After a few months..

The village began to prosper and it has its own delicious meals.

Mars instructed the people to create their own shops with their own specialty.

Of course they could partner with each other for the businesses.

A restaurant was made by the women that were in the dojo's and have omurice(omelette rice) as their specialty.(tomato ketchup was made)

There are certain stalls that sell potato fries and sweet potato fries.

The kids were also participating by preparing sugar candies on their own.

The blacksmiths took a vacant house to be their home base for selling everything.

Each family were given sidecars as a commodity.

The town hall was the one nearest to the forest entrance so a bicycle terminal was made there.

For those want to drive the bicycles would take the profit after reaching a certain boundary.

Pillars with rules and regulations were made in every corner.

Each house row had a post sign of which row it is.

Ironically the rows were named as numbers.

had an address ex(row 1 street 3 house 4)

For the time being, the goods made were being traded in a barter system.

"Today this village would be opened for tourists to make a shortcut from each of the other continents.

I have prepared a set of rules in each corner of the streets, the entrances and exits.

For every people you encounter you must tell the rules around here are absolute.

The rules would be:

- open fighting is not allowed.

In case of quarrel, a duel stage is always ready. The duel must be fair and not one sided. A forced duel would lead to

consequences for the offender.

- no stealing

In case of stealing, the person caught would have a fine thrice the amount of the item

- vandalism

If you break a public property, you are in trouble.

For accident. You need to repair the said commodity that you broke.

For intentional. There are no guards in this village so the people are allowed to beat you up.

- this village technology is one of a kind. Sharing this info would not be an offense but imitating this would be trouble.

In case piracy occurs, you will encounter this village protectors wrath.

-discrimination is nonexistent

- killing is a no go.

If you killed a person not a local of this village, you will be beat up and sent the what country of that person you killed.

The locals would not kill you.. Or so I think.. But you will wish for it when it comes...

--if a matter not included in this rules was done, a certain person will be contacted if it is not settled.

After the rules was set. The villagers are not worried of not having guards.

Besides they have "Kuma" if there's anybody that they cant take they can just ask him.

He doesn't talk to them much but he understands humans very well.

The farmers grew fond of him whenever they saw him playing with annie.

By this time, everybody was able to use mana and know a certain type of spells in their own.

Everybody was trained kung fu by the dojo women and all women knew ultra long range archery.

Though they still cant the target set by their mentor, they can now almost graze it.

If matters get worse, mars can always deal with it..

"Ill be leaving to promote this village, or I might bring more people here."(mars)

The villagers were shocked at this statement.

All of them were helped by a single young man but they didn't even helped him for anything.

Although they cant directly talk with him this past few months that he is helping them.

They grew fond of him.

All people loved their savior who gave them shelter when they most needed it.

He gave them food when they cannot feed their selves

And gave them work for their future.

"Ill be leaving tomorrow cause ill give some persons some things before I go."(mars)

These words gave everyone an idea.

Almost everyone of them looked at each other and talked wordlessly.

Night

"Yo annie, you enjoy playin? "(mars)

"Yes Brother!! Is it true that you will leave?"(annie)

"Yes

, I have things to do on my own selfish ness but you see..."mars disappeared and re appeared on her back.

"I can do this so going home would not be a problem"(mars)

Annie nodded reluctantly.

Annie is the little girl that lost her doll and remembered it as kuma and became friends with the two.

"oy kuma, you have a pocket?"(mars)

Kuma shook his head seemingly saying.

"I'm a freaking bear and you expect me to have pockets?"

Mars showed him two crystals.

"crush this crystals when you're in trouble. Ill put it in Annie's backpack"

Mars gave Annie a purple back pack containing some sweets and crystals.

Mars teleported to the forge.

"yo boron, take this crystals and crush them if you need serious help, ill come right away."(mars)

"sure enough, by the way, we can't thank you enough for giving us almost everything. Me and my daughter would really love to have you drink tea with some time."(boron)

The big bulgy man gave him a bear hug.

Mars heard some crackling noises but he left it to his imagination.

He the went to visit the elder

"yo, Jones-san."(mars)

"ah Mars-dono"(elder)

"come with me"(mars)

The two vanished.

They went to plain field, similar to what the village looks like before.

When elder was about to ask something, mars raised his right hand with open palm.

He closed his palm and hammerly brought it down, as his hand goes down, so as the rain of lightning thunderstorms charred the ground.

It was an effortless area of effect skill for him.

"I want you to be able to protect this village from a large group of either humans, monsters or the likes.

This skill mainly uses the element of wind to control clouds and fire to create a spark between the clouds and the ground."

Elder Jones still cannot speak because he was still astonished in the effect of the spell but he understood it all.

He also gave him crystals to break when its needed.

Dojo.

A single figure can be found practicing with a long wooden staff can be seen. Then when she faced the forest, a creature attacked her.

It is humanoid in form but its pure black.

She immediately dodged the incoming fist and countered with a downward swing.

The creature also dodged the swing and jumped above her.

The girls postured hers staff and was ready to smash the creature like an egg but the attack she was ready to counter never came.

