After finishing their conversation, Nelia and Ark didn't bother Leo anymore and leave him alone to sleep.

But for why Leo is still lying on his stomach without moving was because his whole body aches. As if like a thousands of ants is crawling inside of his body. From time to time, his body will shake from pain.

As for why he ended up with this situation? It's because of the stupidity he managed to acquire from his father.

Leo immediately closed his eyes and concentrate to feel the mana in his surroundings. Sometimes he will shout at his mind "come here!" As if that will do anything.

After saying that, Leo goes back to what he was doing.

After laughing evilly, the dark figure suddenly vanish.

7 years. A 7 years time-skip will definitely stop Leo's soul to stabilize but it will also put some unbearable pain to his soul. It might cause him to fell into coma or there's even a chance his soul might completely break, that it might result to death.
