Part 2

The goblins took the clearing and crossed the swamp to reach a huge open space where the apes retreated, this space was very long, and at the bottom a strange mountain that could not be seen from the edge of the swamp, the contaminated gases came out of the bottom of the geysers and in the air something terrified the goblins.

Blossom watched as the Cryptids circled around the base. She knew they needed to draw the attention of as many apes as possible, but fighting against those creatures would be madness, but the war was unpredictable and she, without having time to think, saw how those huge monsters were coming down hard to earth.

The goblins felt fear when seeing those enormous creatures descend.

After noticing their attitude, Blossom said, “Don’t let them fly, so we will eliminate them!”

Blossom looked at Ape boss. This ape was flying over one of a bat cryptid and was preparing to unleash a huge amount of attacks on them, not counting the Apes that were advancing from the base with force in their direction.

She got somewhat intimidated. Blossom breathed hard as she regained her composure and said, “It is time to show them our new acquisitions. Let’s go!”

Warpath and Crash shared a look. The goblins looked at them before one of them said, “It’s your time, guys!”

They calmly stepped back into the forest again when a goblin said while looking at the boss, “Permission to turn on the rock and roll!”

She smilingly nodded.

A Tollroad was looking straight ahead, said, “There is no time to rest!”

Getting up, he still felt the pain of the fight against the gorilla but taking a rifle and looking at her companions, he yelled.

“Goblin power!”

Jumping to the ground and shooting madly, he saw how his companions imitated him. Blossom was about to jump to support them.

“Do not rush, and you will give us victory!” A goblin yelled.

Two burly goblins stood in front of her and created two firm plasma shields, and nodding, and they said, “Chief, we are your shields!”

She sat on the ground and took a deep breath, embedded her hands in the earth, activating her magic power.

Both groups collided in an all-out battle when Ape Boss from the sky, shaking his head, indicated two cryptids to come down to attack.

A Tollroad fought with a sword in one hand and a pistol in the other, shooting at the apes to finish them off, but those who managed to get close fell before the edge of his sword.

One of the cryptids descended rapidly towards him, letting out a shower of fire that burned apes and goblins alike.

Ape had no regard for his men, and there Tollroad stared at the fire with determination without backing down a second.

He was ready to receive the attack when two huge flowers appeared next to him, releasing powerful spores that the cryptids breathed in, and he had to divert his path.

“Don’t sacrifice yourself for no reason!!” Blossom shouted from where she was standing.

A smiling Tollroad replied, “Yes, ma’am!”

Just as he did, with speed, he began to advance and screamed, “Goblins to me!!”

The goblins were approaching, creating an advanced force that overwhelmed the apes. An ape with metal arms jumped on them, it was difficult to withstand their force even with plasma shields, and when he was about to crush a Tollroad, a huge harpoon pierced the chest of the ape and, after a second, exploded enormously, killing him.

Tollroad, surprised, looked back and saw a goblin on a tree with a huge weapon. The weapon was one of the harpoon spears that Dino Commando’s had recovered, smiling. He saw how his partner pointed that huge weapon at one of the cryptids that were descending hard.

The goblin took a deep breath because the monster was moving with speed but holding its breath shot. The harpoon flew out until it embedded itself in the cryptids wing, and then, exploding with a force, it fell to the ground.

Once on the ground, the goblins jumped over it to eliminate it. The attack of the cryptids was reckless and injured the goblins by the dozen. That was why it was so important to eliminate them with that fallen cryptids. There were only two more left, and in one of them was Ape boss himself.

The wyverns Dragons Dogma are enslaved are taking the bulk of the army.

Jazz smiling began to point the other cryptids, but what he saw was Ape Boss using his magic and casting a kind of spell at full speed that when he got close to a goblin, enveloped him in a quite toxic cloud of smoke.

But that was not the end of the attack. A shot at full speed made the toxic cloud ignite in flames, and a huge explosion covered the whole place. Blossom saw that with fear when she saw how Jazz fell on the ground, she ran at full speed and it came to him, the burns were severe and he was clearly poisoned, but luckily it was nothing that she could not heal.

The healing process began when the cryptids where Ape was standing appeared in front of her. A ball of fire shot out, and Blossom, for a second, thought her life was over when two ice wyverns flew down and protected her with their bodies.

“No!!” She shouted when she saw her two companions dying.

One of them smiled as the flames consumed him and said proudly, “We are your shield! Dracul gave the order to protect the goblins. Better we serve you than the apes and the Dark Master.”

Blossom felt how anger took hold of her, but if she stopped healing the Jazz, he would undoubtedly die.

Ape boss, knowing this took advantage of the situation and said, “Any last words? You damn goblin?!”

Blossom glared at him, but at that precise moment, his brother’s voice rang out loud.

“Stay away from my sister!!”

From the grove, a huge robot appeared, its mechanical arms and legs walked efficiently while in the centre of his body, it showed a booth where Crash’s angry face appeared.

Ape’s eyes widened when he saw how that creature struck with both fists the face of the cryptid he was riding, retreating the cryptid attacked with his tail but covering himself Crash advanced to give another punch.

The cryptid tried to fly, but with a quick movement, Crash stopped his wings and looked hard at Ape boss. He threw a cloud of poison, but inside the cabin, Crash was protected and seeing how Crash run he destroyed the wings of the cryptid. Ape boss started to retreat.

Ready to escape, Crash saw him retreating, and this one opening the cockpit shot a huge fireball that hit Ape Boss’s arm directly, making him fall. At that moment, the last cryptid descended to pick him up and fly at full speed back to the base.

Crash looking with his eyes at Warpath, who was destroying the enemies’ troops, saw him taking a huge harpoon and running with speed. He threw it at full speed towards the escaping cryptid wounding him in the wing and making sure that it would make him even more work to reach the base.

The goblins were able to maintain the fight, but the army of apes was greater, the more time passed, the more they appeared, and the energy of the goblins diminished when suddenly they saw a huge explosion covering the entire place where the base was.

Seeing this, Blossom looked at his companions and loudly yelled, “This is our chance, and this is our doing, don’t let them take away our Victoria! Attack!!”

That attack started from where they were, and the goblins screaming loudly and risking their lives advanced with all power. Dracul and his wives must meet with Gaul in the base, despite the doubts he had kept his word.

Blossom made sure that the goblin was okay and jumped onto the battlefield. The faces of her two defenders did not stop tormenting her.

Using what was left of her magic, she placed her hands on the ground, and with all her power, she moved a tree. It stood on two legs as a goblin and began to run against the apes.

She moved him from where she was, and with the force of the tree, she began to destroy enemies while Dracul’s forces finished off Gaul at the central base. The goblins saw her, and they advanced, making the apes retreat. While the head of her led the attack, the goblins raised their hands in a sign of victory, screaming.

“Blossom!! Blossom!! Blossom!!”

Everyone thought they had won, and looking at the base of the burning enemies, they began to advance. Everything indicated that Dracul had achieved victory, and now they could move on.

With the airs of high victories, the goblins gathered. The goblin seemed to be better, and seeing Blossom asked, “If you could do that, why didn’t you do it from the beginning?”

She smiled and said, “I see you feel so much better now! Don’t you?”

They all smiled when looking ahead. They knew that things had not ended, a battle had been overcome, but the future always held surprises, surprises that they were willing to face together as they had always lived.
