us to learn our first technique from Dorian it was jab technique called “Elemental pound thrust” or what I call it Natures pound which channels your basic affinity in to your fist and until you make contact with your punch it will not stop consuming magic.

So its basically like a one hitter knockback type move used to deflect or make contact with your enemy, but the thing is it doesn’t always have to be a punch in Vlads case it comes out as a fast moving tornado with water and wind blades circling it the first time I got hit with this I went flying into the wall because of the knockback.

My nature punch is a bit different the earthly metal in my fist turns dark silver and a gray blazing spear tip comes out from my fist twisting around it is clear flowing wind and water mines has two abilitys that are different from Vlads mines can pierce and shoot out mid ranger after launching it like a quick jab only down side it looks cool but its incredibly slow like a decimeter a second.

I have also found out a way how to use it as a set up move it I shoot one out as I circle around my enemy and as they build up my enemy has nowhere to go Vlad finds this out the bad way after blowing me into a wall which blat him in directions until he makes a mistake and hits every set up jab.

After some available free time with my blacksmith skill i have made what i call the masochist Robot or dummy which can take hits but when blown to smithereens by our practice thrust absorbs the surrounding metals and reforms itself to make it stronger.

main reason i made this in my free time i was tired of getting beat up from these practice magical attacks

Authors notes: hello everyone im just chilling writing chapters for you how do you like the new female character and the new training arc. This will probably be the environment and scenery for the next ten or so chapters since it’ll be training and monster task.

Anybody want to try and suggest a name and ability that works for making movement faster?
