The country has a divide in culture. 65% of the population is Gretan while 30% are Rocceans. There are other ethnic groups but they are not enough to be represented. The rocceans came to this country from the east due to the high amount of war. The Rocceans seek greater reprsentation in the country. This situation reminds me a bit of Austria-Hungary as they also had the same kind of divide and they gave equal rights to the Hungarians. This resulted in much infighting within the empire and resulted in their army becoming weaker. This is also one of the reasons Austria-Hungary split as there were many cultures and language in the empire. If the Austrians tried to integrate the Hungarians instead of giving them equal status within the empire, the Austrians would be extremely strong. Only 5% of the Hungarians wanted rights, the rest of them were serfs who were loyal to the emperor. If the Austrians crused the rebellion and they tried to integrate the empire, they would have not split. I don't want to repeat the same mistake and created infighting in the empire.

I will establish compulsory education so that children can be teached the Gretan language from a young age. We will also make them residential schools so that the children will not be influenced by their parents. The culture of Gretan is extremely militaristic due to the repeated invasions from both the east and the west. If we include military training within the schools, the children will embrace the Gretan tradition. The military training will also help in achieving the goal of a mobilization system which can mobilize all men within the kingdom. We also can establis higher level education for students have higher grades than others within a certain field. We can also establish a military academy so that training of officer can be more stringent and we can find talents from a larger talent pool. I will establish 5 school complex's within the capital, 10 school complex's in the western region, 10 school complex's in the eastern region, 15 school cpmplex's in the south and 10 school complex's in the Northern region. A school complex will have a larger capacity than a normal school and will include things such as dorms, training grounds etc.

Now, I can also easily liberate the serfs so that they can have their own land and pay the government in installments. This will also help increase the revenue of the government to make up for the fiscal deficit. This will also help increase my popularity within the people and I will get a loyal group that supports the royal family and specifically me. This will help alleviate ethnic conflicts for a while and give enough time to integrate the Rocceans.
