《Creating a world can't be that difficult, right?》Chapter 170

The cultivators' first reaction to portals' opening was to prepare for a fight, but they soon realized that what was getting out of them were allies, not enemies.
'These should be the armies that Heaven has talked about.' Nathan thought as he inspected the figures that came out of the portals.
The members of the first army resembled ordinary humans. Most of them had long hair, and they had an androgynous look that didn't allow the cultivators to know if they were male or female.
But what caught the cultivators' attention the most was the feathered wings that they had on their backs. Each of them had a pair of black wings, with the size varying between each individual, with some having four wings instead of two.
And while some were carrying weapons with them, most were unarmed for some reason, which led the cultivators to think that those people were capable of using some unarmed combat style.
As for the other army, it was completely different.
If in the first one there wasn't a single piece of armor and there were very few weapons, in this one, each member was wearing armor that covered their whole body, making it difficult to know if they were even humans.
The armor they were wearing looked like the ones a knight would wear, but after close inspection, one would realize that they were made with mechanical pieces and all sorts of lights.
As for their weapons, they were pretty varied. While some carried big shields that required them to be used with both hands, others used swords, spears, axes, and even halberds.
The most notorious thing about this army was their colors, as each member was wearing red and golden tabards, and the same happened with the shields.
As his men were already scouting the area, Nathan decided to greet the other armies, so he approached them, followed by Travis and Marianne.

"Greetings. I'm Nathan, representative of Sacro and leader of this army. I suppose you have come here with the same goal as we have, right?" he asked.
After presenting himself to the armies, two figures stood out from them to greet Nathan.
"Greetings. I'm Azrael, and I'm the leader of this army of fallen angels. I hope our collaboration ends up being useful." An androgynous voice said inside Nathan's head.
Instinctively, he looked to the side and found a young man with long golden hair looking at him. He had a gem on his forehead, and from his back sprouted six black wings.
Realizing what had just happened, Nathan turned toward his friends only to find a surprised expression on his face.
People are usually surprised the first time I communicate with them. But don't you fear. I'm just using my gem to send my thoughts over your minds to communicate harmlessly with you." the voice said.
"I see. Nice to meet you then. I hope we can work together until our mission is over." Nathan politely said while smiling.
After that, one of the armored figures advanced to the front of his army before taking off his helmet to reveal a man's head. He looked like he was in his forties, and other than his armor, he looked ordinary.
"I'm Jason Falkmans, and I'm the captain of the rift clearer platoon of the Golden Eagles. Let's do our best to minimize our losses so we can enjoy the loot we get to the fullest." the man said with a smile.
"You sound like you have already participated in a lot of these things, so I suppose it is not your first time, right?" Nathan asked Jason.
"Yeah, you could even say I'm somewhat of an expert in the field," he said while scratching his neck.

"Do you have any tips about how we should proceed then?"
"Well, the first thing is to scout the area and see if there are any natives in this world. Once we find them, we either exterminate them or we ally with them so we can get the loot easily. The problem is that they don't speak our language, so communication may be impossible if we don't have any way to understand what they said," Jason explained before looking at Azrael." Angel boy, when you use your mind tricks to send your thoughts over our heads, the meaning of the message is sent intact, or do you send your intentions through the connection and then let the other's mind understand it?"
"If what you want to know is if I can communicate with people that don't speak the same language as me, then yes, I can," Azrael replied.
"Well, we only need to find the natives and continue from there," Jason explained.
