Meanwhile Reku was in the middle helping a group of inhumans. They were all trying to finish the last of guards in one of the rows of cages. At this point most of the guards were already killed. Most of the prisoners have been set free and helping either fight or free the remaining prisoners. There was a few running for the stairs trying to escape still.
With the combat in so much favor of the prisoners. Most decided to stay and fight for the others. They just wanted to make sure the advantage stayed on their side. Turning around to confront another enemy with a sword.
Reku noticed that the enemy was covered in slime. The slime seemed to be the light purple color. While the guards armor was dissolving away. The guard dropping his weapon. Was only focused on trying to rip the slime off of him. Soon as the slime reached the man's face. He was fighting to breathe and keep from screaming. While the skin on his face started to blister from the burns from the acid. As the acid ate away body of the man. It was a slow a painful death. It took the slime about three minutes to kill the man. Every single moment you could tell was excruciating painful.
Turning away from the scene that seemed to horrible to watch. Reku saw the Wolf Fang in a fit of rage killing all in sight. While not far off was the holy knight leaving the beast alone. Instead the knight was off killing a couple of monsters at a time.
Reku was in a fight with his mind. Should he deal with the holy knight or Wolf Fang who was attacking all in sight.
As if to answer the question a voice came from a short distance away. Reku hearing the voice it sounded familiar in someway. Turning in the direction of the voice to see who the familiar voice belonged to.
Just a sort distance away looking thru the cages. Was the seven foot tall manticore from the arena fight. The thought of the fighting the large creature again. Specially fighting him in such a small space sent shivers down Reku back.
“I didn’t suspect to see you again little one. On top of that you are helping lead this assault. To free and escape with all the other prisoners here. It truly is very humorous to be helped freed by one i fought in an arena with.
How did you survive they search for you? With no trace of you anywhere not even a single finger. Well guess you can tell me the story after we get out of here. First why don’t you fight the knight over there.
It will be easier for you to take him on then someone with my size. I will help keep your friend over there from killing any other poor soul. I’ll do my best to not kill him afterall it be hard for him to hurt me badly.” The large manticore told Reku in the end. While laughing at the comment he made about getting hurt. Like nothing could really affect him or hurt him. He did after all have a regenerating healing capability.
Without replying to the manticore Reku just nodded his head. As if he understood the plan ahead. Reku stormed off toward the knight without any hesitation. His sword at the ready to attack. Blood dripping from the tip from the countless number of people he had cut down.
As Reku stormed toward the knight. All his thoughts were on. How would he go about defeating this warrior ahead of him. Of everyone here he knew this guy would be the hardest to defeat. One wrong move or step and he could be cut down.

Seemed since he came to this world. His life was put on the line at every turn. Was he getting little to use to fighting and killing. For some strange reason killing didn’t seemed to bother him. Once in his other life. He was sure he would never be able to kill someone. Yet, That seemed to be all he was doing in this world.
By the time he was on the knight. Reku knew he should wait to use his magic little more. There was a chance in the midst of battle. That he could use the magic as a way to surprise the enemy. It could even let him win the fight. Any advantage he could have or get he knew he would have to take.
Everyone in this world had a lot more experience. In the art of survival and fighting. They all had a lifetime to get use to this world. While he had barely been in this world a month. There was just to much he didn’t know about this world.
Taking the opportunity when he was on the knight. Who was cutting down two human prisoners. That were fighting against the guards with the inhumans and beast kind. While he was turned around. Reku swung his blade at the knights back. He knew it was wrong but in a fight you do what you must to survive.
Sadly Reku blade didn’t hit its mark. Instead somehow the knight saw the attack coming and blocked the blow. He was still turned around but the knight blocked it by. Bringing his sword behind his back like he knew the attack was coming.
From the impact of the blade hitting the knights sword. The vibrations from the impact made Reku’s hand go numb. Even though his hand went numb and the attack. Reku carried on with a second attack. This time aiming for the knights legs. While he was still facing the wrong direction.
