'There he is.. there's Rin! He killed me in the game.. time for revenge.' The kid sitting behind thought. He was one of the unfortunate few who had been attacked and killed by Rin. Previously they were friends, but after this they're now enemies for life.

His name was John Smith and he was secretly a huge fan of Sand, the game and the sediment. He knew Rin had really cool collections of sand and had always been jealous, and now he finally had his chance get some of this precious sand!

John went up to Rin and whispered in his ear

"Meet me after school on the top of the building.. I have some sand to show you. Come with some of yours too, or ill tell my dad.."

Rin replied by nodding and smiling, then soon enough it was the appointed time.

'Where is he? he's taking forever..' John thought, angrily.

Rin then entered and he had his sand with him, instantly he started conversing nonstop on the wonders of sand to John.

Elsewhere the police had a tail on Rin this entire time. He was in utter shock!

"It can't be.. in broad daylight? A drug deal?! Wait.. is that? It IS! It's John Smith! He's the governors son! How deep does this go?" he said to himself.

He knew that this was now a bigger case than his jurisdiction allowed, but it was personal. He had to solve this case by himself!

"Give me your sand, Rin" John said smiling

"You're joking right? like I would ever do that." Rin said as he rolled his eyes casually

"Do it or else I'll beat you up and get your dad fired" John said with a huge smile on his face

Rin then did something he'd regret and have to hide forever. In worry he accidentally pushed John off of the roof.. Then ran home. Of course the police saw all of this but he couldn't do anything!

If he did something he'd have to report what he saw and he'd risk the case. If he could casually push someone like John off of the roof without worry then his connections would have to run deeper than he even thought.

"Looks like I'll need to call in a friend of mine, this case is just too difficult. I may need to work undercover.. I heard from the car driver that while he J-Walked he had a copy of Sand MMORPG. Maybe I should act as a friend.."
