《Primal Cosmic Sage: A Marvel Fanfic》Chapter 7: Perpetua.

Location: Overvoid, Hall of Creation
As Perpetua sent out her summons, her lackeys all used their own methods to arrive at the Hall of Creation which existed in the 6th dimension.
The [Hall of Creation] was a nondescript divine temple floating in the sixth dimension, in which Perpetua and her three sons, World-forger, Anti-monitor, and Over-monitor resided.
The entrance to the temple led into a vast starry space filled with fleeting ghostly scenes depicting the various pivotal events of past, present, and future occurring in the [DC multiverse].
In the divine, hall of creation floated four simple unadorned gigantic thrones that looked to be made of a mysterious material that was not of the five elements, but still gave off a sense of overwhelming solemnity.
Seated on these thrones were the avatar of Perpetua and her Three sons.
Perpetua as a chaos Immortal was one of the most powerful cosmic entities. Compared to the beings that she had just summoned like a bunch of well-trained pets, she was a whole level stronger.
Using Seven hidden Laws of the bleed, [The Still Force], [The Invisible Spectrum], [The Tear of Extinction], [The twin forces of the Tear of Extinction], [The Void Wind], [Black Apple], and finally [Faithlessness], each governing a vital concept of reality, Perpetua had lorded her superiority over the powerhouses of the bleed.
When she had newly ascended as a chaos Immortal from her home dimension, Perpetua had ascended at a remote region of the bleed which had never been explored by anyone neither the chaos fiends or chaos Immortals due to been a well-known danger zone.
The region she happened to have ascended had been a Primordial world unlike any other. She was then trapped within that region for an inordinate amount of time.
When she finally escaped that perilous zone, she had obtained [Seven forces] of creation.
Unfortunately, as they say, absolute power corrupts absolutely, and the seven forces she had acquired where dark forces from a dark Primordial being of unknown origins.

Before Perpetua had become a Chaoslord she had sneakily destroyed worlds and universes, eagerly absorbing them to grow stronger.
These wanton destruction of worlds, had alarmed certain chaos lords so they sent countless Fiend Gods and Immortal gods after her.
It was a bloody massacre!
Perpetua had butchered innumerable powerhouses that were sent after her using the seven dark forces, oceans of blood that could fill entire galaxies were formed wherever she treads.
This event ultimately created a terrifying reputation for her as an unreasonable bloodthirsty butcher even in this dog-eat-dog world.
Inadvertently, these continuous massacres had pushed her to cross into the realm of a Chaos lord.
Aware that she was the weaker in this bloody feud, she used the [Seven forces] and forged a multiverse, with the sole-purpose annihilate the Chaoslords hunting her.
Unfortunately or fortunately, the other Chaoslords of the bleed were alerted of her actions by her sons, quickly sending the Cosmic Raptor a renowned Destroyer level Chaosfiend they planned to seal her and the totality of her power away inside the Source wall which the Raptor created.
Without her interference the DC multiverse fate as a weapon was diverted, as the bleed fixed its dark singular nature to become a balanced world of neither light nor dark forces.
Free of the influence of the seven dark forces, Perpetua quickly hid herself due to the loss of a major amount of her power.
Although weaker, she was still a Chaoslord, so when she felt the breath of a being from [Earth Prime] outside the source wall, intuitively she knew her chance had come.
.......
As the [Cosmic Dragon] appeared, it had unknowingly attracted the attention of a rather unreasonable and demonic fiend, [Perpetua].
Perpetua had voluntarily formed karma with the Dragon to look through its fate, and when she looked through the string of karma that had formed between her and the Dragon, all she had seen was grey turbulent chaos.

Gaining nothing, she had decisively sent out a high-priority summons to all her lackeys [more like she threatened to erase them and all that they valued!].
As an Infamous butcher Perpetua's threats were not to be taken lightly.
In the [Hall of Creation], countless Cosmic beings of different races, sizes, and power, began to materialize one after the other, and as the last [lackey] appeared they all bowed, and as one shouted.
[Greetings, LORD PERPETUA!!]
On her throne, Perpetua looked insipidly at this bunch of disloyal trash; knowing fully well, the reason they hadn't killed her was because they had apprehensions that she still had some hidden cards as a Chaoslord, even though her power had been sealed.
Looking at the groveling fools before her, a feeling of desolation swept through her briefly, as she actually had to resort to trickery to cow this bunch of disloyal ants.
She knew that behind those respectful visages and smiles, hid countless poisonous daggers and plots.
"But that was soon going to change, all as soon as she got hold of that Dragon, "Perpetua thought darkly.
"Rise," she said as her beautiful voice languidly floated through the vast dimensional space of the hall.
"You all must know why I have summoned you," She continued.
Suddenly the noise level of the hall rose a few levels as the lackeys, jointly started arguing about what exactly she meant.
One brave lackey, a cosmic being that looked like a humanoid burning star, giving of blinding light as well as waves of blistering heat, with fiery cosmic power visibly rippling off its body, stood out and responded proudly and barely hidden arrogance.
"No we do not, My lord," it declared with a strong sonorous voice.
In the next moment, with a flash, that brave lackey turned into a very dead lackey.
Suddenly silence filled the hall, as the once boisterous bunch looked at the spot where "The brave one" once stood.
The arrogance that Perpetua's subordinates once had quickly vanished and what replaced it was intense fear as they realized that she likely still had her strength.
That fear rose a few levels for the ones that attended with their real bodies, realizing a little too late that they were in Perpetua's territory.
The ones that came with clones or avatars were silently celebrating that they had the foresight to do so, as it was that "Perpetua" that were dealing with.
"So, do we all now know why we are here ?" Perpetua lazily asked once more.
"A powerful, resounding and fearful [YES, LORD PERPETUA]filled the hall, as the shadow of a pleased smirk appeared on Perpetua's perpetually cold face before disappearing immediately.
"Very good," Perpetua said, while thinking something else entirely, killing that being hadn't been easy, amongst these so-called "lackeys' were powerful beings on the level of Fiendgods and Immortal Gods, some even almost half-step chaos lords.
"A new 'ant' has appeared in the bleed," Perpetua continued drily.
"The creature shall be brought before me unharmed" Perpetua ordered coldly.
She was annoyed, as she realized that she had to waste a powerful one-time-use treasure just to successfully cow trash.
For her level anything below a chaos-lord was hardly a threat to someone of her existence.
"Imbeciles, "Perpetua muttered coldly, as she looked at the rapid exits these cowardly beings made.
"Hopefully they get it done, and I don't have to personally handle it," Perpetua pondered apprehensively, as she thought about how the other Chaoslords were waiting for her to screw up.
