GOOOOOOOONG
The sound of a gong made Aya bolt upright in her bed. Or at least, she tried to sit up. Instead, her jerking caused her to slip over the edge of her bed. She landed face down on the ground, her blankets wrapped around her like a boa constrictor. ‘Ugh…’ she groaned. Blearily, she opened her eyes to try and see what the infernal sound was. ‘If this is the upgrade from my neighbour’s trumpet, I’m going to slowly…’.
GOOOOOOOONG
The plotting of the slow and painful death of her neighbour was interrupted by yet another loud gong, the sound seeming to echo in her brain. ‘GAAH! What the fuck?’ Aya wrestled with her blanked turned snake so that she could give her piece of mind to her neighbour. ‘I swear to God, he does this on purpose. He knows I work 12-hour shift every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday at the hospital! Monday is the single day in the week where I can sleep in.’ Before she got the chance to realize she was walking to her front door naked to complain, an extremely loud Ding interrupted her. And with the sound, reality as she knew it was shattered.
Ding!
Greetings, sentient being of planet AY051. We are delighted to tell you we have finally, after 1.159.326.780 years, rediscovered your planet and re-established your Milky Way’s connection to the System. Rejoice! You are no longer alone and you can finally do something useful with your existence!
Fireworks went off in Aya’s mind, leaving her more bewildered than she already was. Planet AY051? System? What the hell was going on? And does... whatever or whoever that is, need to be so mean? What made it even more bewildering was that she didn’t just read the words in the blue box in front of her eyes, she could also hear them in her mind and even felt it resonate in her very bones. But the mysterious voice thing was not done yet.

However, the reintegration will not come without a price. As we speak, the planet known to you as Pluto is being dismantled for its cosmic energy. We doubt you are going to miss it. Furthermore, we estimate that the mortality rate will be approximately 40%. Do not fear. Even in death, you can be useful by being fuel for this change.
To those surviving the System Initialisation, struggle! Struggle, become stronger and once again take your rightful place in the galactic world! After all, Might makes Right.
With those last omnious words, the blue box vanished from Aya’s view. But before she could do as much as blink, let alone scowl at the message, her vision went black and it felt like she was falling.

Empire of Salt
I just wanted to live my second life like I remembered my first, unbothered by the petty squabbles of the rich and powerful. Sadly life, and other humans don't care about one's dreams, so I'll have to make due. How do I plan to get back at them? Well, it all starts with a bucket of saltwater. 8 120The Final Draft
This is basically the story of a farmer turning cats loose to wipe out mice that are stealing food. Except the farmer is an intergalactic empire, the mice are rebels and space pirates, and the cats are randomly chosen humans from present-day Earth. Margaret was one of the fortunate few to be selected, drafted to fight on an alien planet for overlords she never knew existed. Dropped onto a fantasy world where things like toilets are nonexistent, how does an architect/engineer fight back? By building, of course.

8 147Deteoh – A Glitched World’s Isekai Story
When you die you're supposed to just go to either an afterlife worthy of your exploits or get reincarnated and start all over.Or you can be like me and volunteer to play hero to save a world!I even managed to negotiate immortality as a reward, well I have to become a vampire for that but its not half bad. Glitched skill system?God devouring artefacts?Death counts in scientific notation? What do you mean I just killed the heroine? What have I gotten myself into.I get the feeling I'm playing on impossible difficulty. Also why does everyone make such a deal about how I died?Just because I don't understand the scientific principal at fault doesn't make it important, right? 8 114Godfather of magical technology with a pinch of extortion
Osric Thale got planted into a new magical word. Literally, face down. What will he do? What will happen when a person with above-average intelligence comes into a world with magic? In the magical world of Artesis, mages are big bosses, while warriors are no more than glorified doormen. Osric is an experiment happy person in a world where his unique personality might suit it better than earth +++++++++++++++++++++++++++ Hello dear readers, I have been always fascinated about novels like warlock of the magus world, end of the magical era(though this one has a ridiculous amount of filler), a wizards secret and similar novels, so began writing this one. Forewarning: English is my third language, thus grammatic is not the best. I also welcome constructive critiques. And if you find any errors, before you get eye cancer you can comment about it and I will correct. i have begun to rewrite the first chapters. The first three are already up. In the following week I will rewrite the rest. Later I will post a chapter with the changes. Chapter length is between 2k to 2.5k words. 5/week [participant in the Royal Road Writathon challenge] (Note, I do not own the rights to the image used as a cover.)
