Prologue
The year is 2099. Earth has gone through many changes over the last 6 decades. It all started in 2030, the countries of the world were discussing how to stop energy shortages. Then suddenly a man appeared claiming to be able to solve the problem. He proclaimed he had come from a distance world and the two can mix and solve all their problems. He said the two worlds were originally one, making the fusion possible. The world of science and the world of magic were then mixed together forming the world we live in today.
It was a long road for humanity. The announcement filled the world with shock and fear. Humans learned of the exists of gods, demons, and angels. Mythical creatures became familiar but untold by the strange man the world would have many changes. Land features suddenly changing, and many new countries were made. However, millions were killed by the mass changes in climate and area. The places that appeared were then called realms. The realms had many different species and many others took hold of them. The fields would create the perfect environment for that species. Soon humans had little place in the new world. Then strange man then appeared again in 2050. He gave the humans the contract. This act caused the biggest uproar from humans. Humans now could harness the power of the species, and use them themselves. This was the deal; the person must ask the species or be selected by them to inherit their power. This put humans in a dark age.
For five years humans fought and killed each other for the power of contract. Thus, the two strongest species spoke. Gods and dragons decreed the right to contract is now a birthright. This act only sent the world into peace. Humans took the chance to bring peace to themselves.

As children, the power, of the species is selected. Only there were disputes between those who had no power at all. Then mages appeared. Humans without the contract could hold the power of magic. Soon being a powerless human was a rarity.
In the year 2075 after the big boom of magic, the world started to make adjustments to make kids born with magic, or the power of contract help understand themselves. Schools and countries were made to further social understanding of these skills. Many explorations were sent out into the new world to contribute to making maps. As the lines that would separate the world were made, the tension was building in communities. Elves with their superior technology lead the world forward. Other species were not too happy about this. Prejudice soon spread like wildfire across the world. Rumors of revolution against the elves were growing. As tension and rebellion grew, small wars between werewolves and vampires were becoming more hostile.
At 2080, the long-held tension broke. Angels and demons were the driving force. Soon Elves and dwarfs followed suit. Then vampires and werewolves. Soon the world was nothing more than a battlefield. A path of blood was the only thing left in the great wakes of their battles. Seeing this as a chance gods and dragons swiped through battlefield after battlefield killing each other and sending their kin into the fray.
At 2082, more than one-fourth of the population was wiped out by the gods and dragons war. The other species fearing extinction if these two forces continued to collide. The mages of that time used ancient magic on both species sending them into different places. They were both forbidden from accepting the contract or having any involvement in human’s lives. The Dragons were sealed in the vast abyss below the world. The gods sent into the heavens. After a year, rumors spread, that children bearing the marks of gods and dragons were being born.

As the war reached a stalemate the war calmed and both sides, the dividers and the legion, signed a peace agreement. The order was quickly taken by many species. At 2090, the island of Agumand was wiped off the map by a powerful explosion. The island itself was shrouded in mystery other than it was the place of the signing of peace. As the island vanished so did the long peace the world had adjusted to. As armies long left to sleep awoke so did forbidden magic that was sealed away.
After nine years, the dividers and the legion separated by years of hate have caused many lands to close their doors to the outside world and bandits descending on the weak became standard.
Kingdoms with kings of enormous power surfaced to add further safety to the land. There was a total of eight domains. Almursan, Sigo, Degas, Fersta, Titus, Blandian, Esperus, and a new and small kingdom Haven

The Stars Have Eyes
The universe was a vast, empty, dark, and uncaring place. Then life happened, and the universe was changed forever. Only a teeny-tiny bit, but definitely different. Then again, the universe changes a teeny-tiny bit every second of every day. For instance, if someone were to get off the couch and randomly drink a glass of milk? Bam! One less glass of milk in the universe. Changed forever. Well, excluding any time-travel shenanigans, but anyone who puts a big old hole in the time-space continuum just to un-drink a glass of milk should really reevaluate their priorities. Unless, of course, they were attempting to prevent some massive catastrophe vis-a-vis said glass of milk. Such a scenario is by no means impossible, as one should never underestimate the importance of calcium. Another important tip for any life forms out there is to keep things in perspective. Some look at the vastness of creation in relation to themselves and go, ‘Man, this sucks!’ These people really need to narrow their focus. Sure, they will never affect anything happening on the other end of the galaxy, but so what? That’s way the heck over there, where it doesn’t matter. Therefore, in order to maintain a healthy mindset, it is important to narrow one’s perspective to the things and people that affect them, and that they can affect in turn. But what happens if one is an unfathomable cosmic being from beyond the veil of reality? What happens when such an existence is capable of influencing entire swathes of the universe just by its presence? A creature such as Magh'rathlak the Observer? That particular entity is only about average as far as reality-warping creatures from the dawn of time go, so its influence over the fabric of reality is rather limited. And it still struggles to keep things in perspective. That, among other things, is why it decided to narrow its worldview a bit by compressing the maddening vastness of its being into a single corporeal form. Magh'rathlak had never tried such a feat, but that wasn't about to stop it. After all, how hard could being human possibly be?