As the blade was close to the knights feet. The knight jumped making the blade miss it mark. While the knight was in the air. He turned around to kick Reku across the face. Sending Reku skidding across the ground and rolling in the process.
The kick across Reku face. Made it feel like his skull was about to cave in. That single attack made his left eye swell up. While also leaving a small gash vertically across his cheek.
Spitting up a little bit of blood out of his mouth. Reku stood up quickly preparing to attack again. With a single kick the knight did great damage to him. Reku knew he could not keep taking attacks of this kind of power. If he did he would be dead in no time.
He knew this guy was trouble but had no idea. He be this powerful. The thought of just how strong the holy knight was sent shivers down his spine. He knew there was no escaping now. He would have to stay on his toes to win.
The holy knight seeing the one that attacked him. Made the knight give a look of disappointment. While the knight swung his sword from the large gap between the two. Reku knew it was to far for the blade to reach him. From fear or maybe instincts Reku brought his sword up to block.
As if something made contact with his blade. Reku sword got pushed back slightly. While getting cut again across the same cheek. That the knight kicked him leaving a vertical cut. This time the cut horizontally. Leaving a cross cut now on his face.

A gust of wind went flying by at the same moment. That the cut happen on Reku’s cheek. Leaving the mark like a holy cross on his his cheek.
Reku was sweating and starting to panic. This knight was so strong. Just by swinging his sword he caused enough wind force to cut him. This was all from a great distance away.
The holy knight seeing Reku in a panic state. Was just wondering how this man broke thru the soldiers line. Only conclusion he could come up with. The man in front of him had a lot of luck. He would of made a great soldier if he didn’t choose the wrong side. Mater what now the man would die. He killed to many of there guards and helped lead a revolt.
The knight started to walk closer to Reku. As if he planned to finish everything in one fell swoop. The blade didn’t seem to have even a hint of wear and tear from battle. Where a normal blade would have dents and cuts from battle. Yet the knight's sword was pristine like freshly forged sword.
Seeing the knight coming toward him. Panicking from the intense aura the knight was giving off. Reku knew the knight was coming in for the kill. Knowing he had to keep the holy knight away.
Tring to focus his mana into his hand to form a arrow. Reku uttered the words inabikari isshi. Making a arrow of lighting even though the arrow formed. It was less stable than it ever had been before.Casting the arrow at the knight. Flying thru the air like a bullet from a gun.
The holy knight catching a glimpse of sparks of blue and purple forming in the prisoner's hand. The knight brought the sword up to intersect the blast. The knight never knew there was a mage down here. While being able to have mediocre ability to fight also.
It was frustration to know this guy had magical ability. The knight was only able to catch a glimpse to know to react. The knights blade intersected the blast. Since the arrow was made of magic. The blade only cut the lightning arrow in half.
From splitting the the magical arrow. Part of the electricity went into the sword. Giving the knight burns going up his arm. The burns were like a river splitting into a hundred little creeks. That also split into different pathways up his arm.
The other two sides of the arrow stuck the the knight in the chest causing the electricity spread thru rest of his body. Blasting the knight back and landing on the ground. Being hit with so much electricity. The knight didn’t even make a sound as he fell to the ground.
Reku seeing the knight hit the ground. Standing up Reku stayed on guard. Waiting for the knight to stand up and carry on the attack. After a few moments as the battle around him faded away. Reku just noticed that any guard left had surrendered or died.
The knight not standing up after a few moments or making any moment. Figuring the knight must of been incapacitated or dead. Which made Reku a little less tense and relax. For the battle to be finished and not get killed made him enjoyed.
Way things were going he was almost positive. That the knight would of killed him. Thinking to himself. That he was sure the lighting would’ve been of little effect on the knight. Since the attack did work better than he thought. He was not going to question it since he got away alive.
The remaining inhumans and prisoners started to head up the stairs to threw the exist. While Kami was slightly wounded headed back to get the elderly and younglings. That were left in the upper coliseum. Reku waited and help lead everyone outside.
