'Even a rank 1 beast can easily kill me in my condition' Marcos thought.

He picked the energy increasing pill and absorbed it.

After a week of recuperation marcos can moved he can battle a rank 2 beast but not the rank 3 beast as he was still not fully recovered.

Marcos opened the map he obtained in the city. He looked at the where the lore city he needed to go back there to find his little sister but he needed to become powerful enough to protect his little sister.

He needed to increased his point's and exp to bought a powerful skill and level up his current skill.

Everyday marcos hunt a rank 1 and rank 2 beast. His points and exp kept increasing everday. A month have passed and he was fully recovered and he started to kill a rank 3 beast. Another month have passed his clothes was tottered and his hair was messy all this time he kept killing and killing without care.

He was now a peak stage of warrior level and stage 7 mana gathering. He level up his stone body skill to level 10, his body defense can withstand a full force attack of rank 3 beast without using mana or energy to defend. He also level up all of his skill to level 7 except for the Dragon punch. Dragon punch was still level 1 if he level up his Dragon punch his body can't withstand the force of a dragon and he will suffer a backslash liked last time he used it that's why he level up his stone body to 10 to make his body sturdy like a stone.

Marcos now can kill a rank 4 beast and can contend a ordinary rank 5 beast that has no core. If a beast reached rank 5 they can form a core inside their body it can increased their combat capability by a higher level it also help them advanced to a rank 6 beast. If a beast can't form the core they can only live a rank 5 beast in their lifetime. A beast with a core was extremely terrifying it can easily crushed marcos to death with a single blow, it can produced a powerful energy they used it for attacking and defending. The beast with a core can produced a supernatural power like magus and fighter.

Once marcos saw a beast that killed a pack of rank 5 beast. The beast imbued it's energy in it's claw and smashed it in the packed. The claw produced a claw like wave and it immediately killed the rank 5 beast. When marcos saw this he felt terrified lucky he didn't encountered the beast in the past month he was in the forest.

Marcos saw a master level among the group it seems he was the leader of the group. The other's were a knight level this was a strong lineup. Marcos saw that they are from the Onigawara clan.

'Fuck, it seems the young man I killed a few month's ago have a high status in the clan' Marcos cursed.

The group consisted of ten people, the leader at master level, three we're peak stage of knight, and the other six we're intermediate stage of knight.

'They are determined to find me' Marcos thought as he sneakily followed the group.

He saw other two knights separated from the group.

'You all want to kill me, then prepared to face the consequences' Marcos smile evilly. Marcos didn't follow the main group instead he followed the two who separated. He plan to kill them all, but since their line up was too strong in the current marcos. He can only kill them one by one.

When they were far enough he prepared to attack the two. Marcos circulated his mana in his body. He dashed forward and he picked the two in an instant. The two flew before crashing in the tree. Marcos followed up as he dashed to the other one.

The two knights felt shocked as they didn't anticipated that someone would ambushed them. The knight coughed a few before a noticed a shadow in front of him. He can't notice his appearance as there were dust when the dust was gone he saw a man wearing a mask.

Marcos focus his mana on his foot and he stepped hard at the knights chest. The knight struggle for a while before he died. Marcos turned around and saw the other knight stood up and pulled his sword. Marcos dashed forward and he punch. The knight slashed his sword.

Boom!!

Marcos punch and the Knight's sword collided. The knight take a few stepback he felt shocked by marcos fist it was hard it's like he hit a stone. He slashed his sword a few times before marcos caught his sword.

Marcos caught the Knight's sword with his hands. He smirked before he crushed the sword. Marcos reached out his hands and he caught the knight in the neck. He lifted him in the air as he asked, "why are you here? "

"We're here to investigate who killed the young master hegni" The knight answered in a trembling voice.

'As I thought' Marcos thought.

Crack!!

Marcos snapped the Knight's neck. He searched thier bodies before he left.