The creature who jumped was nowhere to be seen in the air.

Then she felt a cold chill on her back and prepared to guard but it was too late.

When she was about to turn around, a hand came in close to her face ready to pierce through her brain.

But the attack never came again.

When she opened her eyes, all that she got was a flick on her forehead from a person she never expected.

"You fight way too sloppy.

You have openings from head toe, no techniques or everything. The counter was very obvious and everything about that fight was... Whatever.."(mars)

"w..was that you??"(shiina)

"anybody else you see?"(mars)

"b..but t..the cre---"(shiina)

"that was for you to fight seriously"(mars)

"b.bu--"(shiina)

"no buts... You know how to use mana right? You have little experience in fighting so ill teach you something. What's your element?"(mars)

"water and earth"(shiina)

The girl said flustered.

"incorporate those spells in your fighting style. Ill teach you some more use of mana."(mars)

The two started to sit in a yoga like position

"first, concentrate your mana to spread in your whole body."(mars)

"like this?(shiina) shiina gaves of a faint blue radiated glow like aura on her body.

"you're good. Sometime it takes hours to do just that but...

Anyway here's the next step.

Disperse the mana onto your muscles slowly and try to augment it."(mars)

Shiina didn't know it but she have augmented herself fully on her muscles.

Mars catched him with a princess carry.

This made her really flustered but that moment ended shortly.

Mars put her down.

" now that you can do that full augmentation try to only augment a part of your body.

Mars handed her the crystals.

"whats this?"shiina asked

" its a Mars summoning crystal" he said it as a joke but later on this crystal would be named exactly like that later.

"if anything you cant handle happens, break one of this crystals and Ill come right away."(mars)

"Yes, thank you and farewell ":) shiina said with a smile.

When mars was about to teleport..

"ummm,"(shiina)

"what is it?"(mars)

Shiina handed him a bracelet with wooden ornaments and a small mana crystal on the middle.

"farewell gift and also as a thank you for everything."(shiina)

Mars immediately wore the bracelet because it was the first thing that he received since coming to this world.

"thank you."(mars)

The next day.

Mars was about depart and give his final words to the people when elder jones told him that there's a problem going on the square.

"oy whats going on?"(mars)

"the people wants to tell you something."(elder jones)

The people were all gathered in the square and mars was on the stage.

"THANK YOU!"

was all that he can read from all the banners that the people created.

The people, under the elders guidance lined up to the stage bringing something.

"these were our own individual gifts to you.

I know they were not much compared to everything that you did but please accept it."elder jones said with a smile.

"oh, and I also told them about your almost unlimited inventory so they don't need to hold back hehe.."(jones)

"you..(mars) he was cut off.

"mars-dono, please accept our gift to you."(random villager)

"a..oh thank you"(mars)

Every villager prepared their own gifts and there was even a statue.

"wait, Can I have that?"(elder jones)

"umm elder.. Thi--(random sculptor.)

"Ill make it a village statue"(elder)

"ooooh."said the villager with wide expectant eyes

"oy.. I'm not dead, why make a.. statue?.."(mars)

"village attraction."the elder said boldly.

"tsk.. Do what you want.. Just add some notes that I didn't want to make it myself and include to it that I'm still alive."(mars)

After everyone have given their gifts mars had something to tell them all.

"first of all thank you, I don't even know why I made a village in the first place. But you still appreciated it.

It may not be comparable to my original place but, I can call this my home.

Farewells aside. I need you to implement the rules that I have implemented.

We don't have jails so we can just kick out offenders.

Remember that I hate discriminations above all.

I may send more people here.

Maybe they will have the same fate as you before so treat them kindly.

If there were problems that you cant solve, I will come.

Oh and after working, you need to rest from time to time so

I declare every 3 months would be a feast! The last part of the winter would have people give thank you gifts to each other.

Love each other as you love this village. Or so I say. Town?

This town is hereby declared by me as independent.

Anyone who questions or engaged this freedom would incur my wrath.

The crowd gathered in cheers and some even cried.

"Now then, we don't have drinks do we?

So lets just make it a food party. As a secondary ruler of this town.

I declare that this day would be our -Saviors day!"(elder jones)

The crowd again erupted in cheers and began to party.

The village that was made within a day. The village that improved in less than a month. The village that were all built by a single man.

The village that have every people that can use mana.

The village that became a town after he just said so.

The town that has no name yet.

"WAIT!!! WE HAVE A VERY BIG PROBLEM!!!

the elder said In panic.

Everyone stopped partying looking at the old man.

"what was it elder?"(boron)

"we didn't asked him for the name."

The elder said in a very serious tone.

- a Very big figure came approaching the two and spoke with a very low tone.

"Save that for later old man. Just name the town after him and were fine.

Today was a day to party right?

Every people except for one little girl has dropped their jaw on this certain figure that has spoke.

"WHAT??, your first time seeing a bear talk? Save that faces later and lets just celebrate now!"(Kuma)

The people again erupted in cheers and was shouting the name of the village.

"Mars"
