“Wait why?”

“Where? I don’t see it.”

“Oh yeah.”
I don’t think that I’ll ever get used to the feeling of being in the Spirit World. You don’t have a physical body but you can still move. You don’t feel things as you normally do, every sense feels slightly off. But it’s just slight enough to not know what feels off just enough for it to feel off. The Spirit World is nothing like my Soul. Everything is so vivid, the trees are all different. For example, one right next to me was blood red with refreshing green leafs and the next was a normal brown but the leaves were flame red.
(Stop admiring the trees and get going!)
I snapped back from my admiration and asked
“Where is the spirit?”
Emma guided me through the forest and along the way I saw a tree that stuck out. The tree was dead but where the leaves are supposed to be there were vermillion red flames. I asked Emma if that tree was special and she said
(That’s a dragon tree.)
“Dragon Tree?”
(Dragons use them to evolve to a higher bloodline.)
“Higher bloodline?”
(Do you think that all dragons are equal? The main factor of a dragon’s strength is its heritage and the only thing that can increase a dragon's bloodline is a dragon tree.)
“Why is the tree look so dead?”
(Probably because a black or necro dragon used it to evolve their bloodline and there deathly nature turned the tree into that.)
“Can other dragons use the tree to upgrade?”

(Other dragons can’t use it unless they are of the same bloodline.)
“That sucks but what species is the mount that you found?”
(A pegasus.)
“Pegasus as in a horse with wings?”
(What other pegasi are there?)
“You have a point but a pegasus seems pretty weak.”
(You think that a horse that was chosen and blessed by the Gods are weak?)
“Wait pegasi were blessed by the Gods?”
(Of course a pegasus at its peak could fight and win against an elder dragon.)
“Didn’t you say that dragons were at the peak of existence?”
(They are some of the strongest but pegasi are at least on the same level maybe even stronger.)
“Anyways we got off track let’s go.”
I continued on my way and there was nothing really interesting or new along the way. I was walking and I saw the pegasus. The pegasus flew down and landed and slowly went to a trott. When I looked closely I realized It was the most majestic creature I have ever seen. It has golden tipped wings and a aura of nobility around him.
“Hey Emma what am I supposed to do?”
(Remember its intelligent.)
“That doesn’t help!”
(Form some sort of bond with it.)
I walked up to the pegasus and said “I Lugh Neverhail, take an oath of the mind, body and soul if you become my companion I will rise above the heavens and give you the eternal glory of being my companion.”
The pegasus responded with “How does me becoming a “companion” of somebody weaker then me give me eternal glory?”
“I am the last of the Divine Demon Kitsune bloodline and am the Harbinger of Emma. Does that give you any idea why becoming my steed gives you eternal glory.”

“What else am I supposed to do flaunt my weakness?”
(It would have been better if you didn’t degrade him to a steed.)
“Oh SHIT!”
(Your wording is the epitome of perfection.)
“Your sarcasm is my FAVORITE thing about you.”
(Before you just look like an idiot in front of one of the seven princes of heaven I would recommend apologizing.)
“You know what I forgot my truly favorite thing about you. It's the fact that you leave out every single detail but tell me when it would have been useful.”
(I want my Harbingers to learn how to be smart without me.)
“Yeah I want to be more independent but when a potentially powerful ally is being decided in a conversation information would be nice.”
Right before Emma could reply the pegasus said “So a person who has a bloodline is enemy of all and a Harbinger who serves the weakest divine entity wants me a prince of heaven to serve him.”
After saying that he chuckled and said “Just because I want to see how such a person could make sure an arrogant claim I accept your oath. I Sebastian Cloverhoof, take an oath of the mind, body and soul I will become a companion of Lugh Neverhail and for all of eternity.”
“Time for formal introductions then.”
