《Infinite Swordsman and His Cafe》Chapter 29: Gilgamesh

Kojiro and Zelretch walk to the old vampire workshop. As they sit down on the sofa, Kojiro takes out some snacks and some drinks (Tea for Kojiro and Zelretch while Orange Juice for Sakura).
"So, what happens now?"
"I don't know. I guess I'll wait here for a while before I go to the dock for the fight tonight."
"I see, then I will go to the dock and create a bounded field all around the area before you guys destroy half of Fuyuki City."
"I see. Thank you."
"No Problem."
I then see Zelretch disappear with a flick of his finger. Kojiro and Sakura are the only people inside Zelretch Workshop. He knows that the room where there are many bounded fields protecting the door is the real Zelretch Workshop, so he ignores the room. He doesn't know what to do in his free time, so Kojiro takes out some of the tools he has and begins tinkering with the weapon he has.
The first thing he does is to use his charges. He immediately put some of the charges to Forcefield (2/200) then he put another charger in Doomsday Device (2/[email protected]@#$), Energy Generation (3/80), Anti-Magic Weapon (11/300), and lastly, Anti-Magic Armor (11/275).
With a new blueprint to workout, Kojiro begins to upgrade his weapon and armor. The first thing he creates is a device to cover his cloth with a forcefield that can hold any attack. He knows that this Forcefield is not yet able to hold against an attack of A rank (Anti-Army) Noble Phantasm. His power tells him, this Forcefield can take full B (Anti-Army) Noble Phantasm before needing to recharge for at least a minute.
He spent his time Tinkering and upgrading his weapon and armor. His Forcefield is like the Glory Girl from the New Wave. He can use this Forcefield to enchant his strength to the point he can lift an object that has a weight of 7 tons without a problem. Luckily this Forcefield doesn't have any Aura like Glory Girl that can make his enemy fear him while his ally likes him.

The other thing he creates is Arc Reactor. After he finished upgrading his weapon and creating the Forcefield, Kojiro with nothing to do began to create an Arc Reactor. While his Arc Reactor is not yet able to match Tony Stark Arc Reactor in terms of energy output, he knows that he can upgrade it to match the iconic Arc Reactor Tony Stark has inside his body. This Arc Reactor can produce an energy output of 2 Gigajoules per second while Tony Stark Arc Reactor can produce 8 Gigajoules per second. He plans to put this inside his motorcycle after his confrontation with Gilgamesh is done.
"ARC REACTOR?!?"
Kojiro jumped away from the shout coming from his side. He looks to his side and sees Zelretch look at his portable workshop with his eyes widened and mouth drooling a little.
"Is that an Arc Reactor?!?"
Kojiro hesitates to answer his question but nods his head in the end.
"Can I see it?"
He passes it to Zelretch as the old vampire begins to examine it with interest. He doesn't know how Zelretch is able to sneak on him with him noticing but he needs to fix it. He then began to take away his portable workshop and put it inside his Pocket Dimension.
"So, this world has Marver huh?"
"Oh yeah, From the comic and the film."
"Are you a fan of Marvel?"
"I like them but I can't say that I'm a fan of them. I like Sci-fi in those universes but their magic is… Meh"
"Meh?"
"Yup, a competent magus can replicate it easily without any problem. For magic, I'm more interested in the DC universe."
Kojiro sees Zelretch begin to write something from a notepad he took from his Pocket Dimension. After taking note, Zelretch gives back the Arc Reactor and says.
"So is there anything you created while I was away?"
Before he can answer, Zelretch walks to him and looks at his body from head to toe and then says.

"You have some sort of Invisible Aura coating all your body from head to toe. I also feel it can take massive damage just fine. How much can it take?"
Kojiro sight a little before saying.
"It can take up to B Rank Anti Army type Noble Phantasm. If my calculation is correct then it can also take A-Rank just fine and only leave a little bit of damage to me."
"Hmmm, that is good. This Aura is not magic isn't it?"
"No, it was not."
"Then this will be useful for your fight against Gilgamesh. He has many weapons that can pierce many magic barriers. The only thing I worried about is his Armor. His armor is powerful enough that even Excalibur is not enough to pierce through his armor."
"Excalibur at its full power?"
"Ahhh, No. Excalibur without releasing its True Name. It also can block your Tsubame Gaeshi with ease. It can be beaten if you have some sort of Anti-Magic weapon in your inventory but if not, then you will have a difficulty beating him. While it can block much Magic, the armor can be destroyed by overwhelming power. So it can be destroyed by Anti-army or above Anti-Army Noble Phantasm. The other dangerous thing about Gilgamesh is his Sha Naqba Imuru. I don't know if he can 'see' you using this particular Noble Phantasm but be careful about that."
Kojiro smiles a little at Zelretch and says.
"Thank you Zelretch for this information"
"Heh, think nothing of it. I don't want to lose my drinking partner to an as*hole."
Kojiro then begins to Tinkering once again as Zelretch goes to his Workshop while Sakura sleeps on the sofa while watching some cartoons. After hearing the information from Zelretch, Kojiro decides to upgrade his Forcefield and add an Anti-Magic effect to it. With Efficiency, he can also upgrade his other weapon without wasting any resources faster and also make the design more simple and easy to use.
When he sees the clock it shows that it is already 6 PM and he looks at his equipment once again. Ranged weapon: antimatter handgun, antimatter rifle, and antimatter cannon. Melee Weapon: Monohoshi Zao, Swordcannon, and a Dagger. His Armor has consisted of Anti-Magic Light Armor with Forcefield coating it. Right now he has two Forcefield protecting him from any attack, the first one is the one that on his Armor while the other one is the one on his skin. With this, he can take at least D-Rank Anti-Fortress type Noble Phantasm.
When the clock shows it is in number 8, Kojiro creates a portal to the dock while Zelretch and Sakura come with him. He can't leave Sakura in Zelretch place because she begins to cry after he says he will fight someone. He decides that Sakura can come with them when Zelretch volunteers to guard her while Kojiro fights Gilgamesh.
When they walk through the portal, Kojiro sees Gilgamesh standing in the middle of the street waiting for him. When he sees Kojiro, he sneers and then says.
"So you come, Mongrel"
Kojiro looks at Zelretch who nods at him before the old vampire takes Sakura to the safe place. After seeing Sakura go away from the fight, he looks at Gilgamesh and says.
"Of course. It is a rare thing to be able to fight the oldest Hero in history. It was an Honor"
"Hmph, You should be, Mongrel"
"Then… I'm Sasaki Kojiro"
"Hmph, Gilgamesh of Uruk"
They stare at each other's eyes for a few seconds before Kojiro disappears from his position indicating that the fight has started.

8 202Roulette: A Random Tale
Waking up in a strange world with amnesia? Not good. Having no access to the System or Status Screens that everyone else seems to be using? Not great. Not cool. Not being able to control this constant change in your powers in any way? Not awesome. People considering your random powers - that can range from completely useless to nigh godlike - to be a threat to the world as they know it? Really bad. The local ability stealing Big Bad taking an interest? Even worse. But you try. You try to make it through your life, even when things seem to be stacked up agains you. You got dealt a bad hand, but you're gonna make the best of it. Or die trying.
