Chapter 8 - 3 Years Later-Warrior Crew Member!

Three years had passed.Kuro had trained to the mighty captain level and could easily defeat one or two.In this time he was traveling into other islands.Now he was in the Blue Sun Island.It was big around 20.000km3 in space.

Around 50.000 avengers guarded the island.Avengers are citizens who marine’s use to have better control in the world.They have ¼ of the total training a marine has.They have a good salary,around 500 beri for day for a total of 15.000 beri for a month.

It was enough to buy a average house for two people.Marines had a salary of 60.000 for month.It was way higher that of a Avenger.But Pirates could win even more if they were lucky!Some even found a million beri in a day!Just that made many people greedy and became pirates!

But the reason Kuro wanted to become a pirate was to be free from his and grandfather and his big brother!He wanted to be a free pirate!No laws,friends to death and even money!There was also no annoying sounds in the sea!He would die in peace in the sea and oceans!Just how many adventurers were waiting for him?

Argh!He became so excited to be able to have so much adventurers!But they would happen later.He first wanted to became sixteen or fifteen to sail even though most sailed when they were seventeen or eighteen.For example the great Pirate King who was known for his stupid mind,Monkey D.Luffy set sail when he was seventeen and then again at nineteen at a place called Sabody Archipelago.

That was also the place he and his companions were seperated and learned haki.But for Kuro it was different.He knew haki even though not a lot.But in the last three years he was improving even faster than The Pirate King Monkey D.Luffy did.He took one year to do what he need two years.

That showed how of a genius he was.He was looking for crew members every day for one hour but there was no candidates strong enough to stay shoulder to shoulder with him.There was no child at the private soldier level,but he was so strong that the thought of being the strongest never entered his head.

It was enough to have a dream and a strong heart.Because just power can’t bring you anywhere.And he just found the right one.

There were rumors of an orphan being bullied because of his heart and dream.He wanted to become the best swordsman in the world.That was the type of people he wanted.Although Kuro used a sword,his power came from his raw strength.He didn’t believe into the sword itself.He was not born to become a swordsman.

Unfortunately,that orphan had a weak body.But Kuro had the right thing for that,Haki.Haki could help him support his weak body to use his powers.Even weak people could easily massacre a town with haki.But nobody did that,as everyone who used haki was not a total idiot.Haki these days was so powerful that if two people with basic haki’s fought even islands may be destroyed.

But the people who knew haki were mostly marines.Around 2/4 were pirates while the other two was marines,but there were also hidden haki users in the world who were hermits or sages.For example even the old World Government had old men as leaders,but still they were very powerful to even battle Luffy to a standstill.He barely defeated them using Gear sixth and Awakening together!

But this was different.They used human lives to maintain their peak form of their bodies.There was a theory that with haki you could maintain your peak condition forever but it was not accepted and the scientist died a few years before his experiments had bloomed.

But Kuro had also used quite a few months trying to understand and complete the theory and he did!He could now maintain his peak condition when fighting for ten minutes before haki was dried.If he used haki in the fight it would only be five or four or sometimes even three to two.

He went to a nearby citizen and asked,”Excuse me is this where the kid who is dreaming to become a swordsman lives?”The citzen though he would bully him so he immediately told him where he was(Evil…)”He lives in that small hut there.”He pointed at a small hut.”Thanks.” Kuro thanked him and went to his house,he entered without knocking.

“Is this Haken’s house?”He asked kindly,”Who are you?!”A strong yet scared voice shouted.Kuro used observation haki and grabbed the voice.It was a child a bit older than him.He had short but handsome brown hair and orange eyes.His height was a bit higher than average and he had no muscles.

“This is bad,I will need a few weeks to bring you to your best condition,for now.”Kuro injected a dose of haki in his body.Haken was very thin so haki was need to make him follow Kuro more easily.”Follow me.”He said and Haken without a second was forcefully pulled by the dose of haki.

“Haken-kun don’t worry! I am just going to make you part of my crew…”Haken was stunned at these words,”Crew?Aren’t you just ten?!”But Kuro just ignored him.He dragged him to a huge mountain.”Here.”The dose of haki had stopped communication as it was dried out.

“And now,training will begin…”Kuro said with a cold yet cool voice.Haken was filled with fear.”Training?!”Let alone training,he had only barely survived by stealing and leaving no proof behind!He was doomed if he face a kid two or three years younger than him,let alone children his age!

But it was already too late.Training had started the moment he came here!”ROAAAAR!!” He could only gather his courage and fight...
