The 1*sultan of the Karaman empire

"Your majesty, the war against the Rostok empire is not going well. We have lost Moldovia and Wallachia to the Rostok empire and the Kildarians and Lombardians are arguing against each other on who will take command while we are losing our land. We have mobilized around 200,000 troops but we can't use them all. Most of our troops are being used as human shields by the Kildarians and Lombardians. There are many Bulgarian guerillas which are supporting the Rostok empire and hurting our logistics." said the minister of war.

"What is the foreign ministry doing, shouldn't you be able to coordinate the relationship between the Lombardians and the Kildarians. We need them to be coordinated urgently or our country will be destroyed by the Rostok empire." I asked the foreign minister.

"The Kildarians and the Lombardians are not budging in their positions. This is related to their national image and prestige. Unless we can come up with a special benefit or if someone loses a battle, we can't coordinate their relationship." said the foreign minister while glancing at me nervously.

I probably looked quite angry about now due to the fact that we are losing this war. Our ancesters had threatened all of the central continent all on their own and had ravaged many countries even when outnumbered. All of the central continent feared them and they formed a coalition against them. But even then, we fought and fought and won but were greatly hurt in the process. We had to abandon many places and go back to our core territory while the central continent still growed and developed. We are not only fighting against the Rostok empire and the kingdom of Mainz, we are fighting against the people of the central continent due to their hatred against us.

"Declare a 2*jihad against the Rostok empire to unify the empire and make them fight against the heathens. Start recruiting more men and if we don't have more money, take loans."

"Your majesty, even our current debt is exceeding our capacity. If we take more debt, we will have problems in the future. We can't even declare bankruptcy in the future as the Kildarians won't let us do that." said my finance minister worringly.

"Our first goal is to win the war and we will deal with the problems that come with it afterwards. The Kildarians will support us in the future as they needed a nail agains the Rostok empire and the kingdom of Mainz. Even if the government dosen't want to do it, the banks who lent to us will influence them or they will go bankrupt. What is the kingdom of Mainz doing, are they conducting any major offensives."

"Your majesty, they are not conducting any major offensive at the moment even though they could. They are selling a lot of strategic material to the Rostok empire and are trying to siege Zagreb but they are not making any progress. It looks like their main plan isn't to fight against us." said the minister of war.

I nodded and they left to do the assigned tasks I gave them.
