She didn’t know if it was because of pulling her biggest prank successfully or just from conquering the world, but Penny had a great dream that night. She was sitting on an ornate throne, Jenny right next to her, both wearing domineering clothes and looking down on countries, anthropomorphized in the forms of people, kneeling before them and serving their every whim. But, as pleasant as the dream was, Penny knew she would never go so far. Sure, she could conquer the world once every 5 to 10 years, to test how hard it is, but ruling it was too much trouble. Even if she didn’t kill anyone while doing the deed and making everyone’s life easier with her technology, there would be rebellions and people who would want to take her down, so they could take her place. No, ruling was just too boring, unlike the planning and implementation of the conquering part. That was fun and engaging.

Anyways, when she woke up, Penny had a wide smile on her face and was ready to begin her day with high spirit. Also, today was the day she would see if Jenny was ready for the whole truth, or if she would have to postpone her reveal. After finishing her morning routines of yoga, tai chi, martial arts kata and anaerobic exercises, Penny turned on the TV and watched the news with anticipation. She wandered what would they be saying about her today.

-People are still coming to terms with the attack on the whole world and what experts are calling the biggest defeat any country had experienced in all of their history. Sources in other countries claim the attack was simultaneous all over the world and started from the coasts of seas and oceans and proceeded inland in unending waves. We now know that all alien soldiers seen were actually holograms and the real fighting force were the drones accompanying the aliens. Most surprising of all however is the fact that no lives or injuries were sustained from said attacks. Doctors speculate some kind of tranquilizer was used, but tests have shown no results. Another surprising news that stems from the Prankster’s invasion, as sources in government have been calling the person responsible since they first appeared, is the complete recovery of patients with critical an mild conditions in hospitals all over the world. Doctors are baffled by the complete recovery of patients that were on the verge of death during the invasion. Was there actually an alien intervention in this case and not just the work of a human? We will discuss more on the subject in tonight’s news with specialists from all sorts of fields.-

-Hmm, A.I.C.A. what is the opinion of the public on the subject of our technology being used in the conquest of Earth?-

-There are differing views and some who don’t even know it came from us, but they are mostly spouting conspiracies about our involvement.-

Now that the immediate problems were going to be taken care of, Penny put her glasses on and started checking the islands systems one by one. She had efficient power generation with the geothermal power plant under the island, then there were the tide breakers around the island with special devices in them that converted the impact from waves into intermittent power surges that were stored away. If she needed more power in the future, she would think about maybe building a power plant of some kind. Next she checked the filtration and was happy to see that only the cleanest drinking water made it through the graphene filters. When it was time to emigrate people here, they would have the best water to drink, taken directly from the ocean and purified by technology. Her laboratories were constructed by using the greenest technologies found on earth and in fiction and with power could sustain itself, without external input, for years. By extension, the new office building of Tinker Toy Technologies constructed above ground over the laboratories were also build and equipped with the best and most sustainable and environmentally friendly materials and technologies. Penny made sure to make everything super-efficient and with minimum loss in the systems. There was even an indoor greenhouse to help with the recycling of the air.

Once Penny made sure everything in the building was working as it should, she entered the shower in her room and activated the acoustics. That is right, her new shower wasn’t water or steam based, but used sound waves to clean her body. She took the tech from Star Trek or some other advanced place that had to preserve their precious water and didn’t use it for bathing. After finishing her preparations for the day, Penny looked outside her window to the constructions going on all over the island. She could see the construction of a giant coil gun she was going to use to shoot satellites and other stuff to space. This one she modeled on something she read about the HALO games, about their ship weapons being used to shoot cargo to space, before adjusting them as ship weapons during the war with the Covenant. In another place she could see the construction of apartment buildings. By the looks of things, the foundations were going according to plan, but maybe it was time for her to construct some new building equipment like a giant robot or something. She did once dream of building and piloting a giant robot like in Pacific Rim or Robot Jox. Maybe she could jump there really quickly and copy their schematics and combine them with her other stolen tech?

After dressing and making sure she had everything with her, Penny teleported home, then checked if she had mail in her post box. She was expecting the results for the tests on her car and their certifications.

-Junk, junk, bill, catalogue, there they are. It looks like the world domination wasn’t enough to stop them from finishing the tests on my car.-Penny read carefully the letters she was expecting and beamed with joy once she finished them.-They found my car to have the highest standards for safety and they also finished testing for the experimental aircraft certificate. I can officially drive and fly it around.-

Penny was just about to exit the building and enter her new car, before she received a call from the company. She stopped walking, wiped her grin off her face and took on a more serious facial expression, then took the call.

-Boss, we just received a call from some Japanese company to arrange a meeting for next week. They are in charge of the Super… Hentai, Sentai? The Japanese Power Rangers and they want to order from us the technology they saw The Prankster use to change his appearance to that of an alien. They want it programed with transformation sequences for ranger costumes and cheaper ones for the minions and the bad guy of the week.-

-I will get something ready in time for the meeting. How are things at the company? Protesters, media or something else hindering work?-

-There were some problems, but they were dealt with. There are some rumors online, but no evidence to confirm speculations, so we are not in any danger.-

-Alright, see you in a week at the meeting.-

Penny hung up the call and entered her car, then drove it on the road on her way to Jenny’s house. It was time for her to tell her the truth, the whole truth and nothing but. A few minutes later, she parked in front of Jenny’s and then went into the house.

-Jenny, it is time to have the talk I promised you we will have. I think you are ready to hear the whole truth.-

Jenny exited her house and with Penny’s help entered the car. Penny wanted them to have the talk on the way to her laboratory and there she would show Jenny her capabilities and inventions up to now. She started the car, but instead of driving it back, decided to fly there just so she could show off to Jenny with her new car.

-We are flying? That is why I didn’t recognize the car maker! This is a car you made yourself!-

-Didn’t I tell you before that I build a flying car? Maybe I was planning to tell you and thought I did.-

-Whatever the case it still surprised me to suddenly fly in a car. So, you said you will tell me the whole truth?-

And because she trusted Penny and knew she wouldn’t hurt her in any way, she took the pill and swallowed it. The next moment her body started to heat up and she felt the strange new energy coursing through her body. She had unlocked her magic power and she felt great because of it.

-Told you I will tell you the whole truth when I was ready. I needed our game to sell at least 5 million copies to get the pill and other things from the game to activate and train your magic power. Now, are you ready to learn magic and start going on adventures with me?-

Jenny was smiling with a huge grin on her face and little tear drops forming at her eyes. She almost thought she was dreaming all this, but everything felt too real to be a dream. She also felt something warm inside, different from the feeling of magic power. She felt happy that Penny would trust her with such big secret and her feelings for the mad inventor only deepened. She thought she was ready to tell her the L word.

-Penny, I previously told you I wasn’t sure how I felt about you and you agreed to wait for my answer, but now I am sure. I love you Penny. You announced your feeling for me. You shared a secret so big and important to you and shared this wonder with me. I would be a fool not to fall in love with such a wonderful woman such as yourself.-

Penny leaned over and kissed Jenny, then went back to piloting the flying car. A few minutes later she landed in front of her shop and laboratory and lead Jenny inside to show her all the wonders she had made and kept secret from the company and the world.