The manticore unable to knock since back into Wolf Fang during the fight. Simply decided to give an intense attack to the werewolf. Knocking the elderly werewolf unconscious. With his tail during the fight.
Standing by in small groups. Reku and others helped those that were wounded. While leading all to the exit. Staying till one of the last to leave thru the exit of the underground prison.
Before heading up to leave. Reku took one last look at the scene behind him. Seeing the scene of the battle that took place before. Bodies littered the floor of both guards and inhumans. With such a scene of battle. It was almost impossible to tell who fought on what side. Most of the bodies on the field was unrecognizable. Missing arms legs or just destroyed completely in some form or another.
It was upsetting to see so many people killed. To Reku it was a waste of life. Most of the prisoners matter if human or inhuman had done no wrong. They were just toys for the rich to play with. The only ones left alive behind him now were a few stranglers. Along with the few remaining soldiers. That surrendered and put into the cages as prisoners.
You could no longer see the floor underneath. Just the flow of blood and bodies. The last thing Reku looked at was the holy knight. The knight still laying in the same place as before unmoving. Turning around Reku started to head up the stairs to leave. Reku could not wait to see the world outside of freedom again.
The path up the stairs was a straight and quick not to long after starting. Reku could smell the salt in the air. While the light from the sun breaking thru the entrance.
Stepping into the light of the entrance leading to the outside. The outside Reku could see open green open field. With a creek and small patches of trees nearby. Small group of people gathered all around. They had the wounded lined up next to each other. A small group helping those in most need of assistance.
Turning around where the door they came thru at was. Reku could see the doorway was the size of a small shed. A ways off everyone could see the walls of the coliseum. The coliseum wall looked to stand around four stories high. Reku could not figure out the width. He just figured by the looks alone. It could hold around a thousand or so people.
A little distance to right of the shed size doorway. Was a large building two stories high. With around twenty windows on each floor. Reku assumed the building was the barracks. That all the guards they fault stayed at.
When Reku finished looking around. Making sure there was no reinforcements on there way. After deciding they at least be safe for a few hours. Reku went up to see how the leader Wolf Fang was doing. Since the manticore knocked him out cold during the two fight. That was not counting the damage the wolf received during the fight.
From what he noticed. Almost everyone that fought in the battle was wounded somehow. That was for those that survived the battle. The numbers that were lost was still very heavy. Knocking there numbers around half. That included all the prisoners and inhumans that they freed.
Looking at the damage done to Wolf Fang. He was missing part of one of fingers. While also having a cut on his chest. Last main issue Reku could tell on outer wounds. Was his left side of his face was swollen. Most likely from the manticore knocking him unconscious. That didn’t even count the internal damage that may be there.
Going over to Kami and old man. Who were talking to each other a short distance away. Reku needed to see what the plan from here was. One thing he knew for sure was. They could not stay in this area for long. Sooner or later people would be coming to see how things were going.
If the soldiers were smart. They would of sent a carrier to warn the nearest command post what was happening. The big question was simple. Would they simply ask for a report of the situation. Send someone to investigate. Worse case would they send a army to help squash the revolt.
Walking up to Kami and elder. Reku could hear the two were talking about what they all should do next. It seemed there was three factors needed to be considered. One was food and water for the group as they traveled.
Second was the wounded. Should they leave them or carry them with. When they all left. That was the last issue. Where would they all be going to. It was hard to come to a conclusion what they all should worried about first. Interrupting and speaking up his thought to the leaders.
“ I believe we should split the work. We can have one work to find materials to make carts for the wounded. Another group can find food and supplies for the journey. While that is going on we can try to figure out where to go. Cause if we don’t figure out where to go. There a good chance we'll be fighting for survival again. Sooner or later others will come and they will not be friends.
There a good chance you all know this land. That being said. You can tell us where the safest places would be. There is surely a few safe places in the world for inhumans. The human prisoners who do not wish to come. They can go their own way.”
