During the 100 years war in my old world, there was a change in military now categorized as a military revolution. The military changed from highly armored knights and feudal levies to more professional, standing armies. There was the introduction of guns and more use of gunpowder. The French lost many battles due to them being concentrated which allowed the english longbow men to rain arrows down on them. Unfortunately, in my old life I wasn't really into military composition. My main focus was on diplomacy and geopolitics. I also researched a lot into administration so I know a few things about mobilizing people for war. There will be 6 armies with their total strength being 24000. There will be 4000 cavalary and 20000 infantry. I will not be including bowmen as the country's people don't really use the bow as much as the english did. There will also be 2000 cavalarymen in the royal guard which can be used as shock troops and will be under my direct command. I also know fighting and am mainly a cavalryman. I know how to fight due to the militaristic nature of the Gretans.

There will be a mobilization system in which every man who comes of age will be recruited into the army and will be given training. This will result in the country being able to mobilize every man in the country so our military potential will be extremely high. This mobilization system was used by the Prussians and the Germans. This was one of the reasons that Germany was able to explode their war potential during World war 1 and 2. There will be reserve systems in every region and they easily can be raised up to serve in the army. If in case of an enemy invasion, the people can form their own armies and resist the enemy. This is the true essence of the people's army, not the thing the communists do. It might be hard in some countries but it will be easy in our country due to the militaristic culture of the Gretans. Intrestingly enough, this can be viewed as equality by the people. This is also a right and an obligation.

Instead of giving land on monarchs will, land will be given in exchange for military merits. Nobility titles can also be give in exchange for military merits. This will incentivize the common people to join the military. Noble titles will be taken away in case a generation is inedequate. This will also help the army get a large amount of officers who have completed military training before. Meritocracy will also be promoted in the military so that the aristocrcray can't monopolize officer titles and everyone will have a equal chance to rise throught the ranks, well as equal it can be. This will also reduce corruption in the army because there will be a large number of replacements.
