When I could see again I noticed I was in a small room and I had no appendages but I could somehow float. Man I have no idea what to do I tried floating up and moving around at most I could float a bit before falling.
“Eh I see you already trying to move around” A voice resounded in my head I tried turning around and I saw a short grey creature with wings and in a crouched position it looked like a type of Gargoyle.
“I’m a Dungeon Gargoyle, unlike normal Gargoyles my kind in order to escape the sun made contracts with Dungeons, well I came here and found a new born dungeon let’s make a contract and I’ll explain what you need to do.” The Gargoyle said
A screen like in a game popped up in front of me saying
[A Dungeon Gargoyle has proposed a contract with you will you accept?]
I guess yes I have nothing to lose well let’s see where this goes
[Contract Accepted]
Hmm I wonder how I can talk with this gargoyle…
“I can hear your thoughts since we made a contract we’ll be able to contact each other mentally, well I guess first things first decide my name.” the Gargoyle said
Let’s call him Grey
[Call your Dungeon Gargoyle Grey?]
Sure why not
[Dungeon Gargoyle is now named Grey]
“Well I guess that’s a good of name as any, so I should start explaining, First of all you’re a dungeon no shit of course, well anyway your basically a demi-god for us monsters, created by the gods to assist in the war against the humanoids and Dragons, Unlike the light demi-gods who are called heroes dark demi-gods like you work as bases and hubs for monsters to protect them and defend us. Dungeons are meant as places to create new monsters and life, that’s why humanoids would always try to destroy you. Now the first step here is to choose your type of dungeon, Say [Dungeon Management]” Grey said

[Dungeon Management]
A screen appeared showing many options
[Floors: 0]
[Dungeon Type: Not-Chosen]
[Mana: 10000]
[Monsters: none]
“Now say [Dungeon Type] and another list should show up” Grey said
[Dungeon Type]
[Dungeon types:
Forest: (Frozen, Corrupted, Basic)
Cave: (Volcano, Mountain, Basic)
Ruins: (Jungle, Swamp, Pristine)
Desert: (Artic, Lava Field, Basic)
Crypt: (Graveyard, Mansion)
Water: (Ocean, Lake, Abyss)
Sky: (Islands, Clouds)
Random]
“Now choose one of your options preferably not water I don’t feel like drowning you know, also desert is a pain, I would prefer for you to do cave but it’s your option not mine” Grey said
Wow so many choices what exactly should I choose sky seems awesome but I’m afraid of heights so no, I’ll respect Grey’s wishes and not choose water and Desert, Crypt is obviously undead I don’t feel like having undead. Forest and Cave seem basic so let’s go Ruins.
Let’s say Ruins Swamp
[Would you like to buy [Ruins: Swamp] for 7500 mana]
Sure I guess?
Ugh I have a terrible headache my vision is blurring crap…

Skylar Kylee Wintersong was born an Indigo Child. Celebrated by her parents, who ensured that she suffered no restrictions that might hinder her powers, ability or genius, she has grown up knowing that she was a member of the elite, born to rule and guide. However, the cruel whims of beings who are Gods have intervened, and not only dropped Skylar in a savage reality of magic, muscle, steel, and blood, but granted her all the powers she thought she was entitled to. Her knowledge that she's been born to rule and guide, that she was a chosen one, has been made real, with all the terrible burden that entails. How will a 21st Century Earth girl survive on the Six Worlds of Shtar? A place known as "The War Worlds." The entire thing is somewhat tongue in cheek, fun high fantasy with a touch of satire. Rather than adding in likable and relatable characters, the three Earthlings are supposed to be caricatures and somewhat satirical, as I was making fun of the type of fantasy that was being spit out all over the place at the time I wrote this about a decade ago. It is currently unfinished and on hiatus.
