I established military control of the kingdom of Galicia and went back to the capital to reform the administrative system and give out rewards for military exploits.

The Union bank is mostly made up of the nobles and the capitalists while the Royal bank is mostly made up of the royal family and the farmers. The Union bank was created by me to provide competition to the Royal bank but no one knew about it as if I eat all the benefits, it would be too ugly and people would get jealous of me which is not conducive to my rule. There was also the national bank headed by the government but like most government enterprises, it had rotten and couldn't do anything. This is also a reason why I created two banks, so that the Royal bank dosen't end up like the Union bank. The fact that Locke banks provided a loan was intresting. It might have something to do with the Kildarian government.

I need to carefully decide where to place the veterans as they can be mobilized extremely quickly in case of war. The country I was most scared is of the Rostok empire to the east as they have a lot of men and can just pile you up with bodies. The Kildarian empire can't do anything as they are an island country and invest most of their money in the navy. The empire in the west has the same culture as us and they don't have much stability, I don't think they will be threats for the short term and they can go north. I wanted to test the foreign minister to see what was his conculusion.

I think that the older generation had experienced the attacks from the western empire which in their subconscious minds led them to place the western empire on a higher threat level than the Rostok empire. This was the way that Bismarck used to form a coalition against France and isolate them. If you think about it logically, Napoleon III as good as military affairs as Napoleon and France wasn't as strong as in the Napoleonic era but countries still cautioned againt the French.