Kami listening to what the boy said and replied in curious tone. “That is a good plan Reku. Truth I was not sure if you would still be around. I was pretty sure you would leave already and look for your friend. There is only one thing I would change. Not just human prisoners but anyone that wishes to leave. Should be able to go. Some have families and friends they may want to go find. Just like you wish to go find your friend.
There is a few places we could go for safety. A few hidden settlements in the human territory. That only counts if they not been found out by the humans. Then there is two other lands. That may be safe. One is the kingdom of Tuscaloosa. That we told you about in the caves. The kingdom that focus is study of magic.
The second is Yal’Gra the united tribes of the beast kind. They will give safe haven to all inhumans and beast kind. While also allowing humans that are outcast or support their kind. To live there and work along with other races.
The question is. Which would be the safest place to go to? Either one will be a long journey and there a chance we may lose few on the way. Then there a chance we could be attacked at any moment. It is difficult to say what will happen. We can only guess what could happen.
The question now is what will you. You are more worried about everyone here. Then thinking where you will go to look for your friend. You could go back to where you two were captured. Unless you know who the ones that took you were. It be a fool’s errand to go. You will just be recaptured and next time you may not get out alive.”
Reku didn’t know the answer on what he would do. There was no telling what ever choice he make. If it would let him find Nuwa. He knew in life there was always multiple roads to travel. Each road taken can lead to a different outcome. Never knowing if you took one road. If it would lead to the best outcome.
All Reku knew was right now. He could only follow his heart. Right now as much as he wanted to find Nuwa. What his heart was telling him was to go with the survivors. He had a feeling. That sooner or later if he went. He would meet Nuwa again somewhere down the line.
“Right now I will travel with everyone here and sometime later. I will decide what else to do at a later date. First lets just try to survive the task ahead of us. Of the kingdoms of Yal’Gra and Tuscaloosa. Which could be the closest? ” Reku replied in a way a leader would their flock. Like he knew what he needed to do yet, also show. That what he would do was only his concern.
The elder human listening to Reku and Kami talking. In a rough voice like the man’s voice was dry and cracking. “ I believe the best and closest of the two empires. That we should go to would be the United Tribes of Yal’Gra empire. They welcome all that do not prosecute inhumans and bestkin. We would all be welcome there. That is all that is willing to head there. Plus it is the closest from our current location. It will take us about a month to reach our destination. The whole time we all will need to stay on guard. There is no telling how often and when we will be attacked.”
As the three continued to discuss what needed to be done. They walked around passing orders to different groups. On the task that they needed to be carried out. So everyone could get on the road as soon as possible. The group split up in some looking for food. Another looking for supplies to help carry the food and water. Along with any supplies that would help move and take care of the wounded.
Soon as orders were passed to different groups. Everyone got busy with the assignments giving to them. The thing on most people's mind. Was simply getting on the road and getting far as possible from their current location. They wall just wanted to get far away as possible. The thought of being captured and being forced to fight to the death. Simply for fighting and killing so many soldiers. Meant they could just execute everyone.
To this country they were in. If any inhuman or beastkin raising their hand or talk back to a human was death wish. Their kind had zero rights. Their kind was considered to be a plague to the humans in this world.
Meanwhile after the group set out in the underground prison. The holy knight stood up form the ground and helped the imprisoned soldiers. Afterward they went to the local governing branch to see what the next plan will be.

You are my Zweisamkeit, you know what I mean?" I looked at him, he was smiling and it was the best smile in the entire world. and I started to laugh. "I don't speak German Bradley, you know." "This word describes the self-imposed isolation of a couple in love. Their togetherness creates a kind of loneliness around the two of them. And you, you are the only one who makes me feel like this. I can't let you go and I have to tell you, I love you Stefani, more than the word can say, more than anything, I'm in love with you from the first day I met you at your home, you were smiling with your blonde hair messed up, and when you started to sing, I saw heaven. I use this world, Mindfulness because I'm aware of my feeling from the first time." He started to get closer to me and...
