Prologue
I was floating in a white void. There was a weird warmth pulsing around in my body. It’s like the warmth when you're in your bed amplified by thousands of time. Well, it’s not like I have anything else to do. So I wait.
…
I suddenly sense … see … hear … feel … him … her… it?
A woman slowly faded into existence. She looked like she was in her early 20s and the main thing that stood out was the fact that she had 9 tails.
“Why am I here?”
“Wow, I thought you would be angry or confused. But that is to be expected from somebody who locked away all of his emotions to avenge his wife.”
“You still haven’t answered why I'm here.”
“Oh yeah, you died.”
I had more emotions than I thought was possible at that moment. indignation, sadness, despair and even a little bit of anticipation. I just realized that I felt emotion and I suddenly started to calm down and devoid myself of any emotion just as I was trained to.
“Where am I and who are you?”
“You are currently in something you would know as heaven and I am Emma the goddess of Kitsune, the moon, ice and many many more and you are here because I am giving you a proposition.”
“What’s the proposition?”
“My offer is for you to become my Harbinger.”
“What benefits are there to becoming your so called Harbinger”
“You will be reincarnated with all of your memories to a fantasy world where you can essentially level up. But, in return you will have to fight other Harbingers and spread my influence around the world.”
“What happens if I don’t accept?”
“You stay here for all of eternity.”

“What do I get out of this deal?”
“A chance to meet Freya again.”
“Give me proof”
Then suddenly part of the void materialized into a video of a young girl carrying a basket of apples to a house. No it couldn’t even be considered a house it was more like a collection of logs and leaves stacked up on to each other.
I grab Emma and shake her screaming “WHAT THE FUCK IS SHE DOING LIVING IN A PITIFUL EXCUSE OF A HOUSE!”
Emma then suddenly disappeared from my grasp and proceeded to say “I cannot interact with the mortal world with the amount of influence I have at the moment.”
I then calmed down almost instantly.
“Okay I am reincarnating into the world Freya is in correct”
“Yes”
“Okay then I accept”
“Good. See ya in a bit’
“Wait what?”
